Definitions
- the invention relates to an occupied with ceramic plates floor structure in which on the substrate a film-like plastic mat with respect to its top outstanding, load-bearing, arranged towards the bottom hollow in a uniform surface distribution support elements is applied, wherein between the support elements open water laxative channels are formed and on the support elements a water- and vapor-permeable non-woven or fabric-like cover is arranged, over which the laid in the adhesive ceramic plates are arranged.
- Such a floor structure is from the DE 90 11 271 U1 known.
- a film-like plastic mat in the manner of a studded plate on the ground for example, a concrete slab or a hardened slope screed is placed loosely.
- An application of such a plate on a liquid screed is not possible.
- Such an application or even pressing would never lead to a permanent attachment of the plate.
- a relatively thick mortar layer is applied to the covered with a non-woven or the like top of this plastic mat on which the ceramic plates are attached with appropriate adhesives, for example with thin-bed mortar or tile adhesive.
- the load distribution layer formed as a mortar layer is absolutely necessary in order to apply the vertical loads acting on the tile covering of the floor distributed over the foil-like plastic mat on the ground, since the corresponding effective support surfaces at the bottom of the plastic mat in view of the hardened, In practice not completely flat ground are relatively small.
- Such a floor structure therefore requires a load distribution layer having a considerable construction height.
- the object of the invention is to reduce such a floor structure in height and yet to ensure a sufficient load distribution.
- the invention task is solved with a floor structure with the features of claim 1. Due to the full-surface embedding of the available bearing surfaces of the bottom of the film-like, load-bearing plastic mat in a soft, yet hardening Dünnbettmörtel für, which is applied to the substrate, the available bottom bearing surfaces of the plastic mat completely used for load transfer.
- the plastic mat is thus supported after curing of the Dünnbettmörtel für in a better manner compared to a floor structure according to the prior art on the ground. Therefore, on such a suitably supported plastic mat, the ceramic plate covering can be applied directly to a thin-bed mortar layer on top of the plastic mat covered with a Vies or the like.
- the height of such a floor structure is considerably reduced compared to prior art constructions.
- the application of serving as a load distribution layer mortar layer which results in significant cost savings.
- Nubbell plates are preferably used whose support surfaces carry the non-woven cover according to claim 2.
- a particular embodiment of the invention is specified by claim 3.
- lower nubs are arranged between all or each of the non-woven cover supporting nubs, which have undercuts at its lower open side for clamping the penetrated thin-bed mortar.
- a simplified floor structure is given by the features of claim 7.
- the support elements are strip-shaped with preferably U-shaped cross-section, wherein between the strips at the top of the plastic mat, the water-removing channels are formed. At lower load requirements can also be dispensed with such a floor structure on a load distribution layer.
- thermosetting thin-bed mortar layer 2 is applied in the manner of a tile adhesive or other suitable putty.
- the film-like plastic mat 3 is embedded with its underside so that their underside available support surfaces 33, 34 are supported over the entire surface with a corresponding planar or horizontal arrangement.
- the plastic mat 3 shown in the FIGS. 1 and 2 is a knobbed plate, in which in a uniform surface distribution frustoconical upwardly projecting hollow knobs 31 are formed with tops 32. Between these knobs are for drainage outwardly open channels 36 formed.
- the support serving, embedded support surfaces 34 are enlarged by each forming an annular surface paragraphs 33 in the transition region from the support surfaces 34 to the respective Studded walls 35.
- a water-and vapor-permeable non-woven cover 4 is glued on the tops 32 of the frusto-conical nubs 31, a water-and vapor-permeable non-woven cover 4 is glued. On this cover 4, in turn, a thin-bed mortar layer 5 is applied, with which the ceramic plates 6 arranged above are attached.
- frustoconical knobs and truncated pyramidal knobs can be formed on such a durable plastic mat.
- clamping elements can still be provided on the underside of the plastic mats in the manner of a grid-like fabric or the like.
- the plastic mat in the thermosetting Dünnbettmörtel für is more involved. It is also possible to improve the adhesion of a roughening coating or a roughened surface structure of the lower bearing surfaces of the plastic mat.
- a plastic mat 103 is shown in a ceramic tile occupied floor structure, in which between all or individual the fleece-like cover 4-carrying knobs 131 lower knobs 137 are arranged, which have at its lower open side undercuts 138 for clamping the penetrated thin-bed mortar 2.
- a fleece-like cover 4 is fixed, on which the ceramic plates 6 are fixed with a thin-bed mortar 5.
- the height of the lower knobs 137 is about half the height of the higher knobs 131.
- the low nubs 137 fill when pressed into the soft yet thermosetting Dünnbettmörtel für, which is combed in the usual way, completely with this mortar 2. This is by the undercuts 138 on the open bottom of these nubs 137 a strong clamping of the mat 103 with the ground 1 reached.
- the higher knobs 131 on its open bottom circumferential or partially Schuschnedungen 136 have. In FIG. 4 It can be seen that these higher knobs do not completely fill with the thin-bed mortar 2.
- the knobs 131 and 137 are arranged at relatively small distances from each other. In the practiced embodiment, the center distances are about 10 - 30 mm. The maximum height of a plate 103 and thus the height of the higher knobs 131 is between 3 - 12 mm.
Description
The invention relates to an occupied with ceramic plates floor structure in which on the substrate a film-like plastic mat with respect to its top outstanding, load-bearing, arranged towards the bottom hollow in a uniform surface distribution support elements is applied, wherein between the support elements open water laxative channels are formed and on the support elements a water- and vapor-permeable non-woven or fabric-like cover is arranged, over which the laid in the adhesive ceramic plates are arranged.

The object of the invention is to reduce such a floor structure in height and yet to ensure a sufficient load distribution.
The invention task is solved with a floor structure with the features of claim 1. Due to the full-surface embedding of the available bearing surfaces of the bottom of the film-like, load-bearing plastic mat in a soft, yet hardening Dünnbettmörtelschicht, which is applied to the substrate, the available bottom bearing surfaces of the plastic mat completely used for load transfer. The plastic mat is thus supported after curing of the Dünnbettmörtelschicht in a better manner compared to a floor structure according to the prior art on the ground. Therefore, on such a suitably supported plastic mat, the ceramic plate covering can be applied directly to a thin-bed mortar layer on top of the plastic mat covered with a Vies or the like. The height of such a floor structure is considerably reduced compared to prior art constructions. In addition, the application of serving as a load distribution layer mortar layer, which results in significant cost savings.
Eingesetzt werden vorzugsweise Noppenplatten, deren Auflageflächen die vliesartige Abdeckung tragen gemäß Anspruch 2.Nubbell plates are preferably used whose support surfaces carry the non-woven cover according to
A particular embodiment of the invention is specified by
A simplified floor structure is given by the features of claim 7. In this case, the support elements are strip-shaped with preferably U-shaped cross-section, wherein between the strips at the top of the plastic mat, the water-removing channels are formed. At lower load requirements can also be dispensed with such a floor structure on a load distribution layer.

On the
It is also possible, strip-like form corresponding structural elements of a plastic mat with preferably U-shaped cross-section, wherein between the strips on the upper side of such a mat wasserabführende channels are formed.
In addition, clamping elements can still be provided on the underside of the plastic mats in the manner of a grid-like fabric or the like. With such measures, the plastic mat in the thermosetting Dünnbettmörtelschicht is more involved. It is also possible to improve the adhesion of a roughening coating or a roughened surface structure of the lower bearing surfaces of the plastic mat.

In
