Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour remplir et évacuer des récipients, destinés à des envois triés et susceptibles d'être remplis dans des points finaux de tri (7), superposés en une ou en plusieurs rangées, d'un dispositif de tri et d'être transmis à un dispositif de stockage et de transport (3),
caractérisé en ce qu'un mécanisme de maintien équipé d'une partie déployable (6) et destiné à recevoir un récipient (1) se trouve respectivement au-dessous d'un ou de plusieurs points finaux de tri (7) superposés,
que la partie déployable du mécanisme de maintien (6) comporte un bâti équipé de galets d'appui (5) tournants sur lesquels le récipient (1) est posé de manière à glisser, les galets d'appui (5) étant disposés à un niveau tel que le récipient (1) en position de repos est incliné vers une butée (8) à l'extrémité antérieure libre de la partie déployable (6),
qu'un ou plusieurs galets d'appui (4) pour transporter les récipients (1) sont appliqués vers l'arrière, de façon à pouvoir tourner, à la partie fixe du mécanisme de maintien sur un axe de telle manière que la surface d'appui des galets d'appui est légèrement surélevée par rapport à une droite qui relie les surfaces des galets d'appui (5),
qu'au moins un autre galet (9) dont la surface d'appui est au-dessous de la surface d'appui des galets d'appui (4) est prévu à l'arrière des galets d'appui (4) en sens contraire de la sortie et
que le dispositif de stockage et de transport (3) est placé à l'arrière du dernier galet (9) arrière, le long des points finaux de tri (7). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de stockage et de transport (3) est une bande transporteuse, parallèle aux points finaux de tri (7) placés les uns à côté des autres et entraînée par une commande, sur laquelle les récipients (1) parviennent par l'intermédiaire des galets d'appui (4) et des autres galets (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie déployable (6) du mécanisme de maintien comporte un mécanisme télescopique de sortie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coefficient de frottement entre le galet d'appui (4) et le récipient (1) est choisi de telle manière que la force exercée sur le récipient (1) ne dépasse pas une valeur déterminée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, après que l'évacuation d'un récipient (1) a été réalisée à la main, le processus n'est lancé automatiquement que quand le dispositif de stockage et de transport (3) est prêt à la réception.
