Claims (10)

  1. Method for producing a sanitary device, in particular a washbasin (2) comprising a bowl-type or tub-type sanitary body (4) having an outlet slit (5), characterised in that the sanitary body (4) is made from cast mineral composite and is moulded together with its at least one outlet slit (5) formed therein from a single cast unit.
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the sanitary body (4) has an outlet part (3) connected to the associated outlet slit (5), said outlet part (3) also being cast onto the sanitary body (4) in the single cast unit.
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the at least one outlet slit (5) is arranged in a vertical plane and preferably cannot be looked into from the front side (7) of the sanitary body (4).
  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the at least one waste slit (5) is formed rectangular and preferably has a height of 12 mm and a width of less than 60 mm.
  5. Device for carrying out the method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a casting mould lower part (11) and a casting mould upper part (12), which has an opening (13) for the casting material and is detachably connected to the former, partially leaving a mutual separation for the forming of a sanitary body (4) of the sanitary device (1) made from cast mineral composite, and a mould part (14) are provided, and with the aid of said mould part (14), an outlet part (3) can be formed on the sanitary body (4) in one piece with it, and that the mould part (14) is detachably connected to the casting mould upper part (12) in the region of the opening (13) for the casting material and has a supporting surface (20) with which it can lie firmly against the casting mould lower part (11) to provide at least one outlet slit (5).
  6. Device according to claim 5, characterised in that the mould part (14) is connected to the casting mould upper part (12), that its supporting surface (20) lies against a surface (21) of the casting mould lower part (11) facing towards the casting mould upper part (12) and at least partially covers this surface against the casting material.
  7. Device according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the casting mould lower part (11) has a convex arch (22) directed towards the casting mould upper part (12), said arch having an approximately vertical contact surface (23) against which the supporting surface (20) of the mould part (14) can be brought into contact.
  8. Device according to one of the claims 5 to 7, characterised in that the supporting surface (20) of the mould part (14) is formed on a spigot-like end (25) thereof.
  9. Device according to claim 8, characterised in that the mould part (14) is a turned part and has, at its spigot-like end (25), an approximately hemicylindrical cut-out (26) whose one surface allocated to the spigot-like end (25) comprises the supporting surface (20) of the mould part (14).
  10. Device according to claim 9, characterised in that the surfaces (20, 27) of the cut-out (26) in the mould part (14) give way to each other via a rounding (30) in an arc shape.
