  • the object of the invention is therefore to create an intended device which, with careful handling of the objects, both ensures that the rear edges of the objects to be stacked are pushed out of the bullet channel and also prevents objects which have already been successfully stacked from being caused by their Flexibility back in the bullet channel.

Each object 3 is bent by the angle of the transport direction into the stacking compartment for aligning the stack around the stacking roller 6. By reducing the bending stress, the rear edges of the objects 3 move out of the bullet channel transversely to the transport direction. To support and accelerate this transverse movement, a known stacking spindle 8 is arranged in front of the stacking roller 6 on the side facing the stack 7.

If the hook-shaped elements 1 are again in the starting position, they stop and support the objects that have just been stacked in this position. The next process is then started again with the following item 3.
  • the sequence of movements of the hook-shaped elements 1 is controlled and monitored by a control device which, depending on the object information obtained in preliminary processes and the signal from the light barrier 5 in the immediate vicinity, starts and controls a corresponding procedure on the front edge of the material to be stacked.
