Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung (1), die vorgesehen ist, die Verschließung einer Flasche (4) zu sichern, die einen Schaumwein enthält und einen Pfropfen (2), insbesondere aus Kork oder aus einem synthetischen Material umfaßt, der geeignet ist, in den Flaschenhals (3) der besagten Flasche (4) eingeführt zu werden, auf diesem letzteren mit Hilfe eines Drahtkorbes (6) gehalten wird und axial von einer Öffnung (13) durchquert ist, vorgesehen, ein Rohr (8) aufzunehmen, welches ein erstes (10) und ein zweites (11) Ende umfaßt, geeignet, mit dem inneren Volumen, beziehungsweise mit dem externen Volumen der Flasche (4) in Verbindung zu stehen, wobei das besagte zweite Ende (11) mit einem einziehbaren Verschluß (12) verschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Öffnung (13) einen Querschnitt (14) aufweist, der hinsichtlich des äußeren Querschnitts (15) des besagten Rohrs (8) angepaßt und verengert ist, wobei dieses letztere (8) im Bereich seines zweiten Endes (11) mit einem Stützflansch (16) versehen ist, der, einerseits, geeignet ist, sich gegen die obere Fläche (17) des besagten Pfropfens (2) abzustützen, und auf dem, andererseits, der besagte Verschluß (12) angebracht ist, der durch ein Zünglein (18) definiert ist.
  2. Verschlußvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen dem Querschnitt (15) des Rohrs (8) und dem Querschnitt (14) der Öffnung (13) des Pfropfens (2) zwischen 1,05 und 1,36 liegt.
  3. Verschlußvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen dem Querschnitt (15) des Rohrs (8) und dem Querschnitt (14) der Öffnung (13) des Pfropfens (2) ungefähr 1,15 beträgt und daß vorzugsweise der Querschnitt (15) des besagten Rohrs (8) ungefähr 3 mm beträgt, während dieser (14) der besagten Öffnung (13) ungefähr 2,6 mm beträgt.
  4. Verschlußvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeiner der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Rohr (8) aus einem halbstarren, für Nahrungsmittel geeigneten Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus PET hergestellt ist.
  5. Verschlußvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeiner der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Ende (11) des besagten Rohrs (8) einen Teil umfaßt, der außerhalb des Pfropfens (2) herausragt und der durch Verformung, nämlich durch Erhöhung der Temperatur den Stützflansch (16) bildet.
  6. Verschlußvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeiner der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Zünglein (18) an dem Flansch (16) durch Wärmeschweißung angebracht ist.
  7. Verschlußvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeiner der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pfropfen (2) im Bereich seiner oberen Fläche (17) eine Kapsel (5) aufnimmt, die geeignet ist, mit dem besagten Drahtkorb (6) zusammenzuwirken und mit einer Öffnung (19) versehen ist, vorgesehen, den Zugriff zum einziehbaren Verschluß (12) zu erlauben.
  8. Verschlußvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (19) der besagten Kapsel (5) eine im wesentlichen kreisförmige Form hat und einen Durchmesser aufweist, der zwischen 8 und 12 mm liegt, vorzugsweise ungefähr gleich 10 mm ist, um ein Greifen der besagten Kapsel (5) durch Magnetisieren zwecks ihrer Anbringung auf den Pfropfen (2) zu erlauben.
  9. Verschlußvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeiner der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Pfropfen (2) einen Außendurchmesser 20 aufweist und daß das Verhältnis zwischen dem Außendurchmesser (20) des Pfropfens (2) und dem inneren Durchmesser des Flaschenhalses (3) zwischen 1,52 und 1,7 liegt, wobei dieses Verhältnis vorzugsweise ungefähr gleich 1,64 sei.
