- Verschluss, der dazu bestimmt ist, auf einem Behälter angebracht zu werden, dessen Innenraum einen zum Beispiel flüssigen Inhalt enthalten kann, dei auslaufen könnte, wobei der Verschluss umfasst:- einen Ansatz (2), der Mittel zur Montage (7) auf dem Behälter (6) umfasst, insbesondere seinem Hals (6a), die gegenüber dem Inhalt des Behälters dicht sind, und eine Ableitung (8), die derart konstruiert ist, um mit dem Innenraum des Behälters zu kommunizieren, um seinen Inhalt abzuleiten, eine Austrittsöffnung (10) für den Inhalt umfassend,- einen Deckel (3), Verschlussmittel (16) umfassend, die derart kontruiert sind, um die Austrittsöffnung (10) des Ansatzes (2) gegenüber dem Inhalt des Behälters dicht zu verschließen.- Mittel zum Anlenken (4) des Deckels (2) im Verhältnis zum Ansatz (2) zwischen einer geöffneten Stellung, in der die Austrittsöffnung (10) des Ansatzes (2) freigegeben ist, und einer heruntergeklappten Stellung, in der die Austrittsöffnung geschlossen ist, wobei diese Gelenkmittel ein Scharnier zur elastischen Rückholung (4) umfassen, das einen Abschnitt (50) aus einem viskoelastischen Werkstoff, zum Beispiel Elastomer, umfasst, das den Deckel (3) und den Ansatz (2) verbindet, das in der heruntergeklappten Stellung des Deckels (3) auf den Ansatz (2) gespannt ist und das den Deckel in Richtung der geöffneten Stellung rückholend beansprucht,- Haltemittel (18, 20; 83, 84), um den Deckel (3) auf dem Ansatz (2) in seiner heruntergeklappten Stellung zu verriegeln, die eine vorbestimmte Entriegelungskraft erforderlich machen, die zwischen dem Deckel (3) und dem Ansatz (2) auszuüben ist, um sie im Verhältnis zueinander zu lösen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (1) weiterhin positive Entriegelungsmittel (22) zwischen dem Ansatz (2) und dem Deckel (3) umfasst, die aufweisen:- mindestens eine zum Deckel (3) oder zum Ansatz (2) gehörende Rampe (24).- eine zum Ansatz (2) oder zum Deckel (3) gehörende elastisch verformbare, manuell bedienbare Klappe (23), die ein freies Ende aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, über die Rampe (24) zu gleiten, um eine antagonistische Kraft zwischen dem Ansatz (2) und dem Deckel (3) auszuüben, die mindestens der Entriegelungskraft der Haltemittel (18, 20; 83, 84) des Deckels in seiner heruntergeklappten Stellung entspricht,- wobei die Rampe (24) und das Scharnier mit elastischer Rückholung (4) derart im Verhältnis zu dem freien Ende der Klappe (23) konstruiert sind, um die relative Stellung, in der sich der Deckel (3) in seiner heruntergeklappten Stellung befindet, aber im Verhältnis zum Ansatz (2) gelöst, zu überschreiten und den Deckel (3) dank dem Scharnier mit elastischer Rückholung (4) automatisch in seine geöffnete Stellung zurückzuholen.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (4) mindestens zwei Gelenkglieder (41, 42) umfasst, die sich auf der einen und auf der anderen Seite des Plättchens (50) aus viskoelastischem Material, zum Beispiel Elastomer, befinden, und die mit dem Deckel (3) und dem Ansatz (2) geformt sind.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkglieder (41, 42) jeweils auf den zwei seitlichen Flächen des Plättchens (50) anhaften,
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gelenkglied (41, 42) einen mittleren Abschnitt (41 a, 42a) und mindestens zwei Gelenkbereiche (41 b, 42b; 41c, 42c) auf der einen und auf der anderen Seite des mittleren Abschnitts umfasst.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (24) zum Deckel und die Klappe (23) zum Ansatz (2) gehört.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (23) mit dem Ansatz (2) geformt ist und die Rampe (24) mit dem Deckel (3) geformt ist und in heruntergeklappter Stellung des Deckels nach außen und dem Ansatz (2) gegenüber gerichtet ist.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz (2) zwei etwa parallele und schräge externe Flügel (81, 82) umfasst, die zwischen sich einen geschützten Raum ausbilden, in dem die Klappe (23) um ein Ende (26) schwingt, das mit dem Ansatz (2) verbunden ist und dem freien Ende (27) gegenüber liegt.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel zum Verriegeln des Deckels (3) auf dem Ansatz (2) Clipmittel (18) umfassen, die vom Deckel (3) getragen werden, und zusätzliche Clipmittel (20), die vom Ansatz (2) getragen werden.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltermittel zum Verriegeln des Deckels (3) auf dem Ansatz (2) harte Einsteckmittel umfassen, die einen männlichen Abschnitt (83), der zu den Verschlussmitteln (16) gehört, und einen entsprechenden passenden weiblichen Abschnitt (84) in de Austrittsöffnung (10) des Ansatzes (2) umfassen.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (23) und die Rampe (24) dem Scharnier mit elastischer Rückholung (4) diametral gegenüberliegen.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (23) elastisch verformbar ist.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe konstruiert ist, um um ein starres Ende (26) geschwenkt zu werden, um das freie Ende der Klappe zu bewegen.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Plättchen (50) aus viskoelastischem Werkstoff zwischen zwei Enden erstreckt, die direkt durch Anhaften jeweils mit dem Ansatz (2) und mit dem Deckel (3) verbunden sind.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit dem Deckel (3) verbundene Ende des Plättchens (50) flach in einer Aufnahme (51) des Deckels und/oder des Ansatzes (2) angeordnet ist, die für diesen Zweck geeignet ist.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit dem Ansatz (2) verbundene Ende des Plättchens (50) durch eine gerade Kante am Ansatz anhaftet.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Enden des Plättchens (50) jeweils eine gerade Kante aufweisen, die an zwei entsprechende Anflachungen anstoßen, die jeweils in den Ansatz (2) und in den Deckel (3) eingearbeitet sind.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch Formen oder Spritzgießen von zwei Werkstoffen hergestellt ist, beziehungsweise eines thermoplastischen Werkstoffs, der es erlaubt, mindestens den Ansatz (2) und den Deckel (3) aus einem Stück herzustellen.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Mittel umfasst, die das Schwenken des Deckels (3) im Verhältnis zum Ansatz (3) begleiten, die eine Halterung auf dem Ansatz umfassen, um eine auf dem Deckel (3) angeordnete Wulst (48, 49) aufzunehmen, und die nach Abschluss der Bewegung des Deckels (3) in seine heruntergeklappte Stellung eine fiktive Rotationsachse definieren.
- Behälter (6), der einen Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 umfasst oder integriert, wobei der Verschluss zum Beispiel auf dem Hals (6a) des Behälters angeordnet ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 19, dessen Innenraum mit einem Inhalt, zum Beispiel einer Flüssigkeit, gefüllt ist, der auslaufen könnte.
