Claims (3)

  1. Rampe à buses disposée au niveau d'un dispositif servant à produire des jets de liquide pour entrelacer, sous l'action des jets, les fibres d'une bande de fibres, laquelle rampe à buses est constituée d'une partie supérieure s'étendant sur la largeur de travail de la bande de fibres et d'une partie inférieure fixée à la partie supérieure de manière étanche aux liquides, sachant
    a) qu'une chambre de pression (3), à laquelle est amené le liquide sous pression, est disposée dans la partie supérieure sur la longueur de cette dernière, et
    b) qu'une chambre de répartition de pression (4) est prévue de manière parallèle à la chambre de pression avec une paroi intermédiaire (5), laquelle chambre de répartition de pression est reliée à la chambre de pression (3) par l'intermédiaire d'alésages pour la circulation de liquide (6) disposés dans la paroi intermédiaire (5), et
    c) qu'une bande à buses (12) dotée des alésages pour la chambre de buses est logée de manière étanche aux liquides au niveau de la partie inférieure, et
    d) que la chambre de répartition de pression (4) se termine, au niveau de la zone située en regard des alésages pour la circulation de liquide (6), en une entaille (8), qui débouche sur les alésages de la bandes à buses (12), et
    e) qu'un corps d'impact (13) est disposé, sur la longueur de l'entaille (8), dans la chambre de répartition de pression (4) entre les alésages pour la circulation de liquide (6) et l'entaille (8), lequel corps d'impact
    f) est disposé dans la chambre de répartition de pression (4), de manière à pouvoir être parcouru librement par un liquide sur sa longueur et sur sa section transversale,
    caractérisée en ce que le corps d'impact (13) n'est pas vissé à la rampe à buses, mais est inséré à l'intérieur de cette dernière et peut en être retiré, sachant qu'il est maintenu dans une position centrale ou excentrique à l'aide d'écarteurs (14).
  2. Rampe à buses selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les écarteurs (14) sont soudés au corps d'impact (13).
  3. Rampe à buses selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les écarteurs (14) fixés au niveau du corps d'impact (13) sont ouverts vers le bas.
