Claims (15)

  1. Schreibinstrument (1) umfassend:
    - einen Körper (2), der mit einem Tintenreservoir (3) versehen ist,
    - ein Einfärbelement (16), das an dem Körper (2) befestigt ist,
    - und eine Zufuhrvorrichtung (19) umfassend:
    - eine Leitung (27), die das Reservoir (3) mit dem Einfärblement (16) verbindet und über eine Öffnung (29) in das Reservoir (3) hineinragt, wobei diese Leitung (27) eine Innenwand aufweist (28), und
    - ein Ventil (22), das eine Stütze (32) umfasst, die in der Leitung aufgenommen und durch einen Kopf (31) verlängert ist,
    wobei das Ventil (22) verschiebbar zwischen einer geschlossenen Position, in der der Kopf (31) gegen eine Schulter (30) gedrückt wird, die die Öffnung (29) begrenzt, um den Fluss der Tinte zu verhindern, und einer offenen Position, in der der Kopf (31) zumindest teilweise von der Schulter (30) beabstandet ist, um den Fluss der Tinte durch die Öffnung (29) zuzulassen, angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Spalte (35) zwischen der Stütze (32) und der Innenwand (28) der Leitung (27) angeordnet ist, und dass die Stütze (32) auf der Seite des Einfärbelements (16) über die Leitung (27) hinausragt.
  2. Schreibinstrument (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (22) aus einem hydrophoben Material hergestellt oder mit diesem beschichtet ist.
  3. Schreibinstrument (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (22) aus Silikon gefertigt oder mit Silikon beschichtet ist.
  4. Schreibinstrument (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (27) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei die Stüzetze (32) pyramidal ist.
  5. Schreibinstrument (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufuhrvorrichtung (19) eine Hülse (20) umfasst, in der die Öffnung (29) ausgebildet ist, die auf einen Stutzen (21) des Reservoirs (3) gesteckt werden kann und die an dem Ventil (22) befestigt ist.
  6. Schreibinstrument (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (22) mit durchgehenden Löchern (36) versehen ist, die im Kopf (31) in der Nähe der Stütze (32) angeordnet sind.
  7. Schreibinstrument (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (36) als parallele Schlitze mit Kanten (37, 38) ausgebildet sind, wobei das Ventil (22) einen Umfangsabschnitt (39), der fest bezüglich des Körpers (2) ist, und einen zentralen Abschnitt (40), der die Stütze (32) umfasst, aufweist, wobei der zentrale Abschnitt (40) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position, in der die Kanten (37, 38) jedes Schlitzes (36) zusammenfallen, und einer offenen Position, in der die Kanten (37, 38) der Schlitze (36) versetzt sind, um den Fluss der Tinte zu ermöglichen, bewegbar ist.
  8. Schreibinstrument (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einfärbelement (16) in permanentem Kontakt mit der Stütze (32) ist.
  9. Schreibinstrument (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einfärbelement (16) zwischen einer Schreibposition, in der das Einfärbelement (16) das Ventil (22) in seine offene Position beaufschlagt, um den Fluss der Tinte zu ermöglichen, und einer Ruheposition, in der das Einfärbelement (16) dem Ventil (22) ermöglicht, seine geschlossene Position einzunehmen, bewegbar ist.
  10. Schreibinstrument (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einfärbelement (16) auf einem Träger (13) befestigt ist, der verschiebbar bezüglich des Körpers (2) zwischen einer Schreibposition, in der das Einfärbelement (16) das Ventil (22) in seine offene Position beaufschlagt, um den Fluss der Tinte zu ermöglichen, und einer Ruheposition, in der das Einfärbelement dem Ventil (22) ermöglicht, seine geschlossene Position einzunehmen, befestigt ist.
  11. Schreibinstrument (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (13) durch eine Rückholfeder in Richtung seiner Ruheposition beaufschlagt ist.
  12. Schreibinstrument (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückholfeder ein elastisches Federblatt (42) aufweist, das in dem Träger (13) aufgenommen ist, wobei sich das Federblatt (42) an einer Wand (25), die fest bezüglich des Körpers (2) ist, abstützt.
  13. Schreibinstrument (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei sich der Körper (2) entlang einer Hauptachse (X) erstreckt und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einfärbelement (16) eine Walze ist, die rotierbar um eine Achse (A1) befestigt ist, die rechtwinklig zur Hauptachse (X) verläuft.
  14. Schreibinstrument (1) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einfärbelement (16) im Umfang mit einer Schreibwalze (17) in Kontakt steht, die rotierbar um eine Achse (A2) befestigt ist, die parallel zu jener Achse (A1) der Zwischenwalze verläuft, und geeignet ist, um in Kontakt mit einer Schreibunterlage zu kommen.
  15. Schreibinstrument (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfang der Einfärbwalze (16) kleiner ist als der Umfang der Schreibwalze (17).
