Claims (11)

  1. Bausatz bestehend aus einem Bodenbelag (1) und einem oder mehreren Modul(en) (3), wobei der Bodenbelag (1) auf dem flächigen Teil eines zu bedeckenden Bodens (S) verlegt werden soll und das oder die Modul(e) zur Ausbildung einer hochgezogenen Fußleiste bestimmt sind, wobei jedes Modul (3) einen ersten Bereich (3.1) aufweist, der auf dem flächigen Teil des zu bedeckenden Bodens verlegt werden soll, einen zweiten Bereich (3.2) umfasst, der an mindestens einer vertikalen Wand der Mauer (M) anliegt und einen Übergangsbereich (3.3) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Bereich (3.1, 3.2) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei jedem Modul (3) die Dicke (E.2) des ersten Bereichs (3.1) mit der Dicke (E.1) des Bodenbelags (1) übereinstimmt und gleich ist, während die Dicke (E.3) des zweiten Bereichs (3.2) geringer ist als die Dicke (E.2) des ersten Bereichs (3.1), um dem zweiten Bereich eine Flexibilitätskapazität zu verschaffen, und dass der Übergangsbereich (3.3) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Bereich eines jeden Moduls über ein geneigtes, fortlaufend abgeschrägtes Profil erfolgt, das auf der Rückseite des Moduls angeordnet ist und zum Anliegen an einem Winkelprofil (4) bestimmt ist.
  2. Bausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodenbelag (1) und die hochgezogene Fußleiste (M) aus der gleichen Struktur und dem gleichen Material bestehen, wobei der Belag mit Ausnahme einer umlaufenden Umrandung (2) rund um den Wand-/Bodenabschluss zur Positionierung der einzelnen Module, welche die hochgezogene Fußleiste entlang des Übergangsbereichs zwischen Boden und Wänden, die Innenwinkelbereiche und die Außenwinkelbereiche darstellen, den Boden bedeckt, und dass die Formen und Abmessungen angepasst sind, um den Wand-/Bodenabschluss längenmäßig zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Innen- und/oder Außenwinkelprofilen zu gewährleisten, und dass der erste Bereich (3.1) auf dem flächigen Teil des Bodens im Bereich der umlaufenden Umrandung (2) verlegt wird, und dass der zweite Bereich (3.2) an den vertikalen Wänden der jeweiligen Mauerbereiche anliegend verlegt wird.
  3. Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Module einschichtig sind und dass jedes hochgezogene Fußleistenmodul einen ersten Bereich mit einer ersten Dicke und einen zweiten Bereich mit einer anderen und bezogen auf die erste Dicke geringeren Dicke aufweist.
  4. Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Module mehrschichtig sind und dass jedes Modul einen ersten Bereich aufweist, der auf dem Boden aufliegt, welcher durch die Gesamtheit der Schichtdicken definiert wird und einen zweiten Bereich umfasst, der mit geringerer Dicke an den Mauerwänden anliegt.
  5. Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Module elektrisch leitend sind.
  6. Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes hochgezogene Fußleistenmodul an einem vorgegebenen Winkelprofil anliegend angeordnet ist, welches zwischen dem Bodenbereich und dem Wandbereich angeordnet ist.
  7. Bausatz nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Winkelprofil (4) eine horizontale Basisebene (4a) und eine angrenzende vertikale Ebene (4b) gegen die Wand und eine gebogene Passform (4c) zwischen den Extremitäten der horizontalen und vertikalen Basisebene aufweist, und dass jeder Bereich (3.2) eines jeden Moduls an der gebogenen Form des Winkelprofils mit einem Überstand nach oben anliegt und sich an diese anschmiegt.
  8. Bausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Bereich (3.1) des Moduls, der in der umlaufenden Umrandung zwischen Boden und Wand zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Innen- und/oder Außenwinkeln ausgebildet ist, in Form eines Bandes (3.1a) ausgeprägt ist.
  9. Bausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Bereich (3.1) des Moduls an den Außenwinkeln in Form eines L (3.1b) ausgeprägt ist.
  10. Bausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Bereich (3.1) des Moduls an den Innenwinkeln in Form eines Quadrats (3.1c) ausgeprägt ist.
  11. Verfahren zum Verlegen eines Bausatzes bestehend aus einem Bodenbelag und einem oder mehreren Modulen zur Ausbildung einer hochgezogenen Fußleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bodenbelag (1) über die gesamte Raumfläche verlegt wird mit Ausnahme der umlaufenden Umrandung (2) rund um den Wand-/Bodenabschluss, wobei die verschiedenen Winkelprofile in den aufeinanderfolgenden Passbereichen zwischen Boden und Mauerwänden und die verschiedenen Module entlang der umlaufenden Umrandung mit Auflage des dickeren Bereichs (3.1) auf dem Boden am Rand und an der Passung des Bodenbelags positioniert werden, wobei die Verformung und Faltung des Bereichs (3.2) durch alle bekannten Mittel durchgeführt wird, wobei der Bereich (3.2) auf das Winkelprofil mit vertikalem Überstand auf die Mauerwände geklebt wird.
