Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft sanitäre Waschtischarmatur mit einem Gehäuse nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Befestigungselemente bekannter sanitärer Waschtischarmaturen sind von oben in eine Öffnung eines Waschtisches einsteckbar und werden von unten festgeschraubt. Der Waschtisch ist von unten oft nur schwer zugänglich, so dass der Monteur häufig eine unbequeme und ungesunde Körperhaltung einnehmen muss. Die Verschraubung der Waschtischarmatur von unten ist darüber hinaus aufwändig und zeitraubend.
  • Eine sanitäre Waschtischarmatur der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der US 6 328 059 B1 bekannt geworden. Ein von oben auf das Durchgangsloch eines Waschtischs auf setzbarer Block dient dazu, Wasserleitungen von unten aufzunehmen. Er wird mittels einer Schraube und eines Gegenstücks am Waschtisch lösbar befestigt. Die Armatur weist an ihrem unteren Ende eine Ausnehmung auf, welche zur Aufnahme des nach oben überstehenden Bereichs des Blockes dient. Dieser überstehende Bereich besitzt eine umlaufende radiale Nut mit Sackbohrungen, in welche Befestigungsbohrungen eingreifen, die durch die Armatur geschraubt werden, womit die Armatur am Block in gewissen diskreten Winkelpositionen fixiert wird. Eine stufenlose Fixierung ist so nicht möglich.
  • Eine Verbindung zwischen zwei wasserführenden Teilen z. B. einer Wasserarmatur mittels eines Sprengrings zeigt die US 2002/0 079 701 A1 . Für die Befestigung der Armatur an einem Waschtisch gibt diese Druckschrift keine Hinweise; auch benötigt eine gewünschte Fixierung in einem bestimmten Winkel noch zusätzlich einen Formschluss zwischen den zu verbindenden Teilen.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine sanitäre Waschtischarmatur der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, dass sie ohne großen technischen Aufwand im Wesentlichen von oben stabil an einem Waschtisch montierbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine sanitäre Waschtischarmatur mit den im Patentanspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Die sanitäre Waschtischarmatur ist also von oben an den Waschtisch montierbar, wie im Stand der Technik an sich bekannt ist. Hierzu wird das Gehäuse von oben aufgesteckt und mit der Klemmeinrichtung an dem vormontierten Sockel fixiert, was schnell und ohne technischen Aufwand erfolgen kann. Lediglich der Anschluss an die Eckventile und die Montage der Zugstange an der Ablaufgarnitur erfolgen unterhalb des Waschtisches. Der Sockel bildet so einen Adapter für eine Vielzahl von komplementären Gehäusen von Waschtischarmaturen, die untereinander schnell und einfach austauschbar sind.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Klemmeinrichtung technisch einfach und besonders stabil dadurch realisiert, dass der Sockel eine Nut mit einem einen Schlitz aufweisenden Sprengring und das Gehäuse eine komplementäre Gegennut aufweisen und der Sprengring mit einem in eine durchgängige Gewindebohrung im Gehäuse einschraubbaren Gewindestift radial aufweitbar ist. So sind sehr große Klemmkräfte erzielbar.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn der Sprengring ein Teil der Klemmeinrichtung ist, welche mittels des Gewindestifts oberhalb des Waschtisches spannbar und entspannbar ist, so dass der Arbeitsaufwand deutlich verringert wird.
  • Um sicherzustellen, dass der Schlitz des Sprengrings immer im Bereich des Gewindestiftes positioniert ist, ist vorteilhafterweise in der Nut ein Positionierstift für den Sprengring angeordnet, welcher in den Schlitz eingreift.
  • Die Montage der wasserführenden Leitungen wird bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform deutlich vereinfacht, bei der der Sockel wenigstens ein Verbindungselement für wasserführende Leitungen aufweist.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert; es zeigen

  • In Figur 1 ist eine Waschrischarmatur 1 dargestellt, die von oben an einem Waschtisch 2 befestigt ist.
  • Die Waschtischarmatur 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 3, aus dem in Figur 1 oben rechts ein Wasserauslauf 4 herausführt. In dem Gehäuse 3 ist oben eine an sich bekannte Kartusche 5 angeordnet, die mit einem Mischerhebel 6 betätigbar ist.
  • Zu der Kartusche 5 führen im Inneren des Gehäuses 3 von unten zwei obere Wasserzulaufleitungen 7.
