Abstract

Um einen Schüttgutkühler insbesondere für heißen Zementklinker zu schaffen, wobei die Förderleistung und der Wirkungsgrad des Kühlers erhöht und die Verschleißprobleme gemindert sind, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, den Kühlrost aus mehreren sich in Kühlerslängsrichtung erstreckenden nebeneinander angeordneten länglichen Bodenelementen (10 bis 12) zusammenzusetzen, die unabhängig voneinander zwischen einer Vorhubposition (13) in Kühlguttransportrichtung und einer Rückhubposition (14) gesteuert so bewegbar sind, dass das Kühlgut (15) schrittweise nach dem Walking Floor-Förderprinzip durch den Kühler gefördert wird, wobei die Bodenelemente (10 bis 12) als Hohlkörper ausgebildet und für die Kühlluft (16) durchlässig sind, jedoch ein Kühlgut-Rostdurchfall verhindern.

Description

Schüttgutkühler zum Kühlen von heißem Kühlgut
B E S C H R E I B U N G
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schüttgutkühler mit einem das abzukühlende Kühlgut wie z. B. heißen Zementklinker tragenden Kühlrost, der das von einem Kühlgas durchströmte Kühlgut vom Kühlguteintragsende zum Kühlgutaustragsende transportiert.
Rostkühler werden in der Steine- und Erdenindustrie eingesetzt, um das zuvor in einem Ofen gebrannte Gut wie z. B. Zementklinker oder andere mineralische Güter unmittelbar anschließend auf dem Kühlrost stark abzukühlen. Zwecks Transports des heißen Kühlgutes über die Kühlstrecke sind neben Wanderrostkühlern besonders die Schubrostkühler weit verbreitet, bei denen das Rostsystem aus einer Vielzahl von abwechselnd ortsfesten und beweglichen Rostplattenträgern besteht, auf denen jeweils mehrere mit Kühlluftöffnungen versehene und im wesentlichen von unten nach oben von Kühlluft durchströmte Rostplatten befestigt sind. Dabei wechseln sich in Förderrichtung gesehen ortsfeste Rostplattenreihen mit hin- und herbeweglichen Rostplattenreihen ab, die über ihre entsprechend hin- und herbeweglichen Rostplattenträger auf einem oder mehreren längsbeweglich gelagerten angetriebenen Schubrahmen befestigt sind. Durch die gemeinsam oszillierende Bewegung aller beweglichen Rostplattenreihen wird das zu kühlende heiße Gut schubweise transportiert und dabei gekühlt. Dabei ist es auch bekannt, zur Schonung der Rostplatten vor thermisch-mechanischer Überbeanspruchung die Plattenoberseite mit Mulden bzw. Taschen zur Aufnahme und zum Festhalten von Kühlgut zu versehen, welches dann eine Verschleiß-Schutzlage für das darüber gleitende heiße Kühlgut bildet (EP-B-0 634 619).
Zur Vermeidung des Verschleißproblems beim Schubrostkühler im Überlappungsbereich benachbarter bewegter und nicht bewegter Rostplattenreihen, hervorgerufen durch Zementklinkerabrieb und Gutverklemmungen im Überlappungsbereich der Rostplatten, ist als Alternative zu einem konventionellen Schubrostkühler aus der EP-B- 1 021 692 sowie DE-A-100 18 142 ein Rostkühlertyp bekannt, bei dem der von Kühlluft durchströmte Kühlrost nicht bewegt wird, sondern feststeht, wobei oberhalb der feststehenden Rostfläche quer zur Kühlguttransportrichtung mehrere Reihen benachbarter hin- und herbeweglicher balkenförmiger Schubelemente angeordnet sind, die zwischen einer Vorhubposition in Kühlguttransportrichtung und einer Rückhubposition bewegt werden, so dass durch die Hin- und Herbewegung dieser Schubelemente im abzukühlenden Gutbett das Gutmaterial vom Kühleranfang zum Kühlerende sukzessive bewegt und dabei gekühlt wird. Infolge der im Schüttgutbett bewegten hoch beanspruchten Schubelemente wird das Schüttgutbett durchmischt, was sich ungünstig auf den thermischen Wirkungsgrad dieses Kühlertyps auswirkt. Die Schüttgut-Förderleistung wird dabei entscheidend durch die Differenz zwischen dem bei jedem Vorhub in Förderrichtung bewegten Zementklinkervolumen und dem bei der Rückhubbewegung unerwünscht entgegen der Förderrichtung bewegten Klinkervolumen beeinflusst. Außerdem sind bei diesem bekannten Rostkühlertyp die querbalkenförmigen Schubelemente auf der Oberseite von vertikalen in Kühlerlängsrichtung ausgerichteten Antriebsplatten befestigt, die sich durch entsprechende Längsschlitze des Kühlrostes hindurch erstrecken und von unterhalb des Kühlrostes angetrieben werden. Es verseht sich, dass es aufwendig ist, den mit Kühlgut beladenen Kühlrost an den Durchtrittsstellen der Antriebsplatten gegen Rostdurchfall abzudichten und dabei den auftretenden Materialverschleiß in Grenzen zu halten.
Schließlich ist aus der DE-A-196 51 741 ein Kühltunnel zum Kühlen und/oder Gefrieren von Kühlgut mittels Kaltluft mit Anwendung des sogenannten "Walking Floor"-Förderprinzips bekannt, bei dem die mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Bodenelemente des Kühltunnels in Transportrichtung gemeinsam nach vorn, aber nicht gemeinsam, sondern getrennt voneinander zurückbewegt werden. Über den Bodenelementen soll sich eine hohe Schüttgut-Schüttung ausbilden, die den gesamten Kühltunnelquerschnitt ausfüllt, so dass das Kühlgas das schrittweise bewegte Schüttgut im Gegenstrom durchströmt. Die Bodenelemente selbst bleiben vom Kühlgas ungekühlt, so dass schon deswegen der bekannte Kühltunnel nicht geeignet wäre, aus dem Austragsende eines Drehrohrofens fallenden glühend heißen Zementklinker abzukühlen. Der direkte Kontakt des frischen heißen Zementklinkers mit der Oberfläche der Bodenelemente würde zu einer hohen thermisch-mechanischen Verschleißbelastung und daher zu einer ungenügenden Standzeit eines solchen Kühltunnels im Falle von heißem Zementklinker führen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schüttgutkühler insbesondere für heißen Zementklinker zu schaffen, wobei die Förderleistung, die Standzeit und der Wirkungsgrad des Kühlers erhöht und die Verschleißprobleme gemindert sind.