Abstract
一种连接器的卡座结构,包括卡座本体(1)和套环(2),在所述卡座本体(1)的凸环(11)外侧设有螺纹接头(12),在凸环(11)内侧设有长管(13),所述螺纹接头(12)的内腔(14)和长管(13)的管腔(15)相通;在所述凸环(11)与长管(13)相接的侧面(111)上,在长管(13)外壁外设有一对卡钩条(16),在所述卡钩条(16)前端内壁上设有卡钩(161),在所述卡钩条(16)靠近凸环(11)一侧的内壁上设有支撑斜台(162),所述套环(2)套在所述卡钩条(16)和长管(13)的外壁上,在套环(2)内壁上还有两个滑动斜台(21),使用本卡座的连接器,其开启与合拢均十分便利,更重要的是由于有套环的压紧作用,连接器的连接将更稳定。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于两件物体相卡接的连接器的部件,尤其是对太阳能接线盒上的连接器的卡座结构的改良。
背景技术
在实际生活中,有很多地方需要将两个物件连接起来,其连接的方式可以分为不可拆卸连接,另一种为可拆卸连接,在可拆卸连接中,为了方便两者的拆开或合拢,两件物体利用卡接的方式十分普遍。如现有的一种用于太阳能接线盒上的导线连接器,它包括卡头与卡座(俗称公端与母端),它是利用两者互相卡接来实现拆开或合拢。现有卡座的基本结构为:它包括卡座本体,在所述卡座本体一端设有螺纹接头,一端为长管,所述螺纹接头的内腔和长管的管腔相通;在所述长管外壁上设有至少一对卡钩条,在所述卡钩条前端内壁上设有卡钩,在所述卡钩条后端内壁上设有支撑点,所述支撑点与所述长管外壁相连。使用这种卡座的连接器,当人们要将两者分开时,用力向下按压卡钩条尾端,以卡钩条支撑点为支点,卡钩条前端张开,则位于卡钩条前端的卡钩与卡头脱离,实现两者分开。这种卡座存在如下缺陷,当正常使用时,由于外界因素,如风/飞物等,可能会有物体撞击到卡钩条尾端,使连接器会自动打开,出现非正常的断开连接器现象,隐患很大。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是:向社会提供一种开启与合拢都十分便利的连接器的卡座结构,更重要的是:由于有套环的压紧作用,连接器的连接将更加稳定。
本实用新型的技术方案是:设计一种连接器的卡座结构,包括卡座本体,在所述卡座本体的凸环一侧设有螺纹接头,在凸环另一侧设有长管,所述螺纹接头的内腔和长管的管腔相通;在所述凸环与长管相接的侧面上,在长管外壁外设有至少一对卡钩条,在所述卡钩条前端内壁上设有卡钩,在所述卡钩条靠近凸环一侧的内壁上设有支撑斜台,所述卡座结构还包括一个套环,所述套环套在所述卡钩条和长管上,在套环内部还有与卡钩条数相等的滑动斜台。
在所述卡钩条的外壁上中部附近,设有凸台。
在所述卡钩条的外壁上,卡钩条与凸环相接处设有缺口。
本实用新型由于采用了在所述卡钩条和长管上套有套环,在套环内侧还有与卡钩条数相等的滑动斜台,当需要将连接器的两个部份合拢时,只需要将连接器的插头与插座对插在一起,让卡钩条的卡钩钩住对方即可,然后将套环向卡钩条前端滑动,卡钩条外测的凸台就会被套环压紧,使卡钩条更紧地钩住对方,当有外界因素会碰撞到卡钩时,卡钩因有套环的压紧,不会被撞开。当需要将两者分开时,只需要将套环向卡钩条后端滑动,在所述滑动斜台对所述支撑斜台张开作用下,所述卡钩条前端的卡钩张开,两者就可以分开,故使用本卡座的连接器,其开启与合拢均十分便利,而且有套环的压紧作用,使连接器非常可靠。

具体实施方式
请参见图1和图2,它是一种连接器的卡座结构,包括塑料卡座本体1和塑料套环2,在所述卡座本体1的凸环11外侧设有螺纹接头12,在凸环11内侧设有用于容置电器连接头4(参见图3)的长管13,所述螺纹接头12的内腔14和长管13的管腔15相通;在所述凸环11与长管13相接的侧面111上,在长管13外壁外设有一对卡钩条16,在所述卡钩条16前端内壁上设有卡钩161,在所述卡钩条16靠近凸环11一侧的内壁上设有支撑斜台162,所述套环2套在所述卡钩条16和长管13的外壁上,在套环2内壁上还有两个滑动斜台21,当套环往后滑动时,滑动斜台21就会顶在支撑斜台162上,迫使卡钩条16往外张开。在所述卡钩条16的外壁上中部附近,设有凸台163,凸台163用于当套环2向前推到位后,顶在套环2的内壁上,以保证卡钩条16的卡钩161不能抬起来,不会产生自己脱钩的现象。在所述卡钩条16的外壁上,卡钩条16与凸环11相接处设有缺口164,缺口164的存在,可以使该部分的卡钩条16变薄,使卡钩条16具有一定弹性,以利于其前端卡钩161张开。
请参见图3,图3为本实用新型的使用状态结构示意图。从图可知,本实用新型在应用时,要与相应的公端连接器3相配合使用,使用时,将公端连接器3与本卡座对插好,本卡座的卡勾161将卡住在公端连接器3的卡槽31中,当用手往前推本卡座的套环2,套环2的内表面可以压住本卡座的卡钩条16的中部凸台163,使卡钩条16的弹性力臂缩短,卡勾161锁住公端连接器3的效果更好;当往后拉本卡座的套环2,套环2上的滑动斜台21将推动卡勾条16上的支撑斜台162,使卡勾条16的卡钩161向外张开,此时,卡勾161将脱离公端连接器3的卡槽31,使两者脱离。
Claims (3)
1.一种连接器的卡座结构,包括卡座本体,其特征在于:在所述卡座本体的凸环一侧设有螺纹接头,在凸环另一侧设有长管,所述螺纹接头的内腔和长管的管腔相通;在所述凸环与长管相接的侧面上,在长管外壁外设有至少一对卡钩条,在所述卡钩条前端内壁上设有卡钩,在所述卡钩条靠近凸环一侧的内壁上设有支撑斜台,所述卡座结构还包括一个套环,所述套环套在所述卡钩条和长管上,在套环内壁上还有与卡钩条相应的滑动斜台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器的卡座结构,其特征在于:在所述卡钩条的外壁上中部附近,设有凸台。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接器的卡座结构,其特征在于:在所述卡钩条的外壁上,卡钩条与凸环相接处设有缺口。
