Claims (8)

  1. Aufsatzstück (10) für einen Boden- und Wandbelag (R) zur Verlegung in zurückspringenden Eckflächen (1D) am Übergang zwischen Boden (1C) und den Wänden (1A - 1B), wobei das besagte Aufsatzstück (10) keine Verbindung hat und aus demselben Werkstoff besteht wie der Belag (R) mit derselben Beschaffenheit und Musterung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Eckstück vor der Verlegung in zwei Dimensionen, nach der Verlegung aber in drei Dimensionen ausgebildet ist und im nicht gefalteten Zustand eine unregelmäßige Liniengestaltung aufweist, die nach der Verlegung zu einer regelmäßigen, parallelepipedischen geometrischen Gestalt wird, wobei das besagte Aufsatzstück nach der Verlegung sich in vier Einzelflächen (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4) - drei davon in Dreiecksform (Z1, Z2, Z3) - gliedert, die jeweils mit zwei Grundlinien zur Umfangslinie des Aufsatzstücks gehören und eine dritte innenliegende Grundlinie umfassen, wobei die dritten Grundlinien aneinandergereiht einen nach der Verlegung schräg angeordneten dreieckigen Mittelteil (Z4) bilden, der nach vorne gerückt und vom Verbindungseck (1D) der zusammenstoßenden Mauerwände (1A - 1B) und des Bodens (1C) etwas abgesetzt ist, wobei der dreieckige Mittelteil eine gut zugängliche, sichtbare Abzugsfläche für die Pflege bildet, da sich der Staub o.ä. hier sammeln und an der Grundlinie zusammenfließen kann.
  2. Aufsatzstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufsatzstück (10) nach dem Zuschnitt im nicht gefalteten Zustand eine unregelmäßige, ebene, geometrische Gestalt innerhalb einer polygonal aussehenden Gesamtform mit zwei in entgegengesetzte Richtung weisenden dreieckigen Bereichen (T1 - T2) unterschiedlicher Fläche aufweist, abgetrennt durch eine gerade Verbindungsachse (a.a) an der breitesten Stelle (1) des Aufsatzstücks und einer senkrecht dazu verlaufenden Achse (b.b), die dem Aufsatzstück seine Symmetrie verleiht.
  3. Aufsatzstück nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Dreiecksbereich (T1) zwei dreieckige Flächen (Z1 - Z2) bestimmt, die an den Mauerwänden anliegen sollen, und in der Mitte einen Übergangsteil mit abgerundetem Scheitel (10a) aufweist.
  4. Aufsatzstück nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Dreiecksbereich (T1) zwei dreieckige Flächen (Z1 - Z2) bestimmt, die an den Mauerwänden anliegen sollen, und in der Mitte einen Übergangsteil in Form eines Grats (10b) aufweist.
  5. Aufsatzstück nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Dreiecksbereich (T2) nach der Verlegung grob gesehen als dreieckige Fläche (Z3) und mit dem erwähnten dreieckigen Mittelteil (Z4) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Dreiecksfläche (Z3) als Vorderteil für das Aufsatzstück zur Befestigung am Boden gedacht' ist und der Mittelteil (Z4) auf allen Seiten von den drei Dreiecksflächen (Z1 - Z2 - Z3) begrenzt wird.
  6. Aufsatzstück nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Dreiecksbereich (T2) in nicht gefalteter Form durch eine Breitenänderung definiert ist, da er sich von der Grundlinie bis zum Scheitel in zwei unterschiedlichen Winkeln verjüngt und zwei unterschiedlich große, aneinander anschließende Trapezabschnitte (10c - 10d) entstehen lässt,
    sowie dadurch, dass die Stirnseite je nach Anwendung einen zurückspringenden (10e) oder hervorspringenden (10f) Scheitelbereich aufweist.
  7. Aufsatzstück nach einem beliebigen Anspruch 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dreieckige Mittelbereich (Z4) nach der Verlegung grob gesehen am Übergangsbereich der fest an den Mauerwänden sitzenden Dreiecksflächen (Z1 und Z2) ansetzt und sich bis zum Anschluss der fest am Boden angebrachten Dreiecksfläche (Z3) hinzieht,
    sowie dadurch, dass dieser dreieckige Mittelteil (Z4) ca. 45° geneigt (Winkel α) angeordnet ist und eine sichtbare, vergleichsweise große Abzugsebene bzw. - fläche bildet, gleichzeitig aber einen fließenden Übergang zu den übrigen Teilen des Aufsatzstücks und des dazugehörigen Belags bildet.
  8. Verlegungsverfahren für einen Boden- und Wandbelag in zurückspringenden Eckbereichen (1D) zwischen Boden (1C) und den Wänden (1A - 1B), bestehend aus einem Arbeitsschritt zum Zuschneiden eines Aufsatzstücks (10) nach einer besonderen geometrischen Form aus dem Belagswerkstoff (R) für die Verlegung, so dass der besagte Zuschnitt in zwei Dimensionen entsteht, einem Anlegeschritt im abzudeckenden, zurückspringenden Eckbereich und einem Umformschritt des besagten Aufsatzstücks, bei dem ebene Dreiecksflächen (Z1 - Z2 - Z3) zur Befestigung an den gegenüberliegenden Mauerwänden und der gegenüberliegenden Bodenfläche entstehen und einen schräg sitzenden Mittelteil (Z4) in Dreiecksform mit nach vorne gerückter Grundlinie ausbilden, wobei der besagte Mittelteil gegenüber dem Schnittpunkt von Mauerwänden und Boden zurückgesetzt ist, das ausgeführte Aufsatzstück in einen Eckausschnitt im eigentlichen Belag passt, das Eckaufsatzstück an die gegenüberliegenden Mauerwände und den Boden mit Ausnahme des besagten dreieckigen Mittelteils (Z4) geklebt o.ä. wird und der Übergang zwischen dem Aufsatzstück und dem eigentlichen Belag durch Aneinanderlegen und Anbringen eines Verbindungsmittels gefügt wird.
