Description

  • La présente invention industrielle a pour objet un chariot à roulettes destiné à l'usage des carreleurs, paveurs, parqueteurs et autres artisans analogues, comportant une plate-forme ayant une surface supérieure et une surface inférieure orientée vers le sol.
  • Il existe un certain nombre de métiers manuels pour lesquels les artisans se trouvent obligés de rester longtemps agenouillés pour réaliser leur travail, en particulier les carreleurs, paveurs, parqueteurs etc.
  • Lorsque l'on conserve une position agenouillée pendant longtemps, les genoux doivent supporter une charge considérable, ce qui provoque de graves pathologies permanentes telles que la bursite, l'arthrose et autres problèmes similaire souvent regroupés sous le terme générique de « maladies du carreleur ».
  • Jusqu'à présent, une solution pour résoudre un tel problème consistait à faire enfiler des genouillères rembourrées aux artisans concernés, les genouillères utilisées étant du même type que celles utilisées par les joueurs de volley-ball.
  • Chaque genouillère est constituée d'un manchon élastique d'une hauteur permettant de couvrir une grande partie de la jambe de l'utilisateur, du tibia jusqu'au-dessus du genou. La genouillère comporte sur la partie frontale qui protège le tibia une sorte de coussinet fermé contenant un rembourrage.
  • Naturellement, le manchon élastique d'une telle genouillère présente, en position de repos, une section étroite; ce n'est d'ailleurs que de cette manière qu'elle peut, une fois enfilée autour de la jambe de l'usager à hauteur du genou, parvenir à "étreindre" énergiquement cette jambe afin de maintenir fermement sa position visant à protéger le genou et le tibia de l'utilisateur.
  • Dans leur utilisation sportive susmentionnée, ces genouillères ne causent aucun problème étant donné que l'athlète qui les porte se tient debout.
  • Par contre, l'emploi de ces genouillères par des carreleurs paveurs et des parqueteurs n'est pas aussi efficace. En effet; ces derniers doivent effectivement se tenir longtemps avec les jambes en position pliée (ce qui correspond à se mettre à genoux) et ils finissent par ressentir, à l'arrière des genoux, une pression très forte provoquée par les parties postérieures des manchons élastiques.
  • Très souvent, cette pression prolongée provoque des problèmes de circulation sanguine à la personne qui porte les genouillères et peut même causer des excoriations ou des blessures superficielles.
  • Une autre solution connue du document US-A-5577800 est un chariot sur lequel l'utilisateur peut s'agenouiller.
  • Le but de la présente invention consiste à permettre aux personnes devant rester agenouillées de façon continue, à pouvoir le faire confortablement sans ressentir de douleurs et sans avoir de problèmes ultérieurs de santé dus au maintien prolongé de la position agenouillée.
  • Pour cela, la présente invention prévoit selon les termes de la revendication 1 un chariot à roulettes destiné à l'usage des carreleurs paveurs, parqueteurs et autres artisans analogues comportant une plate-forme ayant une surface supérieure et une surface inférieure orientée vers le sol, dont les roulettes sont omnidirectionnelles (6) et qui sont fixées sur la surface inférieure de la plate-forme qui est de préférence polygonale et au centre de laquelle est fixé un siège (5) réglable en hauteur, la surface supérieure de ladite plate-forme (2) étant recouverte d'au moins une couche rembourrée qui a un profil incliné dont la partie la plus basse est située dans la partie située à l'avant du siège sur la surface supérieure de la plate-forme.
  • Cette inclinaison particulière a été réalisée pour favoriser la posture naturelle prise par les parties inférieures d'une personne restant en position agenouillée.
  • Dans cette position en effet, les points de contact entre le corps de l'utilisateur et la surface supérieure de la plate-forme du chariot se trouvent au niveau des genoux ainsi qu'au niveau des pointes des pieds.
  • En tenant compte de la longueur des pieds, dans la position agenouillée sur le chariot de l'invention, les chevilles se trouvent à une distance du sol beaucoup plus grande que celle où se trouvent les genoux, de sorte que les parties inférieures susnommées des jambes ont une position inclinée du haut vers le bas, de la cheville au genou.
  • Ainsi, le profil incliné de la couche rembourrée qui peut être par exemple un coussin, permet à l'utilisateur d'avoir une position sensiblement inclinée en appuyant toute la partie inférieure avant de ses jambes sur un support souple et substantiellement anatomique ce qui est très confortable et permet de travailler en diminuant beaucoup la fatigue occasionnée par la position agenouillée.
  • Un avantage du chariot de la présente invention est que la plate-forme comporte deux bords latéraux de part et d'autre du siège, qui forment un rebord dont la hauteur est au moins égale à celle de la couche rembourrée. De cette façon, la surface inférieure de la plate-forme est très proche du sol, ce qui facilite le travail de l'utilisateur.
  • Un avantage supplémentaire du chariot de l'invention est qu'il est muni d'un siège de préférence de forme sensiblement triangulaire et présentant un relief prévu pour s'adapter à l'anatomie d'un utilisateur. Ainsi, l'utilisateur peut s'installer sur le siège, la point du triangle vers l'avant, de façon à disposer ses jambes repliées de part et d'autre de la pointe, son postérieur confortablement disposé sur les deux autres pointes du triangle qui ont de plus un relief parfaitement adapté.
  • D'une part, le poids résiduel du corps qui se décharge sur les jambes de l'usager (après soustraction du poids que celui-ci a déjà déchargé sur les fesses) ne se concentre plus uniquement sur les genoux, mais il est réparti, en s'allégeant ensuite sur toute la longueur des régions tibiales.
  • D'autre par, les genoux de l'utilisateur du chariot de l'invention ne sont plus en contact direct avec une surface rigide et froide (comme le sont normalement un pavement ou son fondement), mais sont en contact avec un coussin souple et confortable.
  • D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après, à titre non limitatif et avec référence au dessin annexé
  • La figure illustre une vue en perspective d'un mode de réalisation préféré d'un chariot selon l'invention.
  • Le chariot 1 de l'invention, sous sa forme préférée de réalisation, est constitué d'une plate-forme à plan carré 2 dont les bords latéraux 2a sont relevés de part et d'autre du siège 5 et sont repliés horizontalement vers l'extérieur de la plate-forme pour former deux tablettes 2b.
  • La surface supérieure de la plate-forme 2 est recouverte par un coussin 3 ayant un profil incliné dont la partie la plus basse est située dans la partie située à l'avant du siège sur la surface supérieure de la plate-forme.
  • Au centre de cette plate-forme 2 s'élève également une courte tige 4 sur laquelle est fixé un siège confortable 5 dont il est possible de régler la position en hauteur.
  • Sous les tablettes 2b sont fixée des roulettes appropriées, couplées et omnidirectionnelles 6 permettant au chariot 1 d'être facilement déplacé selon le bon vouloir de l'usager qui s'y est assis, sans que celui-ci ne doive jamais se lever.
  • A cet égard, il faut souligner que le choix consistant à avoir monté lesdites roulettes 6 en dessous des tablettes 2b du chariot 1 permet à la plate-forme 2 dudit chariot 1 d'être maintenue à une distance extrêmement proche du sol (au point de presque l'effleurer).
  • De cette manière, l'usager en position « assise - agenouillée » sur le chariot 1 se trouve dans une position de travail équivalent à celle typiquement adoptée par les carreleurs paveurs qui s'agenouillent directement sur le sol, sans en présenter aucun des inconvénients.
  • Ainsi qu'il est illustré, la surface supérieure de la plate-forme 2 du chariot 1 est recouverte, par exemple d'un coussin dont la partie située à l'arrière du siège 5 a une épaisseur plus importante que celle de la partie du coussin située à l'avant du siège 5. De cette façon, l'appui des jambes se fait dans une position inclinée vers l'avant. Les chevilles de l'utilisateur s'appuient sur la partie postérieure plus épaisse du coussin, tandis que les genoux s'appuient sur la partie avant ayant une épaisseur moindre.
  • Le but de cette disposition est en effet d'empêcher que les pointes des pieds de l'usager en position "assise-agenouillée" sur le chariot 1 de l'invention parviennent, dans leur position substantiellement verticale, à toucher le sol, ce qui gênerait l'utilisateur.
  • De même, il est possible d'éviter aux doigts de pied de l'utilisateur du chariot 1 de se trouver dans une position d'inflexion contrainte qui est loin d'être reposante et naturelle et qu'il devrait maintenir, sous le poids du corps tout entier, s'il devait se tenir agenouillé directement sur le sol.
  • L'utilisation du chariot 1 de l'invention permet à chaque utilisateur de régler la hauteur du siège 5 central afin de travailler dans la meilleure position en fonction de sa morphologie.
  • La structure du chariot 1 de l'invention est prévue pour que l'utilisateur puisse modifier facilement sa position tout en restant assis sur le siège 5 du chariot 1.
  • Par conséquent, étant donné qu'il peut conserver la position typique agenouillée du carreleur paveur, l'utilisateur peut également allonger ses jambes, afin d'utiliser ses pieds pour déterminer les déplacements du chariot 1 d'un point à l'autre du pavement, ce qui lui évite de devoir se lever et se remettre à genoux assez souvent comme devaient le faire les carreleurs jusqu'à aujourd'hui.

