Claims (6)

  1. Outil de meulage ou de polissage renforcé de fibres naturelles, formé à partir de granulés par une technique de moulage par injection, et ayant des grains abrasifs incorporés,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué à partir de granulés contenant des fibres naturelles (31) et un liant, en ce que la proportion de fibres naturelles (31) est de 50 % à 85 %, et en ce que les fibres naturelles (31) sont constituées de chanvre ou de lin.
  2. Outil selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les fibres naturelles (31) sont stabilisées par un liant.
  3. Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le liant est une résine artificielle.
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'un porte-outil (7; 15; 23) renforcé par des fibres naturelles (31), rigide, autoportant et symétrique en rotation, dans lequel ledit porte-outil (7; 15; 23) est formé à partir de granulés par une technique de moulage par injection, et les fibres de renfort sont stabilisées par un liant,
    caractérisé en ce que les granulés utilisés comprennent des fibres naturelles (31) et du liant, la proportion de fibres naturelles (31) étant de 50 % à 85 %, et les fibres naturelles (31) étant constituées de chanvre ou de lin.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le liant utilisé est une résine artificielle.
  6. Ebauche (62), fabriquée à partir d'une natte en fibres, destinée à être transformée ultérieurement en un porte-outil (7; 15; 23) rigide et autoportant qui est composé, au moins partiellement, de fibres naturelles (31) et contient un liant pour les fibres naturelles (31), la proportion de fibres naturelles (31) étant de 50 % à 85 %, et les fibres naturelles (31) étant constituées de chanvre ou de lin.
