- the intermediate plate 3 also comprises an area provided with through holes 5 positioned to be superimposed with the holes 5 of the lower plate 2 when the two plates are fixed to one another as will be described later.
- This intermediate plate 3 normally comprises lateral longitudinal rails 8 and a transverse flange 9, so as to allow a sliding connection of the upper plate 4, which can be inserted into the slides 8 by the last side 10 of the intermediate plate 3 and slide in the slideways 8 to abut against the opposite flange 9.
- the upper plate 4 has a circular through opening 11 with a diameter of about 30 mm corresponding to the tip of a standard consumer vacuum cleaner and which also corresponds to the dimensions of the through-hole zones 5 of the two plates 2, 3.
- the figure 2 illustrates the three superimposed plates in an open position, in which the opening 11 is superimposed on the through-hole zones 5 of the two plates 2, 3.
- the device can easily be placed in the closed position by sliding the upper plate 4 to the left up to abut against the flange 9.
- the through holes 5 will be covered by the solid zone 12 of the upper sliding plate 4 which thus closes these openings and seals the system.
- the third plate 4 could also, according to another embodiment not shown in the figures, be mounted on the intermediate plate 3 by means of an axis of rotation allowing it to perform a rotary movement to reach its two positions.
- the upper plate 4 preferably does not have a large diameter circular through opening 11 as mentioned above, but has at least one opening of smaller diameter, preferably of the same diameter as through the through holes 5.
- the axis of rotation can thus be arranged symmetrically between the holes 5. It is also possible to provide in this case a coloration of certain parts of the upper surface of the intermediate plate 3 so that these parts are visible through the openings of smaller diameter in the upper plate 4 as soon as it is in the closed position. All these measures are obviously also conceivable for the first embodiment with linear displacement of the upper plate 4.
- the third plate 4 could also have, in the aforementioned embodiments, a connection means in the form of a tip protruding from its upper surface surrounding the opening 11 respectively the set of smaller openings diameter and adapted by its diameter to receive said tip of a standardized vacuum cleaner.
- this protruding tip can serve as a lever to perform the movement of the third plate 4, whether it is a linear or rotary movement.
- a groove in the upper plate 4 surrounding the opening 11 respectively smaller diameter openings and adapted to receive said nozzle of a standardized vacuum cleaner may be provided.
- an adaptation means in the form of a gearbox adapter for mounting on a standardized vacuum cleaner or any other means intended to create a vacuum. This gearbox adapter is arranged so that it can be mounted at one of its ends on the vacuum cleaner and at the other on the opening or openings of the upper plate 4.
- the through holes 5 of the lower plate 2 and / or of the intermediate plate 3 may be equipped with a filter having holes of smaller diameter, preferably ranging from 0.1 to 1 mm. This filter is useful depending on the product to be put in the bag or packaging.
- the figure 3a illustrates in greater detail the arrangement of the three plates 2, 3, 4 of an embodiment of a closure device according to the present invention schematically showing an explosion view partly in longitudinal section along the line II to the figure 2 .
- the device is at the figure 3a in the position just before assembly and corresponding to its closed position.
- the second plate 3 comprises at least one tube 6 fixed substantially perpendicular to its surface facing said first plate 2.
- the tube 6 houses a channel in communication with said at least one opening 5 of the second plate 3, the channel having a diameter chosen according to the diameter of the through hole 5, preferably about 2 to 10 mm.
- the tube 6 has a length capable of at least partially passing through said at least one opening 5 of the first plate 2 when the second plate 3 is positioned on the first plate 2. It should be noted here that said at least one tube 6 could alternatively or simultaneously, be also disposed on the surface of the first plate 2 facing said second plate 3, with a length adapted to at least partially pass through said at least one opening 5 of the second plate 3.
- the first - 2 and / or the second plate 3 comprises a layer 7 of flexible material in its zone comprising said at least one opening 5.
- Said layer 7 has at least one opening 7.1 of diameter B slightly smaller than the diameter A of said at least one opening 5 of this plate 2, 3 and is superimposed on this opening 5.
- the at least one tube 6 of the second - 3 respectively of the first plate 2 has an outside diameter C corresponding to the diameter A of said at least one opening 5 of the first - 2 respectively of the second plate 3, so that said at least one tube 6 of the second - 3 respectively the first plate 2 is adapted to cooperate with the first - 2 respectively the second plate 3 to fix the two plates 2, 3 together.
- the closure device does not need separate fastening means such as pins or fixing pins on a board and fastening openings with a complementary geometry on the other board, this would require additional through holes in the package or the bag.
- the present invention then makes it possible to ensure a mechanical fastening between the first-2 and the second plate 3 using only said at least one tube 6.
- This tube simultaneously houses the channel allowing, in the open position of the device, a circulation of gas through the device.
- the figure 3a also shows that said at least one tube 6 of the second plate 3, respectively of the first plate 2 in the inverse constellation, may be a separately manufactured part having a diameter fixing head exceeding the outside diameter of its part comprising the majority of the channel.
