Definitions
- the invention relates to a delivery device specified in the preamble of claim 1. Art.
- This is preferably a delivery device for knitting machines, although the inventive concept can also be used in delivery devices for weaving machines or other textile machines.
- Delivery devices according to the preamble of claim 1 are for example from the DE 3734284 and US 4,137,731 known.
- a large number of delivery devices are usually mounted close together with the mounting devices. If a fault occurs on a delivery device, the control device of the delivery device activates the warning light source to notify the operator of the fault. During or after the removal of the fault, the warning light source is switched off again by means of the switch or the control of the delivery device is reset.
- the cover and the switch are often placed so that the cover is difficult to see, especially in dense arrangement of the delivery devices and / or the switch is cumbersome to operate.
- the invention has for its object to provide a delivery device of the type mentioned, which is characterized by increased ease of use.
- the placement of the switch in the front part and on the side facing away from the mounting device of the take-off axis leads to several, the ease of use enhancing advantages. Namely, in this position, the switch, especially in dense arrangement of many delivery devices, very easily accessible, ie ergonomically positioned for the operator exactly where it usually has to intervene when correcting the disturbance anyway. In addition, the switch is easy to see from different perspectives because it is not obscured by the thread or other peripheral accessories of this or other delivery devices. Because just this point is mounted Delivery device almost exposed best and offers itself to the searching look or the hand of the operator directly.
- This position of this area of the front part, which is so exposed when the delivery device is mounted, is expediently also used to attach the cover there, so that the searching glance of the operator immediately sees the cover illuminated in the event of a fault even in an extremely dense arrangement of the delivery devices, and knows that the fault occurred here.
- This placement of the switch and / or cover saves time in troubleshooting and troubleshooting, which benefits the production rate.
- the cover also suitably includes the trigger eye, so that the illuminated cover can present a relatively large and conspicuously illuminated surface.
- the cover is also suitably assigned the additional task to hold the trigger eyelet. This has assembly advantages.
- the switch preferably at least at least one actuator of the switch, and the cover are integrated with each other.
- the operating member may be a push button that is convenient to use.
- the push button is protected and arranged arranged when the is arranged in an at least substantially perpendicular to the trigger axis shaft of the cover.
- the shaft should extend with respect to the take-off axis in a direction opposite the free end of the housing extension arm on the front part, for example approximately parallel to the main plane of the front part.
- main switch which is positioned separately from the switch for resetting the warning light source somewhere on the housing.
- additional task of the main switch is expediently assigned to the ergonomically favorably arranged switch in the front part. For example, momentary actuation of the switch resets the Wam light source (and the associated controller) and activates the main switch function when the switch is pressed for a longer time.
- the switch to which both tasks are assigned may include a reset switch part and a main switch part, which are separately operable, but both are optimally placed in terms of ease of use.
- the switch expediently has its own illumination field, which signals its switching state.
- the illumination field of the switch should, in order to be visible from different directions, extend over at least two mutually angled surfaces of the switch or the push button.
- the cover is a hood which has a primary luminous side which is at least substantially parallel to the front side of the front part and a plurality of secondary luminous sides angled relative to the primary luminous side.
- the differently oriented primary and secondary luminaire pages can be immediately detected from different viewing directions.
- a secondary luminous side projecting conically from the primary luminous side to be arranged on the holder for the extraction eyelet. This also gives a visually pleasing lighting image with the darker, circular trigger eyelet in the lighting cover.
- a structural component is removably mounted on the front part, hide behind which, for example, control components or mechanical components.
- the component has the additional function of defining the cover as well. This offers advantages for maintenance and installation work.
- the respective light source is expediently an LED.
- the LED may be characteristically colored, for example, to illuminate the cover orange or red.
- the LED for the switch on the other hand, may have a different alarm color, e.g. green.
- the respective LED is either flashing or permanently activated, for example, thereby visually represent the importance of the fault or even different types of interference only by the lighting mode.
