Claims (10)

  1. Empileuse à compartiments en spirale destinée à l'empilage de produit en feuilles (100), comprenant
    - une roue d'empilage (1) dotée de compartiments (2) de roue d'empilage agencés en spirale autour d'un axe de rotation (3),
    - dans chaque compartiment (2) de roue d'empilage, au moins un élément de serrage (7), notamment un doigt de serrage, destiné au freinage et au blocage par serrage de produit en feuilles (100) introduit dans la roue d'empilage (2) respective,
    - un rack d'empilage (5) agencé sous la roue d'empilage (1) et
    - un expulseur (4) destiné à, lors de la rotation de la roue d'empilage (1) autour de l'axe de rotation (3), expulser le produit en feuilles (100) des compartiments (2) de roue d'empilage par mouvement de raclage de manière à le déposer sur le rack d'empilage (5), caractérisée par un appareillage (9, 11) destiné à repousser du produit en feuilles (100) l'élément de serrage (7) durant le processus d'expulsion par mouvement de raclage, la force de serrage entre l'élément de serrage (7) et le produit en feuilles (100) étant réduite ou entièrement anéantie.
  2. Empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par une came (9) sur laquelle se trouvent au moins un élément de serrage (7) et une piste de came (11) qui sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre et co-agissent de telle manière que l'élément de serrage (7) est repoussé du produit en feuilles lors de l'expulsion du produit en feuilles (100) par mouvement de raclage.
  3. Empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la came (9) est respectivement agencée à une extrémité (8) de l'élément de serrage (7) située radialement à l'intérieur.
  4. Empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la came (9) est réalisée sous forme de broche qui s'étend dans une direction à partir de l'élément de serrage (7) parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (3).
  5. Empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la broche (9) a une longueur d'environ 2 mm.
  6. Empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon une des revendications de 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la piste de came (11) est prévue sur l'expulseur (4).
  7. Empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la piste de came (11) est réalisée sous forme de rainure sur l'expulseur (4).
  8. Empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon une des revendications de 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la piste de came (11) possède un biseau d'entrée (12) qui pousse la came (9) vers l'axe de rotation (3) et est suivi d'un tronçon (13) de piste de came décrivant un tracé concentrique à l'axe de rotation (3).
  9. Utilisation de l'empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon une des revendications de 1 à 8 pour l'empilage de billets de banque (100).
  10. Dispositif de traitement de produit en feuilles, comprenant une empileuse à compartiments en spirale selon une des revendications de 1 à 8.
