Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour le dépôt d'au moins deux couches d'enduit de couchage sur la surface d'une bande continue (w), en particulier d'une bande de papier ou de carton, en utilisant un dispositif de couchage (1), dans lequel il est prévu au moins deux têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) disposées à une distance quelconque l'une de l'autre pour le dépôt d'au moins deux couches d'enduit de couchage et délivrant chacune un enduit de couchage vers le bas sur la bande (w), et dans lequel les enduits de couchage respectifs délivrés vers le bas par les têtes de couchage à rideau précitées, l'un après l'autre dans la direction d'un plan incliné (2a) d'une tôle de guidage (2), sont laminés sur la tôle de guidage (2) en formant un dépôt d'au moins deux couches d'enduit au cours de leur mouvement au-dessus du plan incliné et les couches d'enduit précitées sont délivrées sous la forme d'un rideau d'enduit (ca, cb) sur la surface de la bande continue (w), caractérisé en ce que l'on déplace les têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) latéralement par rapport à la bande (w), dans lequel on détecte un décalage de lacet de la bande (w) au moyen d'un détecteur de décalage (6), et on commande la position des têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) en direction latérale au moyen de signaux fournis par le détecteur de décalage (6), de telle manière qu'elle corresponde au décalage de lacet de la bande.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on déplace les têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) latéralement par rapport à la bande (w) avec un organe de commande (8), dans lequel l'organe de commande (8) reçoit des signaux du détecteur de décalage de lacet (6) par l'intermédiaire d'un appareil de commande (7).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on peut recueillir et renvoyer tout l'enduit de couchage délivré par les têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b).
  4. Dispositif (1) pour le dépôt d'au moins deux couches d'enduit de couchage sur la surface d'une bande continue (w), en particulier une bande de papier ou de carton, comprenant:
    - au moins deux têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) disposées à une distance quelconque l'une de l'autre, qui délivrent chacune un enduit de couchage vers le bas sur la bande (w),
    - une tôle de guidage (2), sur laquelle les enduits de couchage respectifs délivrés vers le bas par les au moins deux têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) précitées, l'un après l'autre dans la direction d'un plan incliné (2a), sont laminés en formant un dépôt d'au moins deux couches au cours de leur mouvement sur le plan incliné (2a),
    caractérisé en ce que les têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) sont déplaçables latéralement par rapport à la bande (w) et il est prévu un détecteur de décalage (6) pour détecter un décalage de lacet de la bande (w) et pour régler la position des têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) en direction latérale, de telle manière que la position des têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) puisse être commandée au moyen de signaux fournis par le détecteur de décalage (6), de telle manière qu'elle corresponde au décalage de lacet de la bande (w).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un guidage de rideau (2b) dirigé vers le bas à l'extrémité inférieure du plan incliné précité (2a), pour l'évacuation de la couche d'enduit laminée sous la forme d'un rideau d'enduit (ca, cb).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens (4a, 4b) pour recueillir et renvoyer l'enduit de couchage délivré par les têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les têtes de couchage à rideau (1a, 1b) présentent chacune une partie coulissante (5) avec un rail (5a) et une partie suspendue (5b) engagée dans le rail (5a).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie coulissante (5) peut être entraînée avec un organe de commande (8), dans lequel l'organe de commande (8) reçoit des signaux du détecteur de décalage de lacet (6) par l'intermédiaire d'un appareil de commande (7).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de l'enduit de couchage délivré par la première tête de couchage à rideau (1a) est plus grande que la largeur de la bande (w) et la largeur de l'enduit de couchage délivré par la deuxième tête de couchage à rideau (1b) est plus petite que la largeur de la bande (w).
