Claims (9)
- Verschluss für eine Flasche mit einem kohlensäurehaltigen Getränk, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Hals der Flasche mittels eines Halte-Drahtkorbes zusammenzuwirken, wobei der Verschluss einen Kopf (1) umfasst, der sich außerhalb des Mündungsrandes (6) des Halses (7) befindet, sowie einen Führungsabschnitt (2, 8) zur Führung des Verschlusses in dem Hals, ausgehend von dem Kopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens einen seitlichen Dichtungsring (13) umfasst, der in eine Nut des Führungsabschnittes eingesetzt ist, um durch dichte Anlage mit der Innenfläche des Halses zusammenzuwirken, sowie eine Rotationsschürze (4) um die Achse des Führungsabschnittes (2, 8), die sich derart erstreckt, dass sie den Mündungsrand (6) des Halses (7) abdeckt, indem sie mit der Außenfläche dieses letztgenannten in Kontakt steht und immer noch mit diesem letztgenannten in Kontakt steht, wenn der Verschluss durch den Drahtkorb (16) am Platz gehalten wird, über einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitt auf der dem Kopf entgegengesetzten Seite nahe ihrem freien Rand.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (1) derart bemessen ist, dass er einen Umfangsabschnitt hat, der sich senkrecht oberhalb des Mündungsrandes (6) befindet, wobei dieser Abschnitt somit einen Anschlag entgegen dem Eindrücken des Verschlusses in den Hals bildet, wobei sich der Anschlag am unteren Ende der oben genannten Schürze befindet.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (1) einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen zentralen Abschnitt (2) und einen Umfangsmantel (3) aufweist, der mit dem zentralen Abschnitt über radiale Rippen (14) verbunden ist, deren unteres Ende (14a) den oben genannten Anschlag bildet.
- Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsabschnitt (2, 8) jenseits der seitlichen Dichtung (13) in Bezug auf den Kopf (1) einen Abschnitt (8) umfasst, der an das Ende des zentralen Abschnitts (2) des Kopfes angesetzt ist und mit diesem letztgenannten eine Umfangsaufnahme (12) für die seitliche Dichtung (13) begrenzt.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oben genannte Abschnitt (8) des Führungsabschnittes aus einem Material ist, das sich von dem des Kopfes (1) unterscheidet.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 4 oder Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oben genannte Abschnitt (8) rohrförmig ist und eine quer verlaufende Zwischenwand (9) hat, während seine Wand auf der Seite seines freien Randes entgegengesetzt zu dieser Zwischenwand (9) eingekerbt (11) ist.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche (1a) des Kopfes (1) Nuten (17) zur Indexierung der Position der Arme (16a) des Drahtkorbes (16) an der Stelle der radialen Rippen (14) aufweist.
- Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf an seinem Scheitel mit einer Aufnahme (18) für einen kundenspezifischen Deckel des Verschlusses versehen ist.
- Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsabschnitt (2, 8) mindestens eine Nut (15) zur Entgasung der Flasche umfasst, die in die Nut (12) der Dichtung (13) mündet und eine fortschreitende Dekompression des Inneren der Flasche beim Öffnen ermöglicht.