Claims (5)

  1. Chariot (1) à roulettes (6) destiné à l'usage des carreleurs paveurs, parqueteurs et autres artisans analogues comportant:
    • une plate-forme (2), de préférence polygonale, ayant une surface supérieure et une surface inférieure orientée vers le sol,
    • des roulettes (6) omnidirectionnelles et fixées sur la surface inférieure de la plate-forme (2),
    • un siège (5) réglable en hauteur, fixé au centre de ladite plate-forme (2), et
    • au moins une couche rembourrée (3) recouvrant la surface supérieure de ladite plate-forme (2),
    caractérisé en ce que la couche rembourrée (3) a un profil incliné dont la partie la plus basse est située dans la partie située à l'avant du siège (5) sur la surface supérieure de la plate-forme (2).
  2. Chariot (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plate-forme (2) comporte deux bords latéraux de part et d'autre du siège (5), qui forment un rebord dont la hauteur est au moins égale à celle de la couche rembourrée.
  3. Chariot (1) selon la revendication 2 dans lequel les roulettes (6) omnidirectionnelles sont fixées sous les bords latéraux, aux angles de la surface inférieure de la plate-forme (2).
  4. Chariot (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel le siège (5) est de préférence de forme sensiblement triangulaire et présentant un relief prévu pour s'adapter à l'anatomie d'un utilisateur.
  5. Utilisation d'un chariot (1) à roulettes selon les revendications 1 à 4 pour effectuer des travaux sur un sol.
