Claims (10)

  1. Douille de contact pour des fiches, comprenant
    une douille interne (1) fendue estampée dans la tôle et cintrée, et
    une douille externe (13) non fendue estampée dans la tôle et cintrée, et connectée à la tôle interne en entourant celle-ci par engagement par force,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la douille interne (1) présente une région de fente (1a) partant de l'une de ses extrémités avec au moins une fente (4) ouverte du côté de l'extrémité et s'étendant approximativement dans la direction longitudinale de la douille (1),
    une région (1b) non fendue partant de son autre extrémité et
    des fiches de contact (5) au niveau de l'une de ses extrémités, destinées à être enfoncées dans des perçages d'une plaque.
  2. Douille de contact selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle la douille externe (13) et la douille interne (1) présentent approximativement la même longueur.
  3. Douille de contact selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle les arêtes longitudinales opposées l'une à l'autre de la pièce découpée sont connectées l'une à l'autre par engagement positif après le cintrage de la douille respective (1, 13) pour fabriquer la douille externe (13) et/ou la douille interne (1).
  4. Douille de contact selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle l'engagement positif présente un évidement en contre-dépouille (3) dans une arête longitudinale et une saillie (2) réalisée de manière complémentaire dans l'autre arête longitudinale de la pièce découpée.
  5. Douille de contact selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle l'évidement en contre-dépouille (3) présente une forme approximativement circulaire.
  6. Douille de contact selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la douille interne (1) présente quatre fentes de même longueur (4) réparties uniformément sur la périphérie.
  7. Douille de contact selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les langues (6) subsistant entre les fentes (4) sont légèrement déformées vers l'intérieur.
  8. Douille de contact selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la longueur de la région de fente (la) est inférieure à la longueur de la fiche (11) pour laquelle la douille de contact est prévue.
  9. Douille de contact selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la douille interne (1) se compose de tôle de laiton.
  10. Douille de contact selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la douille externe (13) se compose d'acier spécial.
