Claims (24)

  1. Verpackungsbeutel, der mindestens einen Zwickel (50), ein erstes lösbares Verbindungselement (42, 43), das auf dem besagten mindestens einen Zwickel (50) platziert ist, um ein mehrfaches Öffnen/Schließen zu gewährleisten, und ein zweites Verbindungselement (41), um den besagten mindestens einen Zwickel (50) in zusammengefaltetem Zustand zu halten, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und zweite Verbindungselement mindestens teilweise ein gleiches gemeinsames Element (40) in Form eines Streifens bilden, der auf der inneren Oberfläche einer Wand des Zwickels befestigt ist und einen ersten Abschnitt des ersten Verbindungselements und das zweite Verbindungselement umfasst.
  2. Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gemeinsame Element (40) ein U-förmiges Tape ist.
  3. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gemeinsame Element (40) aus dem Material des Beutelkörpers (20) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verbindungselement (42, 43) und das zweite Verbindungselement (41) auf Ebene des Zwickels (50) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verbindungselement (42, 43) derart angeordnet ist, dass dieses nicht vom Inhalt des Beutels beansprucht wird, wenn der Zwickel (50) vom zweiten Verbindungselement (41) zusammengefaltet gehalten wird.
  6. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das erste lösbare Verbindungselement (42, 43) parallel zur Faltlinie (32) des Zwickels (50) erstreckt.
  7. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste lösbare Verbindungselement (42, 43) mindestens einen selbstklebenden Streifen umfasst.
  8. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste lösbare Verbindungselement (42, 43) ergänzende Elemente vom Typ Velours/Haken umfasst.
  9. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste lösbare Verbindungselement (42, 43) zwei Profile umfasst, die ergänzende Elemente vom männlichen/weiblichen Typ oder Haken umfassen.
  10. Beutel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öffnen/Schließen des lösbaren Verbindungselements (42, 43) von einem Schieber (60) gesteuert wird.
  11. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verbindungselement (41) ein selbstklebendes Element umfasst.
  12. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verbindungselement (41) ein Element vom Typ Velours/Haken umfasst.
  13. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verbindungselement (41) zwei ergänzende Profile männlichen/weiblichen Typs oder vom Typ Haken umfasst.
  14. Beutel nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öffnen/Schließen des zweiten Verbindungselements (41) von einem Schieber (70) gesteuert wird.
  15. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwickel (50) auf Ebene der Öffnungsmündung (22) ausgeführt ist.
  16. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lösbare Verbindungselement (42) einen Streifen umfasst, der sich auf einem Ende der Wand (26) befindet, die mit einem Ende des Zwickels (50) zusammenfällt, parallel zur Faltlinie (32) des Zwickels (50), und sich etwa über die gesamte Länge (ℓ3) des Beutels erstreckt.
  17. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lösbare Verbindungselement (43) einen Streifen umfasst, der sich auf der Wand des Beutelkörpers (20) befindet, die zur Aufnahme eines Endes der Wand (26) bestimmt ist, die mit einem Ende des Zwickels (50) zusammenfällt, parallel zur Faltlinie (32) des Zwickels (50), und sich etwa über die gesamte Länge (ℓ3) des Beutels erstreckt.
  18. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lösbare Verbindungselement zwei Streifen (42, 43) des Zwickels umfasst, die jeweils an einem Ende der Wand (26) vorgesehen sind, welches mit einem Ende des Zwickels (50) zusammenfällt und auf einem Ende einer Wand, die dazu bestimmt ist, das Ende der Wand (26) des Zwickels (50) aufzunehmen, wobei die Streifen (42, 43) an der Faltlinie (32) des Zwickels (50) parallel sind und sich etwa über die gesamte Länge (ℓ3) des Beutels erstrecken.
  19. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mehrere Zwickel (50) umfasst.
  20. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Zwickel (50) umfasst.
  21. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Zwickel (50) umfasst, die gegen die Seiten des Beutelkörpers (20) gefaltet sind, einer um die Mündung (22) und der andere gegenüber dieser Mündung (22).
  22. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zwickel (50) einen Teil der Seite des Beutelkörpers bedeckt, gegen den er gefaltet ist.
  23. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verpackungsbeuteln, das die Schritte umfasst, die bestehen aus:
    - dem Anordnen der Verbindungselemente (41, 42, 43) zwischen zwei Wänden eines Beutelkörpers (20) auf Ebene mindestens eines Zwickels (50) durch Befestigen eines Elements auf der Innenseite einer Wand des Zwickels, das einen ersten Abschnitt eines Verbindungselements und ein zweites Verbindungselement aufweist,
    - dem Verschließen des Beutelkörpers (20) mittels des ersten lösbaren Verbindungselements (42, 43), das ein mehrfaches Öffnen/Schließen des Beutels erlaubt,
    - dem Falten des besagten mindestens einen Zwickels (50) auf dem Beutelkörper (20) und dem Halten dieses mindestens einen Zwickels (50) in dieser Position durch das zweite Verbindungselement (41), wobei das erste Verbindungselement (42, 43) und das zweite Verbindungselement (41) mindestens teilweise ein gleiches gemeinsames Element (40) bilden.
  24. Maschine zur Herstellung von Verpackungsbeuteln gemäß dem Verfahren von Anspruch 23, wobei der Beutel ein Element (40) umfasst, das mindestens teilweise von einem ersten Verbindungselement (42, 43) und einem zweiten Verbindungselement gebildet wird, und wobei die Maschine Mittel umfasst, die imstande sind, das Element (40) zwischen zwei Wänden eines Beutelkörpers (20) auf Ebene mindestens eines Zwickels (50), durch Befestigen eines Streifens, der einen ersten Teil des ersten Verbindungselements und das zweite Verbindungselement auf der inneren Oberfläche einer Wand des Beutels aufweist, anzuordnen, den Beutelkörper (20) mittels des ersten lösbaren Verbindungselements (42, 43), das ein mehrfaches Öffnen/Schließen des Beutels erlaubt, zu verschließen, den besagten mindestens einen Zwickel (50) auf dem Beutelkörper (20) zu falten und diesen mindestens einen Zwickel (50) in dieser Position durch das zweite Verbindungselement (41) zu halten.