- This type of tube 6 is incorporated in the second - 3 respectively the first plate 2 by placing the fixing head in a housing of the plate 3, 2 and then covering it with a fixing plate having at least one opening superimposed on said at least one opening 5 of the plate 2, 3.
- Any other suitable means can be used for this purpose, as long as it ensures that the fixing head of each tube 6 is fixed in the mass of the plate 2 , 3.
- said at least one tube 6 of the second - 3 respectively of the first plate 2 can be manufactured in one piece with said plate 3, 2.
- the Figures 3a and 3b also show, by way of example, that the layer 7 of flexible material of the first - 2 and / or second plate 3, depending if said at least one tube 6 is disposed in the second - 3 and / or in the first plate 2, is fixed inside the plate 2, 3 or on its surface facing the second - 3 respectively the first plate 2.
- this layer 7 of flexible material of the first - 2 and / or the second plate 3 is fixed in the plate 2, 3 so as to be easily replaceable, which is advantageous because the closure device according to the present invention is reusable and can therefore be damaged in certain parts in case of dismantling and repeated reassembly.
- the layer 7 of flexible material of the first - 2 and / or the second plate 3 is advantageously made of elastomer, silicone or rubber.
- the figure 3c shows schematically and by way of example a form of execution corresponding to the figure 3b , but in which the arrangement of said at least one tube 6 and the layer 7 of flexible material is reversed with respect to the embodiment illustrated in FIG. figure 3b .
- the plate 2, 3 comprising the layer 7 of flexible material may also include a portion of greater thickness to receive said elastomeric layer or other suitable material.
- the through openings 5 of the board 2, 3 receiving said at least one tube 6 are advantageously arranged so as to have, at the end opposite the end receiving the tube 6, a portion of smaller diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of said tube 6, that is to say corresponding to the diameter of the channel in the tube.
- the Figures 3a, 3b and 3c also show that the third plate 4 has, on its surface facing the second plate 3 and covering its superimposed zone in the second position of the third plate 4 to said at least one through opening 5 of the other two plates 2, 3, a layer 4.1 of flexible material.
- This layer 4.1 of flexible material of the third plate 4 is preferably housed freely in a housing 4.2 provided in the third plate 4 at its surface facing the second plate 3.
- This arrangement of the layer 4.1 allows, once the packaging is under relative vacuum and the third board 4 is in the closed position, that is to say that the inside of the packaging is under pressure and that the layer 4.1 is superimposed on the through openings 5 first and second planks 2, 3, that the underpressure causes the adhesion of this layer 4.1 against the inlet of said at least one opening 5, thus reinforcing the tightness of the closure device 1.
- This effect can still be reinforces by making said layer 4.1 of the third plate 4 of a flexible material such as elastomer, silicone or rubber. These materials allow at the same time an easy sliding of the third board 4 in the slides and on the surface of the second board 3.
- FIGS. 4a, 4b and 4c illustrate a possible use of the closure device on a package, for example a bag 20 flexible and very simple rectangular parallelepiped shape, provided with an upper opening 21 can be closed by four flexible flaps, two large flaps 22, 23 placed on the large side of the bag and two small flaps 24, 25 placed on the short side of the bag.
- Such a bag is then filled almost completely with a granular or solid substance or commodity 26 to be stored inside, which substance may for example be a cereal such as wheat or maize.
- the lower plate 2 of the closure device is placed under the two flaps 22, 23, in a central zone of the opening 21 not covered by the flaps 24, 25, and the intermediate plate 3 is arranged. of the device on the two large flaps 22, 23, superimposed on the lower plate 2, so as to fix the two plates together with each other via said at least one tube 6 on at least one board 2, 3 cooperating with the corresponding through openings 5 on the other board 3, 2 respectively with the layer 7 of flexible material in this board.
- Said at least one tube 6 is during this step put through the flaps 22, 23, all of the flaps being in their folded closure position of the bag 20.
- the flexibility of the bag and the flaps facilitates this installation of the closure device 1.
- Openings are then made in the two flaps 22, 23 at the through holes 5 of the closure device 1 with the aid of adapted points.
- openings of similar size to the opening 11 of the upper plate 4 of the closure device may be pre-cut in the area corresponding to that of the through holes 5, to obtain an equivalent result. It then remains to integrate the upper plate 4 in the slides 8 of the plate 3 to finalize the installation of the closure device 1 of the invention on the package or the bag 20.
- the figure 4b illustrates the suction phase of the air contained in the bag 20, which is achieved by putting the closure device 1 in its open position as illustrated in FIG. figure 2 and positioning the nozzle 27 of a vacuum cleaner on the opening 11 of the device.
- the air contained in the bag 20 can then pass through the three plates of the closure device 1 through the through holes 5 of the two lower plates 2, 3 respectively of said tube 6 comprising a corresponding channel, and through hole 11 of the upper plate 4, under the effect of the vacuum cleaner.
- the flexible flaps of the bag 20 tend to be more and more strongly pressed against the contents 26 of the bag and isolate more and more this content. from the outside.
- the suction is considered sufficient, it is sufficient to quickly move the upper plate 4 of the closure device 1 in its closed position in which its opening 11 is no longer superimposed on the through holes 5.
