Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dishwasher with a metering device for the addition of additives in the washing and a method for metering additives in the washing in a dishwasher.
For all process or program steps, in particular for the process step "cleaning", in dishwashers, additives are needed, which are, for example, cleaning, washing, care, descaling and rinse aid and supplemental additives such as active chlorine or bleach. The aggregates are generally available as a solid in the form of free-flowing powders, compressed powders, gels or liquids. The quantities of additives required in each case must be determined before the start of the cleaning cycle - apart from z. As rinse aid - generally be added manually by the user, the proportions of each agent are fixed without regard to the actual needs. Only the rinse aid is stored in highly diluted form in storage containers for several applications and automatically added via a metering device, if no combination product with integrated rinse aid is used.

The disadvantage here is that the method, the working equipment and the device can be used only in a washing machine, because there is another basic technical concept that can not be used in dishwashers, especially because of the use of substantially only washing-active substances and builders, because the remaining substances are generally not needed in dishwashers, and the structural design of the device. Furthermore, the process is predominantly designed to allow adaptation to certain water hardnesses or bleach proportions. An alignment, in particular to certain soiling cases is not possible. Furthermore, the deliverable drugs are limited to detergent substances, builders, stabilized bleaches, bleach-accelerating catalysts, organic acids, and fabric softeners, so that the process can be used only to a limited extent for applications that require these agents.

The additives used in the prior art for dishwashers, especially detergents, consist of a mixture of different substances or basic chemicals (components) with different, each very specific tasks. The additives used to date, whether supplied manually or automatically, represent "all-round products" or "combination products", which are designed for a very wide range of applications. A targeted selection of the different substances or basic chemicals (components), for an application or process step, eg. As for the program step "cleaning", is not possible because so much additive must be added until the required for each conceivable household application part of the substance or basic chemical (component) is reached.
For example, the detergents used in the prior art as compact dishwashing detergents consist of the following basic chemicals or components as additives: nonionic surfactants (wetting agents), phosphates (builders), soda and silicates (alkali carriers), perborate and TAED (bleach), amylase and proteases (enzymes) as well as anti-foaming agents, softeners, fragrances, dyes, disintegrants and coatings / binders (auxiliaries that are not directly involved in the cleaning process). For removing z. B. vegetable fat of dishes in the program step "cleaning" in a dishwasher, however, only builders and alkali carriers are required. All other components are disadvantageously not needed in this program step, ie their addition takes place without them actually being necessary.
This is usually a disadvantageous quantitative overdose in both manual and automatic addition of the "all-round product", z. As an all-round cleaner, required to ensure the minimum amount required for the specific soiling share of required basic chemicals or components. Other components or basic chemicals of the aggregate, for example, the cleaning process little or not involved. Unfortunately, these significantly pollute the environment due to the high number of dishwashers and their frequent use. Furthermore, for the user of dishwashers high costs associated with the purchase of basic chemicals or components in the aggregates, which are used without any need.
In dishwashers, a liquid rinse aid is also generally used, which due to the required dosing accuracy about 97 vol. % consists of water and only effective as rinse aid to 3 vol .-%, in order to achieve a higher dosing accuracy, because in an overdose harmful foaming of the dishwasher occurs.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a dishwashing machine and a method which allow dishwashers to add only the basic chemicals necessary for the respective requirement, in particular basic chemicals from all-round products, into the washing container.
This object is achieved by the dishwasher according to the invention and the inventive method according to
In the dishwasher according to the invention with a metering device for the addition of additives z. B. in the washing, at least one non-rinse serving basic chemical and / or at least two basic chemicals together, but not all basic chemicals of an all-round product in common, and / or at least one reaction mixture of basic chemicals independently zugebbar.
Preferably, at least part of the basic chemicals of an all-round product can be added.
Conveniently, the reaction mixture, for. As a liquid or gas, in the metering device in a microreactor at least partially generated by a chemical reaction. This can advantageously be added in a dishwasher made of stable basic chemicals produced unstable aggregate and further it is also possible in a simple manner to use gaseous aggregate for the cleaning process.
According to the invention, only those basic chemicals or reaction mixtures which are necessary for a currently applied process step of the cleaning process of a program sequence can be dispensed. As a result, advantageously only the required basic chemicals are added in the required amount and at the right time.
Preferably, the basic chemicals are stored in refillable or replaceable storage containers, which are preferably designed in the form of a common housing with partitions or in individual, separate units.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the basic chemicals are a liquid, a gel or a powdery or granular solid, in particular as a concentrate.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the present invention, the basic chemicals with a conveyor, in particular a micro-metering pump, z. B. a hose or gear pump, in the microreactor and / or in the washing, zugebbar.
Advantageously, the addition parameters are time and amount of the basic chemicals for a process step as a function of the program steps and / or of the actual contamination, which can be detected automatically with sensors or manually is, controllable. Thus, the components or basic chemicals can be optimally dosed, because a targeted dosage of time and amount is possible. The basic chemicals are thus added at the optimum time during the process step, and the optimum amount is added. Due to the possibility of detecting the actual contamination, the addition parameters can be further optimized for the application.
The supply of the basic chemicals or of the reaction mixture is preferably controllable by a monitoring device and, in the event of a fault, an optical and / or acoustic fault message can be carried out, wherein preferably an automatic program termination is possible. With this monitoring device, it is thus possible to rule out errors in process steps due to insufficient or no addition of basic chemicals or reaction mixtures. The visual and audible fault message allows the user of the dishwasher to actively intervene and remedy the error.
Bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist der FüllstandIn another embodiment of the present invention, the level is
Furthermore, it is thus also possible in a simple manner to also use gaseous additives for the cleaning process.
Advantageously, only those basic chemicals or reaction mixtures which are suitable for a process step, for.
Advantageously, the addition parameters time and amount of basic chemicals for a process step depending on the program steps and / or the actual pollution, which is automatically detected by sensors or manually controllable.
It is with this monitoring device thus possible to exclude errors in process steps due to the low or no addition of basic chemicals or reaction mixtures. The visual and audible fault message allows the user of the dishwasher to actively intervene and remedy the error.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the level in the reservoirs of level sensors can be measured and visually displayed, and preferably at a level that is too low, an optical and / or acoustic warning can be carried out. This allows the user in a comfortable way to read the level in the reservoirs and, if necessary, to refill the basic chemicals or replace the reservoir.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention takes place in a dishwasher with Internet connection, an automatic message about the level of the reservoir to a shipping facility and if inquired by the user or automatically sending the components or basic chemicals in replaceable storage containers or as storage packs for refilling the reservoir. This allows a considerable increase in comfort for the user because, unlike the prior art, he no longer has to procure the aggregate independently, but instead they are automatically sent to the household. Due to the low consumption of aggregates because of the optimized dosage and the separation into components and the use of concentrates this also very low costs, because shipments only in relatively large time intervals, for example, only every three to four months, are necessary.
In a method according to the invention for metering additives, for. For example, in the washing containers in a dishwasher according to the invention at least one not serving for rinsing basic chemical and / or at least two basic chemicals together, but not all basic chemicals of an all-round product together, and / or added at least one reaction mixture of basic chemicals independently. The prior art generally uses all-round products with many components, so that the addition of components that are not needed is unavoidable.
Preferably, at least a portion of the basic chemicals of an all-round product is added.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, only those basic chemicals or reaction mixtures which are used for a process step, e.g. B. for cleaning, are necessary, with a conveyor, for. B. a micropump added.
According to an advantageous embodiment, basic chemicals in a microreactor react at least partially by a chemical reaction to one, e.g. As liquid or gaseous, reaction mixture. This makes it possible to add unstable reaction mixtures which are normally not storable for an extended period of time or which lose their effectiveness during storage. Furthermore, gaseous reaction mixtures can also be supplied, which otherwise, for example active chlorine, can only be provided very difficultly in a dishwashing machine as an additive for dosing.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the basic chemicals are added precisely metered by a microdosing pump into the microreactor and / or into the rinsing container.
Advantageously, the addition parameters time and amount of the basic chemicals or of the reaction mixture for a process step in response to the program steps and / or the actual pollution, which is automatically detected with sensors or manually regulated.