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung mit einem Schüttgutkühler mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Beim erfindungsgemäßen Schüttgutkühler ist der das heiße Kühlgut tragende Kühlrost aus mehreren sich in Kühlerlängsrichtung erstre- ckenden nebeneinander angeordneten länglichen Bodenelementen zusammengesetzt, die wenigstens teilweise unabhängig voneinander zwischen einer Vorhubposition in Kühlguttransportrichtung und einer Rückhubposition gesteuert bewegbar sind, so dass das Kühlgut schrittweise nach dem Walking Floor-Förderprinzip durch den Kühler gefördert wird. Dabei ist der in dieser Weise zusammengesetzte Kühlrost für die Kühlluft durchlässig, die etwa im Querstrom von unten nach oben den Kühlrost sowie das darauf gelagerte Schüttgutbett durchströmt, d. h. die Bodenelemente dienen gleichzeitig als Schütt- guttransport- und als Kühlrostbelüftungs-Elemente. Oberhalb des Kühlrostes im Schüttgutbett bewegte Schubelemente, die einem besonders hohen Verschleiß ausgesetzt wären und die das Schüttgutbett durchmischen würden, sind nicht vorhanden. Als Beispiel wird angegeben, dass die Bodenelemente bei ihrer Vorhubbewegung ge- meinsam nach vorne bewegt werden, aber bei ihrer Rückhubbewegung nicht gemeinsam, sondern in wenigstens zwei Gruppen in wenigstens zwei zeitlich aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten nacheinander zurückbewegt werden, bei welchen jeweils nur ein Teil der Bodenelemente, z. B. jeweils nur jedes zweite Bodenelement gesehen über die Kühlerbreite zurückbewegt wird. Bei ihrer Rückhubbewegung werden die Bodenelemente unter dem ruhenden Schüttgutbett gesteuert so zurückgezogen, dass das Schüttgutbett in Ruhe verharrt und die Rückhubbewegung nicht mitmacht.
Die gesteuert bewegbaren einzelnen Bodenelemente des erfindungsgemäßen Schüttgutkühlers sind nach Art eines länglichen Hohlkörperprofils ausgebildet und sie weisen im Querschnitt gesehen eine das Kühlgut tragende und für das Kühlgas von unten nach oben durchlässige Oberseite und eine davon beabstandete geschlossene den Kühlgut-Rostdurchfall verhindernde Unterseite auf. Dabei weist die Unterseite aller Bodenelemente mehrere über die Länge verteilte Kühlgas-Eintrittsöffnungen zur Belüftung der Bodenelemente und damit des Kühlrostes auf. Der Antrieb der Bodenelemente zu deren Bewegung zwischen ihrer Vorhubposition und ihrer Rückhubposition erfolgt von unterhalb des Kühlrostes.
Damit die Oberseite der Bodenelemente für das Kühlgas durchlässig ist, können die das Kühlgut tragenden Bodenelement-Oberseiten mit irgendwelchen Perforationen versehen sein. Nach einem besonderen Merkmal der Erfindung können die Oberseiten der individuell einzeln und/oder in Gruppen längsbewegbaren Bodenelemente jeweils aus sich mit Abstand spiegelbildlich gegenüberliegenden, aber versetzt zueinander angeordneten satteldachförmigen V-Profilen bestehen, deren V-Schenkel mit Zwischenraum ineinander greifen, welch letzterer ein Labyrinth für das Kühlgut sowie für die Kühlluft bildet, das heißt, das auf diese Weise gebildete Labyrinth ist für die Kühlluft durchlässig, verhindert aber gleichzeitig den Kühlgut-Rostdurchfall nach unten.
Zur Minderung des Verschleißes zwischen der Oberfläche der das Kühlgut tragenden Oberseiten der Bodenelemente können auf diesen Oberseiten quer zur Kühlguttransportrichtung liegende Stege zum Festhalten der untersten Schüttgutschicht und zur Vermeidung einer Relativbewegung dieser untersten Schicht und dem Bodenelement angeordnet sein, das heißt im Betrieb des erfindungsgemäßen Schüttgutkühlers findet eine Relativbewegung nur zwischen der fest- gehaltenen untersten Schüttgutschicht und dem darüber befindlichen Schüttgutbettmaterial statt.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung können an den sich gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten der benachbarten gesteuert bewegba- ren Bodenelemente sich jeweils überlappende Längsstege mit Ausbildung jeweils eines horizontalen gegen Null gehenden Dichtungsspaltes angeordnet sein, wodurch der Durchtritt von Kühlluft im Be- reich zwischen benachbarten Bodenelementen verhindert wird. Diese Horizontaldichtung arbeitet ohne Spülluft und sie kann mit Unterstützung durch eine Federkraft, welche den horizontalen Dichtungsspalt immer gegen Null bringt, selbstnachstellend ausgebildet sein.
Mit Vorteil ist der Kühlrost des erfindungsgemäßen Schüttgutkühlers über die Länge und über die Breite des Kühlers gesehen aus mehreren Bodenelement-Modulen zusammengesetzt, wobei die in Kühlguttransportrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Bodenelement-Module derart gekoppelt sind, dass die Koppelelemente der hintereinander liegenden Bodenelement-Module jeweils einer Reihe insbesondere nur auf Zug beansprucht sind.
Beim erfindungsgemäßen Rostkühler ist der Fördermechanismus zum Transport des Kühlgutes völlig unabhängig von der Belüftung des Kühlrostes. Die Bewegung der Bodenelemente einzeln oder in Gruppen kann auch dazu herangezogen werden, das Schüttgut wie z. B. den heißen Zementklinker auf dem Kühlrost gezielt zu verteilen.
Die Erfindung und deren weitere Merkmale und Vorteile werden anhand der in den Figuren schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert.

