Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de filtres multisegments de l'industrie du tabac, des segments de filtre (1, 7) étant fournis à un groupe de segments de filtre, caractérisé en ce qu'un milieu (3) est injecté dans les segments de filtre (1, 7) avant que ceux-ci ne soient fournis au groupe de segments de filtre, le milieu (3) étant injecté pendant le transport des segments de filtre (1, 7), en particulier sur un tambour de transport ou un tambour fonctionnel (18).
  2. Procédé selon le préambule de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un milieu (3) est injecté dans des tiges de filtre, le milieu (3) étant injecté pendant le transport des tiges de filtre, en particulier sur un tambour de transport ou un tambour fonctionnel (18), et en ce que lors d'une étape subséquente les tiges de filtre sont découpées en segments de filtre (1).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les tiges de filtre ou segments de filtre (1, 7) sont immobilisés avant injection du milieu (3).
  4. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une quantité prédéterminée de milieu (3) est injectée.
  5. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le milieu (3) est injecté au moyen d'un organe d'injection (5), de préférence un mandrin de pulvérisation (5), à l'intérieur du segment de filtre (1, 7) ou des tiges de filtre.
  6. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le milieu (3) est injecté au moyen d'un organe d'injection (2), de préférence une buse de pulvérisation (2) de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur du segment de filtre (1, 7) ou des tiges de filtre.
  7. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le milieu (3) est injecté dans une direction axiale longitudinale parallèlement à la direction longitudinale des segments de filtre (1, 7) ou des tiges de filtre.
  8. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le milieu (3) est injecté dans au moins une chambre creuse, de préférence d'un segment de filtre multiple ou d'une tige de filtre multiple.
  9. Module (10) d'une machine pour filtres multisegments de l'industrie du tabac, des segments de filtre (1, 7) étant aptes à être fournis à un groupe de segments de filtre, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un dispositif d'injection d'un milieu (3) dans les segments de filtre (1, 7) sur un moyen de transport, en particulier un tambour de transport ou tambour fonctionnel (18).
  10. Module (10) selon le préambule de la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus un dispositif d'injection d'un milieu (3) dans des tiges de filtre sur un moyen de transport, en particulier un tambour de transport ou tambour fonctionnel (18), et un dispositif pour découper des tiges de filtre en segments de filtre (1, 7).
  11. Module (10), selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'est réalisé un élément de retenue (4) des tiges de filtre ou segments de filtre (1, 7).