  • Das Gehäuse 3 hat in seinem unteren Bereich, der eine Befestigungseinrichtung 8 mitbildet, im Wesentlichen die Form eines kreisförmige Hohlzylinders. Es ist auf einen ebenfalls kreiszylinderförmigen Sockel 9 aufgesteckt, dessen Außenquerschnitt kom-plementär zum Innenquerschnitt des unteren Bereichs des Gehäuses 3 ist. Entlang des oberen Bereichs der Mantelfläche des Sockels 9 ist zum Abdichten ein O-Ring 10 in einer Nut 11 angeordnet.
  • Der Sockel 9 ist auf der Oberseite des Waschtisches 2 mit einem Sockelbolzen 12 befestigt, der ein Außengewinde aufweist. Zwischen dem Sockel 9 und dem Waschtisch 2 ist eine Unterlegscheibe 13 angeordnet.
  • Der Sockelbolzen 12 führt in Figur 1 links senkrecht aus der unteren Stirnseite des Sockels 9 heraus. Er ist durch eine durchgängige Bolzenöffnung in dem Waschtisch 2 hindurch gesteckt und von unten mit einer Klemmscheibe 14 und einer nicht dargestellten Mutter gesichert.
  • Darüber hinaus sind im Sockel 9 in der Vorderansicht in Figur 2 zwei an sich bekannte Verbindungselemente 15 zur Verbindung der oberen Wasserzulaufleitungen 7 mit zwei von unten durch entsprechende Öffnungen 16 im Waschtisch 2 hindurchführenden unteren Wasserzulaufleitungen 17 angeordnet.
  • Außerdem weist der Sockel 9 eine durchgängige Öffnung 18 für eine Zugstange 19 für eine nicht dargestellte Ablaufgarnitur auf.
  • Um das Gehäuse 3 auf dem Sockel 9 zu fixieren, ist eine Klemmeinrichtung 20 als weiterer Teil der Befestigungseinrichtung 8 vorgesehen. Diese umfasst einen Sprengring 21, der in einer im Mantel des Sockels 9 umlaufenden Sprengringnut 22 angeordnet ist.
  • Der Sprengring 21 verschwindet in entspanntem Zustand nahezu vollständig in der Sprengringnut 22 und ragt nicht oder nur wenig über den Mantel des Sockels 9 hinaus (Figuren 3 bis 6). In der Innenmanteltläche des Gehäuses 3 ist auf Höhe der Sprengringnut 22 eine Gegennut 23 mit einem V-föuaaigen Querschnitt angeordnet, in die der Sprengring 21 später in gespanntem Zustand zu einem Teil eingeschoben ist (Figuren 7 bis 10).
  • Der Sprengring 21 ist an seiner in Figur 3 rechten Seite geschlitzt. Der Schlitz 24 des Sprengrings 21 ist in Figur 6 im Detail dargestellt. Die sich gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten des Sprengrings 21 weisen in ihrem in Figur 6 linken Viertel zwei zueinander parallele ebene Flächen 25 auf. Rechts von den ebenen Flächen 25 sind die Stirnseiten jeweils um 45° abgeschrägt, so dass der Schlitz 24 insgesamt eine 90° - Senkung 26 aufweist.
  • Die ebenen Flächen 25 liegen in entspanntem Zustand des Sprengrings 21 an einem Positionierstift 27 an. Der Positionierstift 27 ist in der in Figur 5 unteren Wand der Sprengringnut 22 angeordnet und verhindert, dass sich der Sprengring 21 in der Sprengringnut 22 verdreht.
  • In Verlängerung zum Schlitz 24 des Sprengrings 21 in der Detailansicht der Figur 6 nach rechts weist der Mantel des Gehäuses 3 eine durchgängige Gewindebohrung 28 auf, in der ein Gewindestift 29 als Einstellelement für den Sprengring 21 eingeschraubt ist. Der linke, dem Sprengring 21 zugewandte Rand des Gewindestiftes 29 ist um 45° abgekantet, so dass ein Kegelstumpf 30 mit einem Kegelwinkel von 90° realisiert wird, der komplementär zur 90°- Senkung 26 des Schlitzes 24 des Sprengrings 21 ist.
