Die Arbeitswalzensätze 6 (bzw. 6a) bestehen jeweils aus zwei mittels der Einbaustücke aufeinandergestützten Ober- und Unterwalzen, ebenso die (nicht näher in Ausbauphase gezeigten) Stützwalzensätze 5. In Fig. 1 ist die Startposition 1a gegeben, wobei der Walzenwechsel auf der Bedienerseite 1b erfolgt. Das Verfahren auf dem Verbindungsgleis 14a wird mit nur einer einzigen Lokomotive 21 durchgeführt. Die Querverschiebewagen 9, 10, 11 werden durch Abstandsmittel 7 kontrolliert. Nach Freigeben der Bedienerseite 1b durch die Querverschiebewagen 9, 10, 11, jeweils nach einem ausgebauten verschlissenen Arbeitswalzensatz 6, können die verschlissenen Stützwalzensätze 5 ausgefahren und per Kran in die Walzenwerkstatt 20 gebracht, neu geschliffen, zurückgebracht und in die zugeordneten Walzgerüste 2, 3, 4 wieder eingebaut und verriegelt werden. Claims (13)