Erläutert am Modul der Figur 1 ist der Kühlrost des erfindungsgemä- ßen Schüttgutkühlers aus mehreren, pro Modul z. B. aus drei sich in Kühlerlängsrichtung erstreckenden nebeneinander angeordneten länglichen etwa trogförmigen Bodenelementen 10, 11 , 12 zusammengesetzt, die unabhängig voneinander zwischen einer Vorhubposition 13 in Kühlguttransportrichtung und einer Rückhubposition 14 gesteu- ert bewegbar sind, so dass das auf den Bodenelementen gelagerte und in Figur 2 angedeutete Kühlgut 15 schrittweise nach dem Walking Floor-Förderprinzip durch den Kühler gefördert wird. Wie in Figur 1 beim Bodenelement 12 angezeigt, erfolgt der Antrieb der einzelnen Bodenelemente 10, 11 , 12 der Bodenelement-Module von unterhalb des Kühlrostes über Schubrahmen, die auf Laufrollen abgestützt sind und an denen Arbeitszylinder angreifen.
Die Bodenelemente 10, 11 , 12 aller Module sind als Hohlkörper ausgebildet, nämlich sie weisen im Querschnitt gesehen eine das Kühl- gut 15 tragende und für die Kühlluft 16 von unten nach oben durchlässige Oberseite und eine davon beabstandete geschlossene den Kühlgut-Rostdurchfall verhindernde Unterseite 17 auf. Dabei weisen die Unterseiten 17 aller Bodenelemente mehrere über die Länge verteilte Kühlluft-Eintrittsöffnungen 18 zum Eintritt der Kühlluft 16 zur Be- lüftung der Bodenelemente und Kühlung des darauf gelagerten Schüttgutes auf. Die Oberseiten der Bodenelemente können mit irgendwelchen für die Kühlluft 16 durchlässigen Perforationen versehen sein. Wie im Ausführungsbeispiel der Figur 2 zu erkennen, können mit besonderem Vorteil die Oberseiten der längsbewegbaren Bo- denelemente 10, 11 , 12 jeweils aus sich mit Abstand spiegelbildlich gegenüberliegenden, aber versetzt zueinander angeordneten satteldachförmigen V-Profilen 19, 20 bestehen, deren V-Schenkel mit Zwi- schenraum ineinander greifen, welch letzter ein Labyrinth für das Kühlgut 15 sowie für die Kühlluft 16 bildet. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass der erfindungsgemäße Schüttgutkühler gegen Rostdurchfall gesichert ist.
Auf der Oberseite der Bodenelemente 10 bis 12 sind mit Vorteil quer zur Kühlguttransportrichtung liegende Stege 21 a, 21 b, 21c zum Festhalten der untersten Schüttgutschicht und zur Vermeidung einer Relativbewegung dieser untersten Schicht und dem jeweiligen Bodenele- ment angeordnet, was zum Verschleißschutz dieser Bodenelemente beiträgt.
Die Detailzeichnung der Figur 3 zeigt, dass zur Abdichtung des Zwischenraumes zwischen den benachbarten gesteuert bewegbaren Bo- denelementen an den sich gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten der benachbarten Bodenelemente sich jeweils überlappende Längsstege, nämlich oberer Längssteg 22 und unterer Längssteg 23 mit Ausbildung jeweils eines horizontalen gegen Null gehenden Dichtungsspaltes angeordnet sind. Diese Horizontaldichtung arbeitet ohne Spülluft und sie kann durch Einsatz einer Federkraft selbstnachstellend ausgebildet sein.