  • Wird der Gewindestift 29 im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, so schiebt sich der Kegelstumpf 30 nach links in die 90° - Senkung 26, und drückt so die Stirnseiten des Sprengrings 21 in Figur 7 nach oben beziehungsweise unten auseinander, wie dies im Schnitt im Detail in Figur 10 dargestellt ist. Hierdurch wird der Sprengring 21 insgesamt radial aufgeweitet und aus der Sprengringnut 22 heraus in die Gegennut 23 des Gehäuses 3 gedrückt, wie dies in den Figuren 8 und 9 im Schnitt gezeigt ist.
  • In vollständig gespanntem Zustand greift der Sprengring 21 in der Detailansicht der Figur 9 mit seinem linken äußeren Drittel in die Gegennut 23 ein und sein dem Sockel 9 zugewandter innerer, in Figur 9 rechter Bereich verbleibt in der Sprengringnut 22, so dass der Sockel 9 relativ zum Gehäuse 3 eingeklemmt wird.
  • Um die Waschtischarmatur 1 zu montieren, wird zunächst der Sockel 9 mit dem Sokkelbolzen 12 am Waschtisch 2 befestigt und die Verbindungselemente 16 werden in Figur 1 von unten mit den unteren Wasserzulaufleitungen 17 verbunden. Anschließend wird der Gewindestift 29 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn so weit aus der Gewindebohrung im Mantel des Gehäuses 3 gedreht, bis er nicht mehr über dessen Innenmantelfläche hinausragt. Daraufhin wird das Gehäuse 3 in Figur 1 von oben auf den Sockel 9 gesteckt, wobei gleichzeitig die oberen Wasserzulaufleitungen 7 mit den Verbindungselementen 16 verbunden werden. Danach wird der Gewindestift 29 so weit im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, bis der Sprengring 21 vollständig gespannt ist und das Gehäuse 3 auf dem Sockel 9 festgeklemmt ist. Zum Schluss wird die Zugstange 19 durch die entsprechenden Öffnungen hindurch gesteckt und in an sich bekannter Weise mit der Ablaufgarnitur verbunden.
  • Der Sockel 9 kann auch in anderer Weise als mit dem Sockelbolzen 12, der Klemmscheibe 14 und der Mutter an dem Waschtisch 2 befestigt sein.
  • Die Klemmeinrichtung 20 kann beispielsweise auch mit einer Vielzahl von Madenschrauben im Gehäuse 3 realisiert werden, die in eine Nut im Mantel des Sockels 9 eingeschraubt werden.
  • Der Sprengring 21 kann statt eines runden beispielsweise auch einen eckigen oder elliptischen Querschnitt aufweisen.
  • Statt des Gewindestiftes 29 mit dem Kegelstumpf 30 kann auch ein Stift mit unrundem, insbesondere elliptischem Querschnitt, verwendet werden, mit dem durch Drehen die in diesem Fall vorzugsweise parallelen Stirnflächen der Öffnung 24 des Sprengrings 21 auseinander gedrückt werden.

Claims (4)

  1. Sanitäre Waschtischarmatur mit einem Gehäuse (3), das mit Hilfe einer Befestigungseinrichtung (8) lösbar an einem Waschtisch (2) befestigt ist, wobei die Befestigungseinrichtung (8) umfasst:
    a) einen an dem Waschtisch (2) befestigbaren Sockel (9);
    b) eine an dem Gehäuse (3) und dem Sockel (9) ausgebildete Steckeinrichtung, mit der das Gehäuse (3) auf den Sockel (9) von oben aufsteckbar ist;
    c) eine Klemmeinrichtung (20), mit der das aufgesteckte Gehäuse (3) gegen den Sockel (9) verklemmbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    d) der Sockel (9) eine Nut (22) mit einem einen Schlitz (24) aufweisenden Sprengring (21) und das Gehäuse (3) eine komplementäre Gegennut (23) aufweisen und der Sprengring (21) mit einem in eine durchgängige Gewindebohrung (28) im Gehäuse (3) einschraubbaren Gewindestift (29) radial aufweitbar ist, so daß das Gehäuse (3) gegen den Sockel (9) verklemmt werden kann.
  2. Sanitäre Waschtischarmatur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindestift (29) oberhalb des Waschtisches (2) spannbar und entspannbar ist.
  3. Sanitäre Waschtischarmatur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Nut (22) ein Positionierstift (27) für den Sprengring (21) angeordnet ist, welcher in den Schlitz (24) eingreift.
  4. Sanitäre Waschtischarmatur nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (9) wenigstens ein Verbindungselement (15) für wasserführende Leitungen (7, 17) aufweist.
