Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schneeschieber (1) mit einem Stiel (3) und einem Schaufelblatt (2), wobei das Schaufelblatt (2) durch einen Ausschnitt (4) aus einer ausgedienten Mülltonne (5) gebildet ist.

Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schneeschieber mit einem Stiel und einem Schaufelblatt und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Ausgediente bzw. kaputte Mülltonnen von Gemeinden und
    Abfallverbänden müssen bisher - oft kostenpflichtig - entsorgt werden.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung Technische Aufgabe
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Wiederverwertung des Materials von ausgedienten Mülltonnen.
    • Technische Lösung
  • Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass bei einem Schneeschieber der eingangs genannten Art das Schaufelblatt durch einen Ausschnitt aus einer ausgedienten Mülltonne gebildet ist. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schneeschiebers löst die Aufgabe dadurch, dass das Schaufelblatt aus einer ausgedienten Mülltonne, insbesondere bestehend aus Polyethylen oder Polypropylen, ausgeschnitten und mit dem Stiel mittels Schrauben verbunden wird.
    • Vorteilhafte Wirkungen
  • Es wurde nämlich überraschenderweise gefunden, dass sich der leichte, aber stabile, ideal vorgebogene und widerstandsfähige Hartkunststoff der Mülltonnen gut für die kraftsparende und gleichzeitig geräuscharme Schneeräumung eignet. Durch die Lösung der Aufgabe wird erreicht, dass das Material von kaputten oder nicht mehr verwendeten Mülltonnen ohne weitere Behandlung einem anderen Verwendungszweck zugeführt wird, da die Mülltonnen bereits die Form des Schaufelblattes aufweisen, wenn sie an entsprechenden Schnittlinien zerteilt werden.
    • Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand von Zeichnungsfiguren beispielhaft erläutert. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Schneeschieber in Ansicht; und Fig. 2 eine Mülltonne mit eingezeichneten Schnittlinien in Ansicht.
    • Bester Weg zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schneeschieber 1 mit einem Schaufelblatt 2 und einem Stiel 3. Stiel 3 und Schaufelblatt 2 sind mittels Schrauben 6, insbesondere mittels Torbandschrauben, verbunden.
  • Das Schaufelblatt 2 wird durch Ausschneiden eines Ausschnittes 4 aus einer gebrauchten, ausgedienten Mülltonne 5 hergestellt (Fig. 2). Die Mülltonne 5 besteht aus einem Hartkunststoff, beispielsweise aus Polyethylen oder Polypropylen.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt die Mülltonne 5 mit Schnittlinien 7 für die Herstellung der Ausschnitte 4 für das Schaufelblatt 2. Die Materialfarbe und die gebogene Form sind bereits am Ausgangsprodukt - der Mülltonne 5 - vorgegeben. Nach dem Ausschneiden ist lediglich ein Entgraten der Kanten des Ausschnittes 4 erforderlich.

Claims (7)

  1. Schneeschieber (1) mit einem Stiel (3) und einem Schaufelblatt (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaufelblatt (2) durch einen Ausschnitt (4) aus einer ausgedienten Mülltonne (5) gebildet ist.
  2. Schneeschieber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaufelblatt (2) und die Mülltonne (5) aus Hartkunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyethylen oder Polypropylen, bestehen.
  3. Schneeschieber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form des Schaufelblattes (2) bereits durch die Form der Mülltonne (5) vorgegeben ist.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schneeschiebers (1) mit einem Stiel (3) und einem Schaufelblatt (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaufelblatt (2) aus einer ausgedienten Mülltonne (5), insbesondere bestehend aus Polyethylen oder Polypropylen, ausgeschnitten und mit dem Stiel (3) mittels Schrauben (6) verbunden wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaufelblatt (2) aus der ausgedienten Mülltonne (5) mittels einer Stichsäge, insbesondere händisch, ausgeschnitten wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form des Ausschnittes (4) für das Schaufelblatt (2) vor dem Ausschneiden auf der Mülltonne (5) mittels Schnittlinien (7) angezeichnet wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder des Schaufelblattes (2) nach dem Ausschneiden insbesondere mittels eines Dreieckschabers entgratet werden.
