Definitions

  • the invention relates to a bar lock for mounting in a breakthrough in a thin wall, comprising a head part, such as flange, key plate, handle rosette or Betchan Trentshebelmulde, with a the outer breakthrough edge of the thin wall covering the edge region, emanating from the head part, after mounting the breakthrough protruding body part are formed or supported by the holding surfaces, which rest after mounting on the inner breakthrough edge of the thin wall.
  • a head part such as flange, key plate, handle rosette or Betrelinshebelmulde
  • a rod lock for mounting in a breakthrough in a thin wall known, see, for. B. the Fig. 23 device comprising a head part in the form of an actuating lever recess, a fuselage part projecting from the head part through the breakthrough, formed by a lock case fastened with screws to the head part, from which support surfaces are formed or supported after mounting on the inner breakthrough edge of the thin wall create here formed by an edge of the lock box.
  • the disadvantage here is the arrangement of the screws, which make it cumbersome to assemble the rod lock, especially when installed by robots.
  • the object of the invention is a development of the known rod lock to the effect that without screws the assembly is made possible.
  • the fuselage part (or the head part) has a retaining element receding against spring force, which engages a support element emanating from the head part (or fuselage part) during assembly.
  • a detent mounting is much easier than a screw fastening.
  • connection between the body part and the head part does not take place, as in the prior art, by means of cap screws, but by means of clip elements.
  • the play-free support of the body part on a recess or projection has the advantage that the storage of the rod lock within the breakthrough in the thin wall is made possible without play.
  • the conversion from right to left is facilitated if the fuselage in is formed substantially symmetrical about a plane parallel to the wall.
  • the body part is divided at the plane of symmetry and the two parts form receiving spaces for one pinion and for two centrally perforated opposing flat band bars for meshing engagement of the pinion.
  • the body part may also comprise a pinion which is divided at the plane of symmetry, the body part forming receiving spaces for the two parts of the pinion and for two centrally and / or laterally perforated, opposing flat-band bars symmetrical about their center line for meshing engagement of the pinion , In both cases, symmetry is also present here.
  • the body part has on the plane of symmetry a wall separating the two receiving spaces for the pinion parts, which has an opening for a drive shaft for the pinion parts. As a result, the overall pinion formed by the two pinion parts is held in place.
  • a particularly favorable construction results when the body part to the symmetry plane form symmetrical receiving spaces for the carriage and a spiral compression spring provided for each carriage, which is supported on the one hand at an inner end of the receiving space for the spring, on the other hand on a bearing surface formed by the carriage for the Feather.
  • the contact surface of the carriage for the spring could be formed by the one edge of an opening in the carriage, which partially surrounds the spring.
  • the two body parts have aligned centering projections / centering recesses.
  • the direction and movement of the holding elements should be parallel to the direction of the bar movement in order to prevent tilting.
  • the opening in the thin wall is an elongate rectangle whose longitudinal axis lies in the direction of the bars.
  • the rod lock may have a pivot lever drive, but alternatively also have a fast handle drive or a socket driver.
  • a fundamental advantage of the arrangement according to the invention is that the bar lock with pre-assembled rods in the head part, such as in the trough, can be clipped.
  • the holding elements which are clips, so do not rely on the edge of the sheet metal cutout, but drive into breakthroughs in a created structure of the key plate.
  • the key plate is pulled even closer.
  • the shoulder of the key plate with, for example, an O-ring seal applies to the door leaf and the bar lock rests in a conventional manner on the inner edge of the mounting hole and clamps the door panel as in the prior art.
  • a cap or a cap member as in the prior art is no longer necessary here, because according to the invention a unit has been created which consists of the lock case (one or two parts), the rods, the pinion (one or two pinions), which unit itself connect by Klipsvorgang with the key plate (headboard).