In
The
It is also possible in one or
Die Basischemikalien A, B, C, D, E, z. The basic chemicals A, B, C, D, E, z. B. as concentrates, are preferably a liquid, but may also be a gel or a powdery / granular solid. In the
In the microreactor 10, the components or basic chemicals A, B, C react to the reaction mixture R, which is supplied to the cleaning process in the
Due to the targeted addition of the individual components or basic chemicals D, E and the reaction mixture R as an additive only those components or basic chemicals are supplied to the washing, which actually for the currently applied process step, in particular for cleaning, z. B. depending on the degree and type of pollution needed. For the removal of vegetable fat from the dishes are z. B. only the components D, E required, so that can be dispensed with the addition of other additives in this process step. As a result, the purchase costs for additives can be significantly reduced for the user of a dishwasher, because the unnecessary components or basic chemicals are not supplied to this cleaning process and thus are not consumed. In addition, advantageously cheaper, z. B. derived from large industrial production base chemicals A, B, C, D, E instead of expensive mixed products. Furthermore, no unused basic chemicals D, E and reaction mixtures R get into the sewers, so that a significant contribution to environmental protection can be made.
The supply of the basic chemicals D, E and of the reaction mixture R into the washing compartment and preferably also the components A, B, C into the microreactor 10 is preferably monitored by a monitoring device (not shown). In case of failure z. As an optical and / or acoustic fault message and preferably an automatic program termination.
Furthermore, the
With the present dishwashing machine according to the invention and associated methods, the basic chemicals and / or reaction mixtures necessary for a particular process step within a program sequence can be added to the rinsing liquor in a targeted manner. This increases and improves the degree of cleaning as well as the cleaning and drying performance. An unnecessary addition as in the prior art Kombi products can be avoided. This is associated with a cost reduction for the user on the one hand due to the cheap basic chemicals compared to expensive combination products and on the other hand due to the targeted, optimized addition of special selected components or basic chemicals for the respective process step. This can also make a significant contribution to environmental protection. The storage containers for the basic chemicals must because of the targeted addition of basic chemicals and the use of concentrates comfortable only in long periods, eg. B. every three months, refilled or replaced with respect to the complex and cumbersome adding detergents or additives before each washing or cleaning process in the art.
As base chemicals it is also possible to use fragrances, glassware, dishwashing and cutlery care products, germ suppression agents, anti-corrosive substances against metal and glass corrosion in order to achieve supplementary care or improvement. When using binders for hardeners as basic chemicals, a separate softening, for. B. with a water softening system as an ion exchanger or other methods for water softening, advantageously be dispensed with.
For dishwashers with Internet connection also offers the particular advantage that the basic chemicals are sent automatically by post without the action of the user. Due to the relatively large periods in which basic chemicals are replenished, a shipment of basic chemicals is very rarely necessary and therefore extremely cost-effective.
