Claims (7)

  1. Führungsvorrichtung zum Legen [Engl.: lapping] von Filamenten von Faserbündeln in einer Spinnmaschine, wobei die Führungsvorrichtung von dem Typ ist, der Filamente in Richtung des Zentrums oder der Ränder von einem Faserbündel oder von Faserbündeln führt, das/die aus einer Strecke von einer Spinnmaschine heraustreten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    a) getrennte Arme (3,3'), die an entsprechenden schwenkbaren Hebeln (5,5') für jede Rolle (1,1') befestigt sind, um die Filamente zu führen;
    b) einen Körper (8,8') mit verlängerten Schenkeln, um jeden von den schwenkbaren Hebeln (5,5') lateral zu führen, wobei der Körper an einer einzigen Schiene (10) befestigt ist;
    c) einen einzigen Rahmen (28), der mit dem den Körpern (8,8') eine Einheit bildet, wobei der Rahmen Mittel hat, um an der Schiene (10) befestigt zu werden;
    d) Vorgarnführer (13), die an derselben Schiene (10) befestigt sind;
    e) einen elastischen Arm oder eine Feder (17), der/die durch ein Ende an dem Rahmen (28) und durch das andere Ende an einem Träger (18) befestigt ist, der mittels einer Klemme (19) mit einem festen Bestandteil von der Spinnmaschine verbunden ist.
  2. Führungsvorrichtung zum Legen von Filamenten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Hebel (5,5') mit ihren entsprechenden Führungskörpern (8,8') an der Schiene (10) zusammen angeordnet und unabhängig voneinander schwenkbar sind.
  3. Führungsvorrichtung zum Legen von Filamenten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder von den schwenkbaren Armen (3,3') die entsprechende Achse von einer Filamentführungsrolle (1,1') durch einen Zwischenteil (4,4') trägt, spritzgegossen aus einem synthetischen Material.
  4. Führungsvorrichtung zum Legen von Filamenten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder von den schwenkbaren Hebeln (5,5') Mittel zu seiner Befestigung auf eine stabile Weise ihn in verschiedenen Winkelpositionen hat, sodass der Bediener beide Hände frei haben kann.
  5. Führungsvorrichtung zum Legen von Filamenten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene (10), die den Rahmen (28) trägt, die Vorgarnführer (13) trägt, die durch Schrauben (15) befestigt sind, und mit einer Hin- und Herbewegungsvorrichtung [Engl.: reciprocating movement device] von einer Spinnmaschine verbunden ist.
  6. Führungsvorrichtung zum Legen von Filamenten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die unabhängig schwenkbaren Hebel (5,5') Mittel zu ihrer stabilen Befestigung in einer Winkelposition haben.
  7. Führungsvorrichtung zum Legen von Filamenten nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur stabilen Befestigung in einer Winkelposition aus Gruppen von Querrillen (9,9') in den Gelenkbereichen von den schwenkbaren Hebeln (5,5') in Verbindung mit einer Haltefeder (7) bestehen, die an dem Rahmen (28) befestigt ist.
