- unlocking sleeve which surrounds the locking sleeve and is axially displaceable with respect to the locking sleeve, the locking sleeve having a radially outwardly rising and increasing in the direction of the coaxial cable end ramp which with a correspondingly bevelled groove on an inside of the unlocking sleeve interacts that a displacement of the unlocking sleeve relative to the locking sleeve in the direction of the coaxial cable-side end causes the locking tongues of the locking sleeve to bend radially inwards.
- a stop for the locking sleeve is expediently formed on the end of the outer conductor housing part on the coaxial cable side, which limit stops an axial movement of the locking sleeve in the direction of the end of the outer conductor housing part on the coaxial cable side.

- FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of an N-type housing coupler 100 according to the invention for a coaxial connector with a cylindrical housing 10 which forms an outer conductor and which has an end 12 on the coaxial cable side, an end 14 on the plug side and an external thread 16 on its outer circumference.
- the housing coupler 100 further comprises an inner conductor 18, an insulating part 20, a soldering spout 22, a hexagon nut 24, a toothed washer 26 and an O-ring 28.
- This N-housing coupler 100 is designed in accordance with the standard, with the following exception: at the plug-side end 14, a locking edge 30 is formed on the inner circumference of the housing 10 by means of an annular circumferential groove 34 on an inside of the housing 10.
- This groove 34 is formed by machining the standard inner circumference of the housing 10 at the plug end 14.
- This deviating from the norm formation of the inner circumference of the housing 10 at the plug end 14 is designed such that the functions are not impaired in any way when a conventional coaxial connector with a union sleeve is plugged in, so that a standard N-coaxial connector is also attached to the housing coupler shown in FIG. 1 can be fastened with a union sleeve with internal thread.
- the inventive design of the housing coupler 100 also makes it possible to plug in a specially designed coaxial connector in the manner of a quick lock.
- This special coaxial connector has a locking element which engages behind the locking edge 34 and, in cooperation with the locking edge 34, establishes a mechanically fixed connection between the housing coupler and the coaxial connector.
- a specially designed coaxial connector 200 is shown by way of example in FIG. 2 and comprises a cylindrical outer conductor housing part 36 forming an outer conductor, an inner conductor 38, an insulating part 40, a locking sleeve 42, an unlocking sleeve 44 and a press ring 46.
- the outer conductor housing part 36 has a plug-side part End 48 and a coaxial cable end 50.
- the locking sleeve 42 engages around the outer conductor housing part 36.
- a spring 52 is provided which is supported at one end on the outer conductor housing part 36 and at the other end on the locking sleeve 42 in such a way that the locking sleeve 42 in the direction of the coaxial cable-side end 50 of the outer conductor housing part 36 is biased.
- a stop for the locking sleeve 42 in the form of the press ring 46 is formed, which limits axial movement of the locking sleeve 42 in the direction of the coaxial cable-side end 50 of the outer conductor housing part 36.
- the locking sleeve 42 is formed at its plug-side end 48 with axial slots, so that resilient locking tongues 54 are formed. These latching tongues 54 each have a latching edge 56 which rises radially outwards at their plug-side end.
- the unlocking sleeve 44 surrounds the locking sleeve 42 and is axially displaceable with respect to the locking sleeve 42.
- the locking sleeve 42 has a ramp 58 which rises radially outward and rises in the direction of the coaxial cable-side end 50, which cooperates with a correspondingly bevelled groove 60 on an inside of the unlocking sleeve 44 such that the unlocking sleeve 44 is displaced relative to the locking sleeve 42 in the direction of the coaxial cable-side end 50 causes a radially inward bending of the locking tongues 54 of the locking sleeve 42.
- FIG. 3 illustrates the functioning of the locking mechanism between housing coupler 100 and coaxial connector 200, parts of the same function being designated with the same reference numbers as in FIGS. 1 and 2, so that reference is made to the above description of FIGS. 1 and 2 for their explanation.
- the latching tongues 54 engage with the latching edge 56 behind the latching edge 34 of the groove 34.
- a locking bracket is produced between the housing coupler 100 and the coaxial connector 200 without a screw connection having to be made for this.
- the coaxial connector 200 only has to be pushed onto the housing coupler 100.
- a ramp-shaped design of the latching edge 56 automatically slides past the latching edge 30, the latching tongues 44 being elastically bent radially inward and into the groove 34.
- the unlocking sleeve 44 is used to release this mechanical latching connection.
- the unlocking sleeve 44 is axially displaced relative to the latching sleeve 42, or the outer conductor housing part 36, in the direction of the end 50 of the coaxial connector 200 on the coaxial cable side.
- the beveled groove 60 slides over the ramp 58 of the locking sleeve 42, whereby the locking tongues 54 are bent radially inwards. This leads to the detent edge 56 being released from engagement with the detent 30, so that the coaxial connector 200 can be pulled out of the housing coupler 100.
