Claims (10)

  1. Treillis d'armature pour béton armé, composé de barres longitudinales (2, 3) mutuellement parallèles et de barres transversales (4) qui les croisent dans un plan de treillis, lesquelles sont reliées entre elles à des points de croisement, les barres longitudinales (2, 3) comprenant une ou plusieurs barres de bordure (2) disposées le long de chaque côté longitudinal ainsi que des barres longitudinales additionnelles (3) disposées entre les barres de bordure des deux côtés, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des barres de bordure (2) agencès d'un ou des deux côtés longitudinaux qui sont tournées vers un côté transversal (5) du treillis, sont reculées d'une distance (x) d'au moins 150 mm par rapport aux extrémités des autres barres longitudinales (3).
  2. Treillis d'armature selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des barres de bordure (2) des deux côtés sont reculées d'une distance d'au moins 150 mm par rapport aux extrémités des autres barres longitudinales (3).
  3. Treillis d'armature selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités reculées des barres de bordure sont reculées d'une distance (x) d'au moins 200 mm et préférablement au moins 400 mm par rapport aux autres barres longitudinales (3).
  4. Treillis d'armature selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des barres transversales ne sont plus prévues à l'extérieur des barres de bordure en direction longitudinale.
  5. Treillis d'armature selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les barres de bordure (2) des deux côtés se trouvent chaque fois dans la moitié extérieure de la largeur d'un bord (M) du treillis limité par une barre longitudinale adjacente à ces barres de bordure (2).
  6. Treillis d'armature selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des barres transversales (4) sont repliées en U dans le plan du treillis et fixées à au moins une barre de bordure (2).
  7. Treillis d'armature selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le treillis est replié sur lui-même autour d'une ou plusieurs arêtes de pliage (6, 7) orthogonales aux barres longitudinales dont au moins une se trouve à l'extérieur des barres de bordure (2) à extrémités reculées, de telle manière que les barres longitudinales additionnelles (3) forment, le long d'un côté transversal (5) du treillis, des boucles de raccordement successives en U.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'une armature de paroi, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier treillis d'armature (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 est replié sur lui-même autour d'une ou plusieurs arêtes de pliage (6, 7) orthogonales aux barres longitudinales dont au moins une se trouve à l'extérieur des barres de bordure (2) à extrémités reculées, et des boucles de raccordement successives en U sont ainsi formées par les barres longitudinales additionnelles (3) le long d'un côté transversal (5) du treillis, qu'un deuxième treillis d'armature (1') identique est plié de la même manière et que le premier et le deuxième treillis d'armature sont ensuite disposés dans le domaine d'une paroi en béton à construire en se recouvrant de telle manière que les barres de bordure (2) du premier treillis d'armature (1) se trouvent derrière les barres de bordure (2') du deuxième treillis d'armature (1').
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'armature (18) ayant une série de pointes (19) mutuellement parallèles est disposé dans le domaine d'un élément en béton (16) à raccorder à ladite paroi de telle manière que lesdites pointes (19) rentrent dans un volume cylindrique s'étendant à travers les boucles de raccordement.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'en contact avec des branches libres (11) des boucles de raccordement d'un treillis d'armature (1) et parallèle à son plan de treillis, un treillis d'armature supplémentaire (17) est disposé dans le domaine de la paroi.
