Claims (6)
- Rostplatte für Schubrostkühler zum Abkühlen von heißem Gut, mit an der Rostplattenoberseite angeordneten nach oben offenen Mulden (5), wobei eine Vielzahl der von Kühlluft durchströmten Rostplatten auf abwechselnd ortsfesten und in Rostförderrichtung hin- und herbeweglichen Rostplattenträgern (8) befestigt ist, wobei im Rostplattenkörper (1) parallel zur Rostplattenlängsachse (18) mehrere bis zur Rostplattenoberseite (17) reichende und die Mulden (5) voneinander abgrenzende Kühlluftkanäle (3) angeordnet sind, und wobei die Trennwände zwischen den Luftkanälen (3) und den Mulden (5) parallel zur Plattenlängsachse (18) verlaufende Luftaustrittsschlitze (4) aufweisen, dadurch ge-kennzeichnet, daß der Rostplattenkörper (1) der Rostplatte eine Bodenplatte (2) aufweist, die den Boden für die Kühlgutmulden (5) bildet und die Kühlluftkanäle (3) von unten abschließt, und daß die Luftaustrittsschlitze (4) unmittelbar über der Bodenplatte (2) angeordnet, d. h. von der Bodenplatte (2) und den Unterseiten der Trennwände begrenzt sind.
- Rostplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Luftkanäle (3) von den Mulden (5) abgrenzenden Trennwände im Bereich der Luftaustrittsschlitze (4) unten in Richtung zum Zentrum der Mulden (5) abgeknickt (6) sind.
- Rostplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallel zur Plattenlängsachse (18) angeordneten Luftkanäle (3) über Zuführungsöffnungen (14) durch eine Trennwand (13) mit einem quer zur Plattenlängsachse hinter der in Rostschubrichtung gesehenen vorderen Plattenstirnfläche (11) angeordneten vorderen Kühlkanal (12) verbunden sind, in deren Bereich die Bodenplatte (2) Austrittsöffnungen (15) zum Kühlluftaustritt aufweist.
- Rostplatte nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführungsöffnungen (14) mit der oberen Innenfläche der Luftkanäle (3) bündig abschließen, und daß die Abmessungen der Zuführungsöffnungen (14) der Breite der Luftkanäle (3) und etwa 30 % von deren Höhe entsprechen.
- Rostplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der den Rostplattenkörper (1) von unten abschließenden Bodenplatte (2) in der Mitte der Mulden (5) parallel zu den Luftaustrittsschlitzen (4) bzw. der Plattenlängsachse (18) verlaufende vorspringende Leisten als Kühlluftleiteinrichtungen (7) angeordnet sind.
- Rostplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den vom Rostplattenträger (8) auskragenden Teil des Rostplattenkörpers (1) von unten abschließende Bodenplatte (2) mit dem Plattenkörper (1) fest verbunden, z. B. angeschraubt oder angeschweißt ist.
