Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Nivellieren der Position von Rahmen (1) einer Webmaschine (M), die mit einer Nockenschaftmaschine (10) ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Rahmen (1) von Schwinghebeln (11) betätigt werden, die mit Verfolgerrollen (19A) versehen sind und auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (15) montiert sind, deren Position in Bezug auf das Gestell (16) der Schaftmaschine mittels mindestens eines Exzenters (17, 17') variabel ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkelausrichtung des Exzenters (17, 17') mittels einer Antriebsanordnung (40, 41) gesteuert wird, die an dem Gestell um eine Achse (X42) angelenkt (bei 42) ist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Schwenkachse (X17) des Exzenters ist, wobei die Ausgangswelle (40A) der Antriebsanordnung drehfest mit einem Gewindestab (46) verbunden ist oder von ihm gebildet wird, der in eine Fangmutter (50) eines Betätigungsarms (60) des Exzenters (17) eingreift.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (50) in Bezug auf den Betätigungsarm (60) mindestens um eine Achse (X61) angelenkt ist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Schwenkachse (X17) des Exzenters (17, 17') ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsarm (60) mit einer Anlagefläche (62) gegen einen Endlagen-Anschlag (70) versehen ist, wenn der Exzenter (17, 17') in einer Position (Figuren 2, 5) ist, die kompatibel mit der Verwendung der Schaftmaschine (10) für das Weben ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein von dem Exzenter (17) angetriebenes Organ (63) umfasst, das geeignet ist, gegen einen Endlagen-Anschlag (73) in Kontakt zu kommen, wenn die Hebel (11) in der Nivellierposition (Figuren 4 und 6) sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Organ (63) mit dem Betätigungsarm (60) verbunden ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (70, 73) mit Mitteln (71) zur Detektion der Anlage des Arms (60) oder des Organs (63) in der genannten Position ausgerüstet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Benutzungskonfiguration der Schaftmaschine für das Weben (Figuren 2, 5) die Geometrieachse (X15) der den Hebeln (11) gemeinsamen Welle (15), die Geometrieachse (X21) der Antriebswelle (21) der Nocken (20) und die Geometrieachse (X17) des Schwenkens des Exzenters (17, 17') im Wesentlichen parallel und koplanar sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Hebeln (11) gemeinsame Welle (15) in Bezug auf das Gestell (16) mittels zweier Exzenter (17, 17') abgestützt ist, die jeder in der Nähe eines ihrer Enden angeordnet sind.
  9. Nockenschaftmaschine für eine Webmaschine (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass sie eine Nivelliervorrichtung (40 - 72) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  10. Webmaschine (M), ausgerüstet mit einer Schaftmaschine (10) nach Anspruch 9.
