Claims (15)

  1. Schlüssel (10), insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit
    - einem einklappbaren Stift (14), der bezüglich eines Gehäuses (12), das einen Kopf zur Bedienung des Schlüssels (10) bildet, so angebracht ist, dass er zwischen einer eingeklappten Stellung, in der sich der Stift (14) gemäß einer im Wesentlichen längsverlaufenden Richtung in einer Aufnahme (16) des Gehäuses (12) erstreckt, und einer ausgeklappten Verwendungsstellung schwenkbar ist, in der sich mindestens ein Abschnitt des Stifts (14) des Schlüssels (10) außerhalb des Gehäuses (12) erstreckt, wobei der Stift (14) ein erstes Ende aufweist, das einen Absatz (18) bildet und mittels dem er bezüglich des Gehäuses (12) um eine vertikale Drehachse (20) angelenkt ist, welche orthogonal zur Achse des Stifts (14) verläuft,
    - Mitteln (22) zur Winkelverriegelung des Stifts (14) in der eingeklappten Stellung, und
    - Mitteln (22) zur Winkelverriegelung des Stifts (14) in der ausgeklappten Stellung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel ein einziges Verriegelungselement (22) aufweisen, das im Gehäuse (12) beweglich angebracht ist und direkt mit dem Absatz (18) des Stifts (14) zusammenwirkt, um den Stift (14) in der eingeklappten Stellung oder in der ausgeklappten Stellung zu verriegeln.
  2. Schlüssel (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (22) im Gehäuse (12) so angebracht ist, dass es zwischen einer Entriegelungsstellung, in der die Schwenkbewegungen des Stifts (14) gestattet sind, und einer einzigen Verriegelungsstellung beweglich ist, in der es mit dem Absatz (18) des Stifts (14) zusammenwirkt, um die Verriegelung des Stifts (14) in der eingeklappten Stellung oder in der ausgeklappten Stellung zu realisieren.
  3. Schlüssel (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (22) einen querverlaufenden Zapfen (24) aufweist, der in einer ersten radialen Einkerbung (26) des Absatzes (18) des Stifts (14) aufgenommen sein kann, um die Winkelverriegelung des Stifts (14) in der eingeklappten Stellung zu realisieren, und der in einer zweiten radialen Einkerbung (28) des Absatzes (18) des Stifts (14) aufgenommen sein kann, um die Winkelverriegelung des Stifts (14) in der ausgeklappten Stellung zu realisieren.
  4. Schlüssel (10) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein elastisches Element (34) zum Zurückstellen des Verriegelungselements (22) in seine einzige Verriegelungsstellung aufweist.
  5. Schlüssel (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (22) ein Bedienelement aufweist, das sich teilweise außerhalb des Gehäuses (12) erstreckt, um die Verlagerung des Verriegelungselements (22) von seiner Verriegelungsstellung in seine Entriegelungsstellung manuell vorzunehmen.
  6. Schlüssel (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Mittel zum Mitnehmen des Stifts (14) von der eingeklappten Stellung in eine Zwischenstellung aufweist, in welcher sich der Stift (14) zumindest teilweise außerhalb der Aufnahme (16) erstreckt.
  7. Schlüssel (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Mitnehmen des Stifts (14) einen Mitnahmezapfen (36) aufweisen, der mit dem Verriegelungselement (22) fest verbunden ist und der zum Mitnehmen des Stifts (14) mit einer vertikalen, radialen Fläche (38) des Absatzes (18) zusammenwirkt.
  8. Schlüssel (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Fläche (38) des Absatzes (18) ein Abschnitt der zweiten Einkerbung (28) des Absatzes (18) ist.
  9. Schlüssel (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mitnahmemittel ein elastisches Mitnahmeelement (44) aufweisen, das eine Mitnahmekraft auf den Stift (14) ausübt, wenn sich der Stift (14) in der eingeklappten Stellung befindet.
  10. Schlüssel (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, in Kombination mit Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Mitnahmeelement (44) und das elastische Rückstellelement (34) zwei Teile einer einzigen elastischen Feder (46) sind.
  11. Schlüssel (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Feder (46) durch Ausstanzen und Umbiegen eines Metallstreifens gebildet ist.
  12. Schlüssel (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (22) im Gehäuse (12) gleitend angebracht ist.
  13. Schlüssel (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil (40) des Verriegelungselements (22) in einer komplementären Aufnahme (42) des Gehäuses (12) gleitend geführt ist.
  14. Schlüssel (10) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (22) so angebracht ist, dass es gemäß einer horizontalen, querverlaufenden Richtung gleitet.
  15. Schlüssel (10) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (22) so angebracht ist, dass es gemäß einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Richtung zwischen einer erhöhten Stellung zur Verriegelung und einer abgesenkten Stellung zur Entriegelung des Stifts (14) gleitet.
