Claims (10)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer un appareil sanitaire, en particulier une cuvette de lavabo (2),
    comprenant un corps sanitaire (4) en forme de cuvette ou de bassin et présentant au moins une fente d'évacuation (5),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps sanitaire (4) est réalisé par coulée d'un matériau minéral et mis en forme en une coulée unique, conjointement avec ladite au moins une fente d'évacuation (5) réalisée en lui-même.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps sanitaire (4) comprend une partie d'évacuation (3) reliée à la fente d'évacuation respective (5), laquelle est également mise en forme dans ladite coulée unique sur le corps sanitaire (4).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une fente d'évacuation (5) est agencée dans un plan vertical et de préférence non visible depuis le côté antérieur (7) du corps sanitaire (4).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une fente d'évacuation (5) est réalisée rectangulaire et présente de préférence une hauteur de 12 mm et une largeur inférieure à 60 mm.
  5. Appareil pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    il est prévu une partie inférieure de moule de coulée (11) et une partie supérieure de moule de coulée (12) qui présente une ouverture (13) pour le matériau à couler, ladite partie supérieure étant reliée de façon détachable à la partie inférieure en ménageant partiellement une distance mutuelle pour mouler un corps sanitaire (4), du dispositif sanitaire (1), réalisé par coulée d'un matériau minéral, et une pièce de moule (14), à l'aide de laquelle une partie d'évacuation (3) peut être moulée d'un seul tenant sur le corps sanitaire (4), et
    en ce que la pièce de moule (14) est reliée de façon détachable à la partie supérieure de moule de coulée (12) dans la région de l'ouverture (13) du matériau à couler, et présente une surface d'appui (20) par laquelle elle peut venir s'appliquer fermement contre la partie inférieure de moule de coulée (11) pour ménager au moins une fente d'évacuation (5).
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de moule (14) est reliée à la partie supérieure de moule de coulée (12) de telle façon que sa surface d'appui (20) s'applique sur une surface (21), de la partie inférieure de moule de coulée (11), tournée vers la partie supérieure de moule de coulée (12), et recouvre cette surface au moins partiellement contre le matériau à couler.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure de moule de coulée (11) comprend un bombement convexe (22), orienté vers la partie supérieure de moule de coulée (12), avec une surface d'appui (23) approximativement verticale, contre laquelle la surface d'appui (20) de la pièce de moule (14) peut être amenée en butée.
  8. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (20) de la pièce de moule (14) est réalisée à une extrémité (25) de celle-ci semblable à un tenon.
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de moule (14) est une pièce tournée et présente à son extrémité (25) semblable à un tenon une échancrure (26) approximativement demi-cylindrique, dont une surface, associée à l'extrémité (25) semblable à un tenon, forme la surface d'appui (20) de la pièce de moule (14).