- delivery device F has a housing 1, on which a take-up disc 2 is rotatably mounted with a take-up 3 and driven by a motor, not shown.
- the take-up disk 2 comprises a generally drum-shaped storage body 4 for temporarily storing turns of thread.
- a mounting device 5 is arranged, with which the delivery device F can be clamped to a holding profile, for example.
- a housing arm 6 is provided on the housing 1, which extends approximately parallel and at a distance adjacent to the storage body 4.
- a holder 7 for a thread control element is arranged and displaceably guided in this embodiment, which can be finely adjusted by an adjusting device 8 and / or roughly adjusted by a quick adjustment device 9.
- the adjusting devices 8, 9 are arranged accessible at the free end of the housing arm 6. Further, at the free end of the housing arm 6, a front part 10 is fixed, which extends at least approximately perpendicular to the housing arm 6 and at an axial distance in front of the front end of the storage body 4 across the storage body 4 away and in the illustrated embodiment with a rounded here free end 20th expires.
- a structural member 11 is detachably fixed (screw holes 12), behind the control and / or mechanical components, for example, are hidden for maintenance or adjustment.
- a trigger eye 13 is further placed, which defines a take-off axis Y for the thread from the storage body 4.
- the take-off axis Y is, for example, coaxial with the axis of the storage body 4 and the axis of rotation of the take-up disk 2.
- the cover 14 is arranged in the region of the front side of the front part 10, which extends on the side facing away from the mounting device 5 side of the take-off axis Y in the direction of the free end 20.
- the cover 14 even includes the pull-off lug 13 and has a primary luminescent side which is substantially parallel to the front side of the front part 10 and a plurality of secondary luminescent sides which extend at an angle thereto.
- Such secondary luminous pages for example, engage around the side edges of the front side of the front part 10.
- a conically projecting secondary luminescent side 17 is formed.
- the cover 14 is also used for positioning the trigger lug 13, which may be glued, for example, in the conical secondary luminescent side 17 defining part of the cover 14.
- a switch 15 is provided on the side facing away from the mounting device 5 side of the trigger axis Y on the front part 10.
- the switch 15 has in this embodiment, a push button 18 as an actuator and an example integrated into the push button 18 light box 16, for example, extending over each other at an angle surfaces of the push button 18 and by an unspecified highlighted light source, here for example also a (
- the switch 15 or the pushbutton 18 is integrated in the cover 14 and, for example, displaceably guided in a shaft 19 of the cover 14.
- the switch 15 could also be separated from the cover 14 be mounted in the front part.
- the push button 18 may consist of two relatively separately operable push-button parts.
- the switch 15 has the function of a reset switch for the warning light source Q, but also the function of a main switch for the delivery device F.
- the switch 15 on the side facing away from the mounting device 5 side of the take-off axis Y is placed very close to the free end 20 of the front part 20.
- the push button 18 can be pressed in a direction that is substantially parallel to the front of the front part 10 and approximately in the direction that is defined by the adjusting knob of the mechanism 8 and the trigger eye 13.
- the push button 18 could be actuated in a direction which is oriented parallel to the take-off axis Y.
- the cover 14 with the trigger lug 13 and the push button 18 of the switch is a structural unit which, with the component 11 removed, can be fitted to suitable receptacles, e.g. Pre-position a control board and then fixed by attaching the component 11 final.
- the light field 16 of the switch 14 is green, for example, to achieve a clear distinction to the orange light of the cover 14.
- the push button 18 is kept pressed, for example, longer than two seconds, while for the reset function of the push button 18 needs to be pressed only once briefly.
- the cover 14 is expediently a plastic molded part with a scratch-resistant surface and good light distribution properties.
- the push button 18 is well positioned between the free end 20 and a step of the cover 14, suitably so that a contour slightly recedes from the contour of the free end 20.
- the cover 14 could include without having the trigger eye 13, have a boundary line which is approximately at the level of the take-off axis Y. Further, the extraction eye 13 does not necessarily have to be incorporated in the cover 14.
