Description

HERRENBEKLEIDUNGSSTUCK MIT EINER ART SUSPENSORIUM
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Herren- Bekleidungsstück, insbesondere Shorts, bspw. Boxershorts, nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Bekannte Herren-Shorts sind, damit Sie leicht zu tragen sind, sowohl Vorder- als auch Hinterteil aus einer einfachen Stoffläge gebildet. Da solche Shorts, insbesondere Boxer- Shorts im Bein- und Schrittbereich relativ weit sind, ist das Tragen für viele Benutzer ohne Unterbekleidungsstück unangenehm oder unbequem.
Es sind zwar Shorts, insbesondere Sport- und Badeshorts bekannt, deren Hinterteil und Vorderteil insgesamt mit einem inneren Einsatz in Form einer nur am Bund gehaltenen Innenunterhose versehen ist, jedoch ist dort das netzartig ausgebildete Einsatzteil vom Schnitt her etwa gleich einer üblichen Unterhose ohne Suspensorium ausgebildet, so dass hier der Einsatz lediglich als zweite innere Lage für die Shorts eingesetzt ist, um dann, wenn bspw. die Badeshorts nass ist, auch bei leichten Stoffen eine Transparenz zu verhindern. Auch solche Shorts sind für viele Benutzer unangenehm zu tragen, weil bei ihnen keinerlei Art von Suspensorium und damit wirklicher Halt einerseits vorgesehen ist und andererseits die Luftigkeit und Leichtigkeit beim Tragen fehlt.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Herren- Bekleidungsstück, insbesondere Shorts, beispielsweise Boxer- Shorts, der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem nach Art eines Suspensoriums ein gewisser Halt beim Tragen ermöglich ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sind bei einem Herren- Bekleidungsstück, insbesondere Shorts, bspw. Boxhershorts, der eingangs genannten Art die im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale vorgesehen.
Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen ist ein Einsatzteil geschaffen, das sozusagen die Form eines halben, d.h. nur aus einem Vorderteil bestehenden Slip bildet und deshalb aufgrund des dadurch gegebenen Suspensoriums eine Halterung bzw. den von Benutzern oft nachgefragten Halt bietet, ohne dass die Vorteile einer derartigen Shorts bzw. Boxershorts, wie Leichtigkeit und Luftigkeit, verloren gehen.
Mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 2 ist eine Fixierung der muldenartigen Aufnahme auch im freien Randbereich am Vorderteil erreicht. Dabei ist es zweckmäßig, die Merkmale nach Anspruch 3 vorzusehen, womit eine gewisse Luftigkeit der Shorts auch im vorderen Bereich bzw. Schrittbereich erreicht ist.
Zweckmäßigerweise beginnt gemäß den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 4 das Einsatzteil am Bund der Shorts. Durch die Rundung des Bundes im getragenen Zustand und der Zusammenführung der freien Ränder des Einsatzteils ergibt sich gemäß den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 5 eine vorteilhafte, den richtigen Halt und den betreffenden Tragekomfort bietende Form.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung vorliegender Erfindung ist nach den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 6 das Einsatzteil aus zwei identischen spiegelbildlich zueinander angeordneten Einsatzstücken gebildet, so dass sich lediglich in Seitenbereichen und im untersten Bereich eine Doppellagigkeit des Vorderteils ergibt. Dadurch ist weiterhin trotz dieses Suspensoriums eine Leichtigkeit der Shorts beim Tragen, wie es erwartet wird, beibehalten.
Eine zweckmäßige Herstellungsvariante ergibt sich aus den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 7.
Die vorgenannte Ausgestaltung mit ihrer Variante ergibt nach den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 8 die Möglichkeit bei einer solchen Shorts eine verdeckte Schlitzöffnung vorzusehen. Diese Schlitzöffnung kann entsprechend den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 9 ausgebildet sein.
Eine weitere herstellungstechnische Vereinfachung und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Schnitts ergibt sich nach den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 10.
Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung sind der folgenden Beschreibung zu entnehmen, in der die Erfindung anhand des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben und erläutert ist. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 in teilweise perspektivischer Vorderansicht eine Herren-Boxershorts gemäß einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel vorliegender Erfindung und
Figur 2 eine Innenansicht des Vorderteils der Herren- Boxenshorts nach Figur 1.
Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Herren-Bekleidungsstück 10 besitzt hier die Form einer Boxershorts, die in erfindungsgemäßer Weise mit einer Art Suspensorium ausgestattet ist. Es versteht sich, dass die im weiteren zu beschreibenden erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen nicht nur bei Boxershorts, sondern auch bei anderen Arten von Shorts sowie bei leichten langen Sommerhosen für Herren Anwendung finden können. Die Boxershorts 10, die aus einem sehr leichten Stoff hergestellt ist, besitzt ein Vorderteil 11 und ein Hinterteil 12, die seitlich einstückig ineinander übergehen und die an ihrem oberen Rand 13 mit einem vorzugsweise längselastischen umlaufenden Bund 14 fest verbunden sind. Das Hinterteil 12 ist längsmittig mit einem Einsatz 16 versehen, der vom Bund 14 bis in den Schrittbereich 17 der Boxershorts 10 reicht und dort mit dem Vorderteil 11 verbunden bzw. vernäht ist.
Das Vorderteil 11 ist etwas außerhalb seiner Längsmitte 28 mit einer verdeckten Schlitzöffnung 21 versehen, die eine innere Knopfleiste 22 mit einem mittigen Knopf 23 und eine äußere Knopflochleiste 24 mit einem Knopfloch 25 aufweist. Die beiden Leisten 22 und 24 überdecken sich über einen Bereich von mehreren Zentimetern und sind am Bund 14 sowie an einem unteren Bereich 26 in einem bestimmten Abstand vom Schnittbereich 17 miteinander vernäht.
