Abstract

Das Innenaggregat einer Wasch- oder Schleudermaschine umfasst gewöhnlich einen Laugenbehälter mit darin drehbar gelagerter Wäschetrommel und eine Antriebseinheit in Form eines Elektromotors, der die Wäschetrommel häufig über ein Reduktionsgetriebe oder eine Transmission antreibt. Das Innenaggregat ist schwingfähig in einem Maschinen- oder Automatengehäuse aufgehängt und stellt ein gedämpft schwingungsfähiges Gesamtsystem dar, das in bestimmen Bereichen der der Motordrehzahl gegenüber untersetzten Drehzahl der Wäschetrommel unwuchtabhängigen Resonanzerscheinungen unterliegt. Ursache hierfür sind Schwingbewegungen infolge momentaner Unwuchten in der Beladung der Wäschetrommel. Zur Verringerung dieser unwuchtabhängigen Resonanzerscheinungen wird ein schwingfähig aufgehängtes Innenaggregat 2 einer Wäschebehandlungsmaschine, welches eine Wäschetrommel 4 und einen als Elektromotor 8 ausgebildeten Antrieb der Wäschetrommel 4 umfasst, vorgeschlagen, wobei mindestens ein Schwingungssensor vorgesehen ist, der in seiner Gesamtheit starr oder im wesentlichen starr an das Innenaggregat 2 gekoppelt ist.
