Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un article à fumer, présentant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - déposer du tabac (11) en gerbe
    - former un extrudat (12)
    - appliquer l'extrudat (12) sur le tabac déposé en gerbe (11), l'extrudat (12) contenant un constituant de base (16), et
    - selon lequel une substance additive (17) est amenée par intermittence au constituant de base (16).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la substance additive (17) est amenée au constituant de base (16) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif commutable (18).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrudat (12) contient plusieurs constituants de base différents (16, 26).
  4. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le constituant de base (16) et la substance additive (17) sont réunis dans un appareil mélangeur (14), en vue de la formation d'un mélange constituant l'extrudat (12).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrudat est appliqué sur le tabac déposé en gerbe (11), par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif à buse (15).
  6. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le tabac (10), auquel est amené l'extrudat (12), contient du tabac coupé.
  7. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la substance additive (17) est un aromate.
  8. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extrudat (12) est appliqué sur le tabac déposé en gerbe (11), à une vitesse (v2) sensiblement égale à la vitesse de transport (v1) du tabac.
  9. Dispositif pour produire un boudin de tabac contenant un extrudat (12), qui comprend un transporteur aspirant de boudin (22), destiné à aspirer du tabac (10), et un dispositif d'extrusion (13) destiné à former l'extrudat (17) et à appliquer l'extrudat (17) sur le tabac déposé en gerbe (11), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extrusion (13) comprend un dispositif (14) qui est destiné à amener par intermittence une substance additive (17) à un constituant de base (16) pouvant être introduit dans le dispositif d'extrusion (13) et qui est adapté pour amener la substance additive (17) par intermittence au constituant de base (16) dans le cours du fonctionnement du dispositif pour produire le boudin de tabac.
