Abstract

L'invention concerne un moyen de stabilisation pour stabiliser vibratoirement un arbre long. Cet arbre long peut entourer un arbre rotatif entraînant une pompe immergée. L'invention concerne également une méthode de fabrication de ce moyen de stabilisation. Le moyen de stabilisation, appelé anneau de guidage, comprend: au moins deux parties de plaque, combinées, conçues pour s'adapter au moins sensiblement annulairement autour de l'arbre long, et pour fixer sensiblement l'arbre long par rapport à au moins un élément de stabilisation. Une distance minimale séparant les deux parties de plaque et l'arbre long, est définie ; et un moyen de réglage sert à régler la distance minimale entre les deux plaques et l'arbre long. Les deux plaques définissent un plan primaire, et la direction longitudinale de l'arbre long s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement par rapport au plan primaire, lorsque le moyen de stabilisation est monté sur l'arbre long.

  1. Moyen de stabilisation (200) pour stabiliser vibratoirement un arbre long (130), le moyen de stabilisation comprenant :
    - au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284), étant adaptées pour, en combinaison, être mises en place au moins en grande partie annulairement autour de l'arbre long (130) et pour fixer en grande partie l'arbre long (130) par rapport à au moins un élément de stabilisation (120), en définissant ainsi une distance minimum entre les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) et l'arbre long (130), et
    - des moyens d'ajustement (281, 283, 310) pour ajuster la distance minimum entre les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) et l'arbre long (130),
    dans lequel les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) définissent un plan primaire, et dans lequel la direction longitudinale de l'arbre long (130) s'étend en grande partie perpendiculairement au dit plan primaire quand le moyen de stabilisation (200) est monté sur l'arbre long (130), et
    dans lequel les moyens d'ajustement (281, 283, 310) sont adaptés pour être dans au moins deux positions, une première desdites positions fixant en grande partie le moyen de stabilisation (200) dans une direction longitudinale de l'arbre long (130), et une deuxième desdites positions permettant au moyen de stabilisation de se déplacer en coulissant le long de ladite direction longitudinale de l'arbre long (130).
  2. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre au moins un élément de support (292, 300) étant monté sur au moins une des pièces de type plaque (291, 284), l'au moins un élément de support (292, 300) étant adapté pour établir un contact entre les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) et l'arbre long (130).
  3. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, le moyen de stabilisation (200) comprenant en outre des moyens de maintien déblocables pour mettre en place de manière déblocable les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) autour de l'arbre long (130).
  4. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon la revendication 1, le moyen de stabilisation (200) comprenant au moins un élément de support (292, 300) étant monté sur au moins une des pièces de type plaque (291, 284), l'au moins un élément de support (292, 300) étant adapté pour établir un contact entre les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) et l'arbre long (130), chacun des au moins un élément de support (292, 300) définissant un deuxième plan, dans lequel, pour chacun des éléments de support (292, 300), ledit deuxième plan est au moins en grande partie perpendiculaire au plan primaire défini par les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284).
  5. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel au moins un des éléments de stabilisation est un tube (120) s'étendant dans une direction parallèle à la direction longitudinale de l'arbre long (130).
  6. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) sont en outre adaptées pour être mises en place au moins en grande partie annulairement autour du tube (120), en définissant ainsi une distance minimum entre les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) et le tube (120), le moyen de stabilisation comprenant en outre des moyens d'ajustement (281, 283, 310) pour ajuster la distance minimum entre les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) et le tube (120).
  7. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le tube (120) est adapté pour transporter un fluide.
  8. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel au moins un des éléments de stabilisation est un tube qui entoure au moins en grande partie l'arbre long.
  9. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le moyen de stabilisation (200) se présente sous la forme d'une bague de guidage.
  10. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel l'arbre long (130) comprend un arbre rotatif (135) adapté pour transférer mécaniquement de la puissance d'un moyen d'entraînement (100) vers une pompe (110).
  11. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) ont été obtenues au moyen d'une méthode de découpe au laser.
  12. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) présentent chacune une épaisseur de 2 mm à 20 mm, plus préférablement de 4 mm à 16 mm, encore plus préférablement de 6 mm à 8 mm.
  13. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une des pièces de type plaque (291, 284) est fabriquée en acier inoxydable.
  14. Moyen de stabilisation (200) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une des pièces de type plaque (291, 284) est fabriquée en aluminium ou dans un alliage comprenant de l'aluminium.
  15. Méthode de fabrication d'un moyen de stabilisation (200) pour stabiliser vibratoirement un arbre long, la méthode comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - apport d'au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) possédant une forme prédéterminée, adaptées pour mettre en place de manière déblocable les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) au moins en grande partie annulairement autour de l'arbre long (130) et pour fixer en grande partie l'arbre long (130) par rapport à au moins un élément de stabilisation (120), et
    - apport de moyens d'ajustement (281, 283, 310) étant adaptés pour ajuster une distance minimum entre les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) et l'arbre long (130),
    dans laquelle les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) définissent un plan primaire, et dans laquelle la direction longitudinale de l'arbre long (130) s'étend en grande partie perpendiculairement au dit plan primaire quand le moyen de stabilisation (200) est monté sur l'arbre long (130), et
    dans laquelle les moyens d'ajustement (281, 283, 310) sont adaptés pour être dans au moins deux positions, une première desdites positions fixant en grande partie le moyen de stabilisation (200) dans une direction longitudinale de l'arbre long (130), et une deuxième desdites positions permettant au moyen de stabilisation de se déplacer en coulissant le long de ladite direction longitudinale de l'arbre long (130).
  16. Méthode selon la revendication 15, comprenant en outre les étapes suivantes :
    - apport d'au moins un élément de support (292, 300) étant adapté pour établir un contact entre les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) et l'arbre long (130),
    - montage de l'au moins un élément de support (292, 300) sur au moins une des pièces de type plaque (291, 284).
  17. Méthode selon la revendication 16, dans laquelle les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) définissent un plan primaire et chacun des au moins un élément de support (292, 300) définit un deuxième plan, et dans laquelle l'étape de montage des éléments de support (292, 300) sur au moins une des pièces de type plaque (291, 284) est réalisée de manière à ce que, pour chaque élément de support (292, 300), ledit deuxième plan soit au moins en grande partie perpendiculaire au plan primaire.
  18. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 17, dans laquelle l'étape d'apport d'au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) comprend la découpe au laser des pièces de type plaque dans une plaque.
  19. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18, dans laquelle l'étape d'apport d'au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) comprend l'apport d'au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) présentant une épaisseur de 2 mm à 20 mm, plus préférablement de 4 mm à 16 mm, encore plus préférablement de 6 mm à 8 mm.
  20. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 19, comprenant en outre l'étape de pliage d'au moins une des pièces de type plaque (291, 284) pour lui donner une forme prédéterminée.
  21. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 20, dans laquelle l'étape d'apport des au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) possédant une forme prédéterminée, adaptées pour mettre en place de manière déblocable les au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284) au moins en grande partie annulairement autour de l'arbre long (130), ne comprend aucun soudage des au moins deux pièces de type plaque (291, 284).