- the external pressure greater than the internal pressure of the bag tends to compress and deform its flexible walls and its flexible flaps, thus eliminating any potential opening that could have allowed the entry of air.
- the figure 4c illustrates the bag 20 closed in its relative vacuum position.
- the closure device 1 could include a lock ensuring the maintenance of its closed position and avoiding accidental opening by blocking the third plate 4 in the closed position.
- FIGs 5, 6a , 6b and 6c illustrate an alternative embodiment of a package in which the closure flaps 22 ', 23', 24 'and 25' have a particular shape to promote sealing of the package when closed.
- the figure 5 illustrates in a simplified manner the rectangular opening of the package 21 ', surrounded by four flaps in a horizontal plane, two longitudinal flaps 22' and 23 'and two side flaps 24' and 25 '.
- the side flaps 24 'and 25' and a longitudinal flap 23 ' have an identical width d, for a rectangular opening 21' of the package of width equal to 1.5 times d, the fourth flap 22 'having a width equal to that of the opening 21' of the package.
- the different steps of the closure process of this package are illustrated by the Figures 6a and 6b .
- the four flaps are first folded to occupy a position substantially perpendicular to the plane of the opening 21 'of the package around this opening 21'.
- the widest flap is folded around a 28 'transient fold line corresponding not to the border of the opening 21 'to obtain the folding of a portion of its width of dimension d, equal to that of the other flaps.
- the parts of the side flaps 24 'and 25' protruding from the planes of the longitudinal flaps 22 'and 23' are folded against these flaps, on which they can be fixed by gluing, for example.
- the side flaps 24 'and 25' have a length equal to 4 times their ends coming in the extension of the edges of the longitudinal flaps.
- other dimensions are possible without departing from the spirit of this implementation variant.
- the side flaps 24 ', 25' are then folded over the opening 21 'of the package, so as to obtain the configuration illustrated on the figure 6b .
- the flaps 22 'and 23' are folded over the opening of the package 21 '.
- the widest flap 22 ' is folded at its junction with the opening 21' and no longer along its transient bending axis 28 '.
- this large flap 22 ' covers the entire width of the opening 21', and is superimposed over a width d with the other flap 23 'longitudinal. The result obtained is illustrated on the Figure 6c .
- a closure device 1 will also be positioned at the level of the superposition of the flaps 22 'and 23'. As this superposition occupies a large area, mounting the fixing device will be easy.
- the various lateral folds, including the fact that the two side flaps 24 ', 25' have portions folded on the upper surface of the longitudinal flaps 22 ', 23', and this large surface of the flaps overlap allow to guarantee a good tightness of the packaging and a durable maintenance of the vacuum.
- the closure device 1 allows multiple applications.
- the relative vacuum bag As illustrated above, it makes it possible to store in particular food products, such as grains or dried fruits, or any other product adapted to such a package, in a durable and protected manner, the relative vacuum increasing the shelf life by avoiding or delaying the deterioration of foodstuffs.
- the relative vacuum bag also represents a sufficient obstacle to prevent external aggression by animals, weather-related aggression, etc.
- the bag can be transparent if it wishes to be able to view its contents or not transparent if must be protected from light.
- a polyethylene bag, PVC or any food plastic can be used.
- this solution has other advantages such as improving the storage of large volume, this in particular for two reasons.
- these bags have an identical imposed shape, which can be chosen so that they can be stacked easily and optimally.
- the volume of each bag is reduced thanks to the relative vacuum, which allows a high volume storage very optimized.
- the dimensions of the packaging will be determined according to the use. Small dimensions will be adapted for domestic use, while larger dimensions may be chosen for example for a farm.

In addition, it is advantageous that, depending on the arrangement of said at least one

Of course, a
The
As illustrated above, it makes it possible to store in particular food products, such as grains or dried fruits, or any other product adapted to such a package, in a durable and protected manner, the relative vacuum increasing the shelf life by avoiding or delaying the deterioration of foodstuffs. In addition, the relative vacuum bag also represents a sufficient obstacle to prevent external aggression by animals, weather-related aggression, etc. The bag can be transparent if it wishes to be able to view its contents or not transparent if must be protected from light. For this, a polyethylene bag, PVC or any food plastic can be used.
In addition, this solution has other advantages such as improving the storage of large volume, this in particular for two reasons. First, these bags have an identical imposed shape, which can be chosen so that they can be stacked easily and optimally. In addition, the volume of each bag is reduced thanks to the relative vacuum, which allows a high volume storage very optimized.
Similarly, the transport of these packaged food products is greatly facilitated.
The dimensions of the packaging will be determined according to the use. Small dimensions will be adapted for domestic use, while larger dimensions may be chosen for example for a farm.
Finally, this solution easily fits on the existing opening of a bag with flaps, which is user friendly and does not require bags with special openings.
The closure device has been illustrated by way of example with rectangular plates. Any geometry could however be suitable, such as circular plates in the case of embodiments of the device using a rotary displacement of the plate higher. Preferably, these plates will be made of easily machinable materials such as plastic or light metal.