Claims

Schüttgutkühler zum Kühlen von heißem KühlgutA N S P R Ü C H E
1. Schüttgutkühler mit einem das abzukühlende Kühlgut wie z. B. heißen Zementklinker tragenden Kühlrost, der das von einem Kühlgas durchströmte Kühlgut vom Kühlguteintragsende zum Kühlgutaustrag- sende transportiert, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
a) der Kühlrost ist aus mehreren sich in Kühlerlängsrichtung erstreckenden nebeneinander angeordneten länglichen Bodenelementen (10 bis 12) zusammengesetzt, die wenigstens teil- weise unabhängig voneinander zwischen einer Vorhubposition (13) in Kühlguttransportrichtung und einer Rückhubposition (14) gesteuert bewegbar sind, so dass das Kühlgut (15) schrittweise nach dem Walking Floor-Förderprinzip durch den Kühler gefördert wird;
b) die Bodenelemente (10 bis 12) weisen im Querschnitt gesehen eine das Kühlgut tragende und für das Kühlgas (16) von unten nach oben durchlässige Oberseite und eine davon beabstande- te geschlossene den Kühlgut-Rostdurchfall verhindernde Unter- seite (17) auf,
c) die Unterseite (17) der Bodenelemente weist mehrere über die Länge verteilte Kühlgas-Eintrittsöffnungen (18) zur Belüftung der Bodenelemente und damit des Kühlrostes auf.
2. Schüttgutkühler nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseiten der individuell einzeln und/oder in Gruppen längsbewegbaren Bodenelemente (10 bis 12) jeweils aus sich mit Abstand spiegelbildlich gegenüberliegenden, a- ber versetzt zueinander angeordneten satteldachförmigen V-Profilen (19, 20) bestehen, deren V-Schenkel mit Zwischenraum ineinander greifen, welch letzterer ein Labyrinth für das Kühlgut (15) sowie für die Kühlluft (16) bildet.

Schüttgutkühler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Oberseite der Bodenelemente (10 bis 12) quer zur Kühlguttransportrichtung liegende Stege (21 a bis 21c) zum Festhalten der untersten Schüttgutschicht (15) und zur Vermeidung einer Relativbewegung dieser untersten Schicht und dem Bodenelement angeordnet sind.

Schüttgutkühler nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den sich gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten der benachbarten gesteuert bewegbaren Bodenelemente sich jeweils überlappende Längsstege (22, 23) mit Ausbildung jeweils eines horizontalen gegen Null gehenden Dichtungsspaltes angeordnet sind.

Schüttgutkühler nach Anspruchl , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die Länge und über die Breite des Schüttgutkühlers gesehen der Kühlrost aus mehreren Bodenelement-Modulen zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die in Kühlguttransportrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Bodenelement-Module jeweils einer Reihe gekoppelt sind.

Schüttgutkühler nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb der einzelnen Bodenelemente der Bodenelement-Module zur Bewegung zwischen der Vorhubposition (13 ) und der Rückhubposition (14) von unterhalb des Kühlrostes erfolgt, wobei der Antrieb so erfolgt, dass die Verbindungselemente der hintereinander liegenden Bodenelement-Module jeweils einer Reihe insbesondere nur auf Zug beansprucht sind.
