Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung (70) zum Positionieren von mit einer Vielzahl von Schiebern versehenen Verschlussprofilstreifen (10) in Bezug auf die Längsränder eines thermoplastischen Folienschlauchs (11), mit wenigstens einem eine Führung bildenden äußeren radialen Anschlag (1), der sich bezüglich eines Formungshalses (3) längs erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des äußeren radialen Anschlags (1) mindestens dem Abstand zwischen zwei auf den Profilstreifen (10) aufeinanderfolgenden Schiebern (12) entspricht, so dass er die Schieber entlang des Formungshalses (3) zu führen vermag, und dass die Vorrichtung ferner seitliche Führungsplatten (4), die sich zum Positionieren der thermoplastischen Folie (11) auf dem Formungshals (3) bezüglich des Formungshalses (3) in Längsrichtung beiderseits des äußeren radialen Anschlags (2) erstrecken, und einen inneren radialen Anschlag (2, 6) umfasst, der sich vom Formungshals (3) aus radial zwischen den seitlichen Führungsplatten (4) erstreckt und die Profilstreifen bezüglich der Längsränder der thermoplastischen Folie (11) in Position zu bringen vermag.
- Vorrichtung (70) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (1) eine obere Wand und zwei Seitenwände umfasst, die solchermaßen angeordnet sind, dass sie mit der oberen Wand ein U formen und somit einen Gang bilden. - Vorrichtung (70) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die seitlichen Führungsplatten längs des äußeren radialen Anschlags (1) erstrecken. - Vorrichtung (70) nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsplatten (4) aus Kunststoff oder Metall sind. - Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussprofilstreifen (10) ein gemeinsames seitliches Stützgewebe (13) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung (70) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gemeinsame seitliche Stützgewebe (13) ein Originalitätsverschluss ist. - Vorrichtung (70) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere radiale Anschlag (2) ein Einsatz ist, der sich vom Formungshals (3) aus radial erstreckt. - Vorrichtung (70) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (2) eine rechteckige Form hat. - Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite des Einsatzes (2) konkav oder V-förmig ist. - Vorrichtung (70) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere radiale Anschlag (2) zwei zueinander parallele Führungsfinger (6) aufweist, die sich vom Formungshals (3) aus radial erstrecken. - Vorrichtung (70) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsfinger (6) wenigstens eine längs verlaufende Führungsnut (7) aufweisen, die zu einer Verdickung (14) komplementär ist, welche längs auf einem Stützgewebe der Verschlussprofilstreifen (10) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung (70) nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsfinger (6) wenigstens eine Längsrippe (8) aufweisen, die zu einer Nut (15) komplementär ist, welche auf einem Stützgewebe der Verschlussprofilstreifen (10) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere radiale Anschlag (2, 6) aus Metall ist. - Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere radiale Anschlag (1) eine Führung ist, die sich in Bezug auf einen Formungshals (3) in Längsrichtung erstreckt, und dass die Führung (1) ferner zwei längs verlaufende Vorsprünge (1a, 1b) aufweist, die sich von der Innenseite der Seitenteile der Führung (1) aus erstrecken. - Vorrichtung (70) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber (12), die auf den Profilstreifen (10) positioniert sind, auf den Vorsprüngen (1b) der Führung (1) ruhen. - Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere radiale Anschlag (1) aus Kunststoff oder Metall ist. - Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie längs verlaufenden Schweißbacken (5) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie quer verlaufenden Schweißbacken (60) zugeordnet ist - Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie längs verlaufenden Schneidemitteln zugeordnet ist. - Maschine zur Herstellung eines Beutels (80), der mit einem mit Schiebern (12) versehenen Verschlussprofilstreifen (10) versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (70) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19 umfasst.
