Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von metallischen geflechteten Strukturen, bei dem die folgenden Arbeitsgänge durchgeführt werden:
    - ausgehend von einer massiven Metallplatte (10) Bildung einer Vielzahl von Löchern (10a) in einer voreingestellten und gespeicherten Position, wobei die Löcher (10a) eine festgelegte Konfiguration besitzen und mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Stanzwerkzeuges hergestellt sind,
    - Durchführung eines oberflächigen Tiefzieh-Arbeitsganges über die Hälfte der Dicke der Platte (10), Stoß für Stoß, entsprechend einer voreingestellten Maschenweite zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Löchern und entsprechend des massiven Teils der Platte (10), wobei dieser Tiefzieh-Arbeitsgang in einer Längsrichtung der Platte (10) entlang einem festgelegten Band erfolgt,
    - Durchführung sämtlicher Tiefzieh-Arbeitsgänge durch Verschiebung in den Längsebenen der Platte (10), um die Bündel der Längsbänder (C) zu begrenzen,
    - die folgende Phase besteht darin, das Werkzeug in Abhängigkeit von den herzustellenden Formen in einer axialen Ebene zur Längsrichtung der Platte (10) anders auszurichten, und einen zweiten oberflächigen Teil-Tiefzieh-Arbeitsgang in einer anderen Ebene als der ersten Formgebungslinie durchzuführen und eine Vielzahl von Bändern in derselben Ebene zu formen bzw. herzustellen, bis die Gesamtheit der Nutzfläche der Platte (10) und die entsprechende Verflechtung gebildet ist.
  2. Mittels des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 hergestellte metallische geflechtete Struktur, die aus einem Stück und ohne Zwischenräume in einer Längsebene eine Vielzahl von Bändern (C) und in axialer Richtung zu der Längsebene mit den Querlinien (La, Lb, Ln) eine Vielzahl von Bändern besitzt, wobei die Bänder allesamt über die Hälfte der Dicke der Platte (10) oberflächig gebildet sind, so dass ein vollständiges Geflecht erhalten wird.
  3. Verwendung einer metallischen geflechteten Struktur nach Anspruch 2 gekennzeichnet durch Einrichtungsgegenstände.
  4. Verwendung einer metallischen geflechteten Struktur nach Anspruch 2 gekennzeichnet für die Herstellung von Paneelen.
  5. Verwendung einer metallischen geflechteten Struktur nach Anspruch 2 für die Herstellung von Dekorationsartikeln.