Das Vorderteil 11 besitzt an seiner Innenseite ein Einsatzteil 30, das sich zu beiden Seiten der Längsmitte 28 des Vorderteils 11 bzw. der Boxershorts 10 erstreckt. Das Einsatzteil 30 besteht aus zwei Teilstücken bzw. Einsatzstücken 31 und 32, die identisch geschnitten bzw. ausgebildet sind und die zu beiden Seiten der verdeckten Schlitzöffnung 21 angeordnet sind. Beide Einsatzstücke 31 und 32 sind an ihrem oberen Ende 33 mit dem Bund 14 verbunden bzw. vernäht. Jeweils der der verdeckten Schlitzöffnung 21 zugewandte parallel zu dieser verlaufende innere Längsrand 34 ist mit dem Vorderteil 11 verbunden bzw. vernäht. Die beiden Einsatzstücke 31 und 32 besitzen jeweils einen freien Längsrand 36 bis 37, der der verdeckten Schlitzöffnung 21 abgewandt ist. Diese beiden freien Längsränder 36 und 37 verlaufen jeweils vom Bund 14 ausgehend schräg zur Längsmitte 28 hin verlaufend in Richtung Schrittbereich 17. Die beiden freien Längsränder 36 und 37 laufen aufeinander zu und sind an ihren unteren Enden 38 miteinander vernäht. Durch diesen Schnitt verlaufen die beiden freien Längsränder 36 und 37 im getragenem Tragezustand der Boxershorts 10 aufgrund der Wölbung des Bundes 14 in einer Form aufeinander zu, die im Verbindungsbereich 38' der Einsatzstücke 31 und 32 eine muldenartige Aufnahme 39 bilden. Mit anderen Worten, dieses Einsatzteil 30 ergibt eine Form, die einem längsgeschnittenen Kelch etwa entspricht. Auf diese Weise bildet die muldenartige Aufnahme 39 ein Suspensorium an der Innenseite der Boxershorts 10, wobei der wesentliche Teil dieses Suspensoriums 39 sich in einem Bereich knapp unterhalb des Endes der verdeckten Schlitzöffnung 21 befindet.
Der Verbindungsbereich 38 der beiden freien Längsränder 36 und 37 ist mit einer Stelle 41 des Vorderteils 11 verbunden, die sich etwa zwischen dem unteren Ende der verdeckten Schlitzöffnung 21 und den Schrittbereich 17 befindet. Die Stelle 41 befindet sich genauer gesagt an einem Ort der in der Längsmitte 28 verlaufenden Beinnaht 42. Dadurch ist der Schrittbereich bzw. sind die Seitenbereiche der Beinöffnungen 18 und 19 etwas angehoben, was zu einem luftigen Tragen der Boxershorts 10 beiträgt.
Da sich die beiden Einsatzstücke 31 und 32 des Einsatzteils 30 zu beiden Seiten der verdeckten Schlitzöffnung 21 befinden, ist das Suspensorium 39 lediglich zu beiden Seiten der verdeckten Schlitzöffnung 21 gegenüber dem Vorderteil 11 der Boxershorts 10 abgegrenzt und bildet dort eine zweite Lage.
Auf diese Weise ist eine Boxershorts 10 geschaffen, die nach Art eines nur aus einem Vorderteil bestehenden halben Slip innenseitig mit einem Suspensorium 39 versehen ist.
Das Material der beiden Einsatzstücke 31 und 32 unterscheidet sich von dem für die Boxershorts 10 verwendeten leichten Material dadurch, dass es beispielsweise flauschiger und feuchtigkeitsaufnehmender ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Herren-Bekleidungsstück (10), insbesondere Shorts, beispielsweise Boxershorts, mit einem Vorderteil (11) und einem Hinterteil (12) und mit einem längs Vorder- und Hinterteil verlaufenden Bund (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorderteil (11) innenseitig mit einem sich zu beiden Seiten seiner Längsmitte (28) erstreckenden Einsatzteil (30) versehen ist, das der Längsmitte (28) abgewandt jeweils einen freien Rand (36, 37) aufweist, und dass die beiden freien Ränder (36, 37) im oder nahe dem Schrittbereich (17) unter Bildung einer muldenartigen Aufnahme (39) durch den unteren Bereich des Einsatzteils (30) zusammengeführt sind.
2. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die muldenartige Aufnahme (39) im Bereich der zusammengeführten freien Ränder (36, 37) des Einsatzteils (30) mit einer Stelle (41) nahe dem Schrittbereich (17) verbunden ist.
3. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsstelle (41) an einer längs verlaufenden Beinnaht (42) gebildet ist.
4. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nah mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (30) an seinem oberen Ende mit dem Bund (14) verbunden ist.
5. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (30) etwa die Form eines längsgeschnitten Kelches bzw. eine slipartig verlaufende Form besitzt.
6. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet:, dass das Einsatzteil (30) aus zwei identischen und symmetrisch zur Längsmitte (28) angeordneten Einsatzstücken (31, 32) gebildet ist.
7. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch β, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Einsatzstück (31, 32) seinem freien Rand abgewandt nahe der Längsmitte (28) des Vorderteils (11) an diesem befestigt ist.
8. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Einsatzstücke (31, 32) zu beiden Seiten einer verdeckten Schlitzöffnung (21) in der Längsmitte (28) des Vorderteils (11) an diesem befestigt sind.
9. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verdeckte Schlitzöffnung (21) mit einer Knopfleiste (22) versehen ist.
10. Herren-Bekleidungsstück nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Vorder- und Hinterteil (11, 12) einstückig sind und dass das Hinterteil (12) einen vom Bund (14) zum Schrittbereich (17) reichenden Verbreiterungseinsatz (16) aufweist.
