Claims (8)

  1. Système de saisie de données (1) pour les données de véhicule et de chauffeur (FD) de véhicules automobiles, en particulier véhicules poids lourds et autocars
    - avec un appareil d'enregistrement de données (3) installé dans le véhicule pour chaque véhicule (poids lourd), et
    - avec une unité de mémoire centrale (4, 5, 6) sur chaque site de véhicule (S1-S3) pour l'archivage des données de véhicule et de chauffeur,
    caractérisé
    - en ce que l'appareil d'enregistrement de données (3) installé dans le véhicule coopère avec une carte de chauffeur (2), et
    - en ce qu'une interface de carte (7-9) pour l'insertion de la carte de chauffeur (2) est installée dans des appareils (GT, Gpp, GPH) dans des postes de carburant (T), des garages (PH) et/ou des parcs de stationnement (PP) pour l'extraction des données de véhicule et de chauffeur (FD) pendant des arrêts temporaires du véhicule et pour la transmission des données extraites à une centrale de gestion des données (10).
  2. Système de saisie de données selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une interface radio (11-11") installée dans des appareils (GT, Gpp, GPH) dans des postes de carburant (T), des garages (PH) et/ou des parcs de stationnement (PP) pour la réception et la transmission des données (FD) stockées dans l'appareil d'enregistrement de données (3).
  3. Système de saisie de données selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par une interface de câble (12-12") installée dans des appareils (GT, Gpp, GPH) dans des postes de carburant (T), des garages (PH) et/ou des parcs de stationnement (PP) pour l'extraction et la transmission de données (FD) stockées dans l'appareil d'enregistrement de données (3).
  4. Système de saisie de données selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par une liaison constante de données (D'R) entre la centrale de gestion des données (10) et chaque site de véhicule (S1-S3).
  5. Procédé pour l'extraction et la transmission de données de véhicule et de chauffeur (FD) stockées sur une carte de chauffeur (2), caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - extraction des données de véhicule et de chauffeur (FD) de la carte de chauffeur (2) lors d'arrêts temporaires du véhicule dans des postes de carburant (T), des garages (PH) et/ou des parcs de stationnement (PP) au moyen d'une interface de carte (7-9) pour l'insertion de la carte de chauffeur (2), laquelle est installée dans des appareils (GT, Gpp, GPH) des postes de carburant (T), des garages (PH) et/ou des parcs de stationnement (PP) pour l'extraction des données de véhicule et de chauffeur (FD) pendant les arrêts temporaires du véhicule ;
    - transmission des données (FD) extraites à une centrale de gestion des données (10).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les données de véhicule et de chauffeur (FD) extraites sont soit mémorisées temporairement dans la centrale d'administration des données (10) et transmises aux sites de véhicule (S1-S3) à tour de rôle, soit immédiatement transmises après réception.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les données de véhicule et de chauffeur (FD) extraites et transmises sont traitées dans la centrale d'administration des données (10) pour l'exécution d'une exploitation de flotte.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les données de véhicule et de chauffeur (FD) extraites et transmises sont exploitées pour l'identification du détenteur du véhicule ou du chauffeur, et utilisées pour des processus de paiement par la carte de chauffeur (2).
