Claims (15)

  1. Behälter (1), der dazu ausgelegt ist, Rauchartikel, wie Zigarren, zu enthalten, umfassend ein Gehäuse für diese Artikel (2) und einen Schiebedeckel, der in Translation auf dem Gehäuse (3) von einer Öffnungsposition in eine Verschlussposition über Schiebe-Einrichtungen geführt wird, wobei das Gehäuse (2) eine Bodenwand (4), zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (5, 6), eine Vorderwand (7) und eine Rückwand (8) beinhaltet und der Deckel (3) eine obere Wand (9) und zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (10, 11) beinhaltet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Laufschienenbildende Rippe (16, 17) beinhaltet, die auf den jeweiligen Oberkanten (18, 19) der beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (5, 6) des Gehäuses angeordnet sind und der Länge nach ungefähr über die gesamte Länge der jeweiligen Außenflächen (14, 15) einer jeden dieser beiden Seitenwände (5, 6) verlaufen, und dadurch, dass die jeweiligen freien Kanten (20) der beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände des Deckels (3) auf sich selbst nach Inneren eingerollt sind, dass sie auf der entsprechenden Rippe (16, 17) in Gleitkontakt kommen.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der gegenüberliegenden beiden Seitenwände (10, 11) des Deckels (3) so ist, dass die obere Wand (9) des Deckels (3) auf den oberen Kanten (18, 19) der Seitenwände (5, 6) des Aufnahmegehäuses (2) in Gleitkontakt oder in Quasi-Gleitkontakt kommt.
  3. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Innenhut (23) beinhaltet, der an den oberen Kanten (18, 19, 21, 22) der vier jeweiligen Wände (5, 6, 7, 8) des Gehäuses (2) abnehmbar fixiert ist.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenhut (23) eine geprägte Aluminiumfolie ist, die eine Ziehlasche (24) beinhaltet und die durch Kleben oder Schmelzfixierung an den oberen Kanten (18, 19, 21, 22) der vier jeweiligen Wände (5, 6, 7, 8) des Gehäuses (2) befestigt ist.
  5. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (5, 6) des Gehäuses 2 und die beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (10, 11) des Deckels (3) so zusammenwirken, dass der Deckel (3) in geschlossener Position und/oder in einer gegebenen Öffnungsposition gehalten wird.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Außenflächen (14, 15) der beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (5, 6) des Behälters (2) mindestens eine Halteeinrichtung (25) beinhaltet, die ungefähr auf dem Niveau der Rückwand (8) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist, und dadurch, dass diese Halteeinrichtungen (25) symmetrisch bezüglich der mittigen Längsebene des Gehäuses angeordnet sind, indem sie einer gleichen Querlinie folgend an dem Gehäuse (2) ausgerichtet sind.
  7. Behälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Innenflächen (26, 27) der beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (10, 11) des Deckels (3) mindestens eine Halteeinrichtung des Deckels in geschlossener Position (28) beinhaltet, die von passender Form ist, um durch Fahren über die entsprechenden Halteeinrichtungen (25) des Gehäuses beim Verschließen des Behälters einzurasten und die auf den Innenflächen (26, 27) so angeordnet ist, dass sie anschlagend gegen diese Halteeinrichtung (25) verbleibt, solange der Behälter (21) in geschlossener Position ist, und dadurch, dass diese Halteeinrichtungen in geschlossener Position (28) symmetrisch bezüglich der mittigen Längsebene des Deckels (3) angeordnet sind, indem sie einer gleichen Querlinie des Deckels folgend (3) ausgerichtet sind.
  8. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Innenflächen (26, 27) der beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (10, 11) des Deckels (3) mindestens eine Halteeinrichtung des Deckels in kontrollierter Öffnungsposition (29, 30) beinhaltet, die von passender Form ist, um beim Öffnen des Behälters (1) gegen die entsprechende Halteeinrichtung (25), dies an den Seitenwänden (5, 6) des Gehäuses (1) ausgeführt ist, anzuschlagen, und dadurch, dass diese Halteeinrichtungen des Deckels in kontrollierter geöffneter Position (29, 30) symmetrisch bezüglich der mittigen Längsebene des Deckels (3) angeordnet sind, indem sie einer gleichen Querlinie des Deckels (3) folgend ausgerichtet sind.
  9. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Innenflächen (26, 27) der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (10, 11) des Deckels (3) eine Halteeinrichtung in geöffneter Position (29) beinhaltet, die nahe an der freien Vorderkante (13) der oberen Wand (9) des Deckels (3) angeordnet ist und dadurch dass beim Öffnen des Behälters (1) diese Halteeinrichtungen in geöffneter Position (29) gegen die entsprechende Halteeinrichtung (25), die auf dem Gehäuse (2) ausgeführt ist, anschlagen, indem der Behälter (1) in einer maximalen Öffnungsposition gehalten wird.

Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Innenflächen (26, 27) der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (10, 11) des Deckels (3) eine Halteeinrichtung in halbgeöffneter Position (30) beinhaltet, die ungefähr auf der halben Länge der Seitenwände (10, 11) des Deckels (3) angeordnet ist, und dadurch, dass beim Öffnen des Behälters (1) diese Halteeinrichtungen in halbgeöffneter Position (30) gegen die entsprechende Halteeinrichtung (25), die auf dem Gehäuse (2) ausgeführt ist, anschlagen, indem der Behälter (1) in einer halbgeöffneten Position gehalten wird.
  11. Behälter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Innenflächen (26, 27) der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (10, 11) des Deckels (3) eine Halteeinrichtung in geöffneter Position (29) und eine Halteeinrichtung in halbgeöffneter Position (30) beinhaltet und dadurch, dass die Halteeinrichtung in halbgeöffneter Position (30) so ausgeführt ist, dass sie mit Kraft die entsprechende Halteeinrichtung (25), die auf dem Gehäuse (2) ausgeführt ist, durchbricht, um eine größere Öffnung des Behälters (1), insbesondere bis zum Niveau der Halteeinrichtungen in geöffneter Position (30), zu erhalten.

  13. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (3) eine Rückwand (12) von einer Form beinhaltet, die zum Anschlagen gegen die Rückwand (8) des Gehäuses (2) ausgelegt ist, wenn der Deckel (3) in geschlossener Position ist.
  14. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Vorderwand (7) des Aufnahmegehäuses (2) konvex nach außen gekrümmt ist und dadurch, dass der mittlere Teil dieser Wand (7) nach vom geneigt ist.
