Abstract

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif va-et-vient pour le fil (11), destiné à un dispositif de bobinage d'une machine textile fabriquant des bobines à spires croisées et comprenant un guide-fil (25) qui est guidé dans la zone de travail le long d'une barre guide-fil (27) et qui est relié à un entraînement unique (21) par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de traction sans fin (30), sachant que le dispositif va-et-vient pour le fil (11) présente un boîtier (23) fermé dans une large mesure, caractérisé en ce que l'intérieur (37) du boîtier (23) est fermé de manière étanche dans la zone de va-et-vient (B) du guide-fil (25) par le moyen de traction sans fin (30).
  2. Dispositif va-et-vient pour le fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de traction sans fin (30) est guidé par des roues de renvoi (31 et 32) disposées de part et d'autre de la zone de va-et-vient (B) et par une roue motrice (33) reliée à un moteur électrique (34), et se déplace avec sa face extérieure (40) le long de segments de paroi (38, 39) du boîtier (23).
  3. Dispositif va-et-vient pour le fil selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil (25) est disposé sur un patin de guidage (26) qui, d'une part, est guidé à coulissement le long d'éléments de guidage (27) et, d'autre part, est fixé au moyen de traction sans fin (30).
  4. Dispositif va-et-vient pour le fil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique est réalisé en tant que moteur pas à pas (34) pouvant être commandé de façon ciblée, qui est relié via un câble de commande (36) à un ordinateur de commande (35).

  7. Dispositif va-et-vient pour le fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif va-et-vient pour le fil (11) est un élément modulaire qui se présente sous la forme d'une unité guide-fil (22) pouvant, si nécessaire, être remplacée dans son intégralité.
