Claims (15)

  1. Verfahren zum Verbinden von zwei Einheiten (100a, 100b) von Profilverschlüssen bzw. -halterungen, das die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen:
    - Zuschneiden der jeweiligen Enden der zwei Einheiten (100a, 100b) derart, dass jedes von ihnen zwei Elemente (110, 120) aufweist, deren äußerste Ränder in Längsrichtung relativ versetzt sind,
    - Einführen der Enden dieser zwei Einheiten (100a, 100b) in eine Führung (10), die jeweilige Mittel (20, 30, 32) zur Ausrichtung der zwei Einheiten (100a, 100b) umfasst, wobei Zugang zu mindestens einem Abschnitt der übereinanderliegenden Bereiche der zwei Einheiten (100a, 100b) verbleibt, und
    - Verbinden der benachbarten Enden der zwei derart positionierten Einheiten (100a, 100b) durch Schweißen (50).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung einerseits eine längliche Rille (20) umfasst, die imstande ist, die Verschluss- bzw. Haltemittel (112, 122) der Profile (110, 120) in Position gegenseitiger Ausrichtung aufzunehmen, und andererseits Plättchen (30, 32), die diese Rille (20) umschließen und geeignet sind, sich zwischen den Trägerelementen (114, 124) der Sets zu positionieren.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Schweißens auf Ebene der Rille (20) erfolgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Schweißens Punktwarmschweißen ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Schweißens Ultraschallschweißen ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille (20) in eine transversale Öffnung (40) mündet und eine der Einheiten von dieser Öffnung (40) auf der Führung festgespannt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längsabstand zwischen den Enden der zwei Elemente (110, 120) jeder Einheit (100a, 100b) zirka 1 bis 5 cm beträgt.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Einheiten in umgekehrter Position auf der Führung (10) festgespannt sind, das heißt, dass ein Trägerelement (114a) der einen Einheit mit der größeren Länge unter der Führung ist und ein Trägerelement (114b) der anderen Einheit mit der größeren Länge über der Führung ist.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schweißen auf Ebene der Halte- bzw. Verschlussmittel (114, 124) erfolgt.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schweißen auf Ebene der benachbarten transversalen Enden der Einheiten (100a, 100b) erfolgt.
  11. Führung zur Umsetzung des Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie jeweilige Mittel (20, 30, 32) zur Ausrichtung der zwei Einheiten (100a, 100b) umfasst, wobei Zugang zu mindestens einem Abschnitt der übereinanderliegenden Bereiche der zwei Einheiten verbleibt.
  12. Führung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einerseits eine längliche Rille (20) umfasst, die imstande ist, die Verschluss- bzw. Haltemittel (112, 122) der Profile in Position gegenseitiger Ausrichtung aufzunehmen, und andererseits Plättchen (30, 32), die diese Rille (20) umschließen und geeignet sind, sich zwischen den Trägerelementen (114, 124) der Einheiten zu positionieren.
  13. Führung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille in eine transversale längliche Öffnung (40) mündet.
  14. Führung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Öffnung (40) ungefähr der Breite der Trägerelemente (114, 124) der Verschlussprofile entspricht.
  15. Führung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille auf dem Längsende der Führung in Form eines konisch erweiterten Ausschnitts (31, 33) mündet.
