Claims (2)

  1. Crochet spécialement façonné pour fixer des éviers, des lavabos ou des objets semblables à des plans de base, comprenant une plaque (3), qui comprend des moyens de prise et de fixation (15, 16, 17) pour saisir et fixer l'évier o le lavabo, moyens de fixation qui, à leur tour, comprennent une partie centrale (16) munie d'au moins deux épaulements (19) ayant un développement horizontal, où ledit crochet spécialement façonné (1) comprend également au moins un élément ou une vis de fixation (4), à même de réaliser l'accouplement entre ladite plaque (3) et un élément inférieur (2), qui est fondamentalement façonné en « L », comprend des languettes (5), qui forment une ouverture (12) et ont un développement essentiellement vertical, où ledit élément inférieur (2) comprend également une base (9), munie d'un logement (11) pour engager au moins la tige de ladite vis de fixation (4) et étant relié de façon coulissante à la plaque (3), par l'introduction desdites languettes (5) entre la partie centrale (16) de la plaque (3) et les épaulements (19), qui sont, à leur tour, introduits dans l'ouverture (12) de l'élément inférieur (2) avec la possibilité de coulisser et de collaborer avec les surfaces extérieures des languettes (5), qui sont disposées sur deux plans inclinés de façon à permettre, dans un agencement possible, le positionnement de l'élément inférieur (2) dans le demi-espace spéculaire au plan de base, par rapport au plan sur lequel ladite plaque (3) est placée, les languettes (5) comprenant également une partie centrale essentiellement verticale (7) et une partie terminale (6) inclinée par rapport à ladite partie centrale (7); le crochet spécialement façonné (1) étant caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie terminale (6) des languettes (5) comprend au moins une saillie (8) tournée vers ladite ouverture (12), par le fait que ladite plaque (3) comprend une partie ayant un développement vertical et une base horizontale (13) ayant un trou de passage (14) pour la vis de fixation (4), par le fait que lesdits moyens de prise et de fixation (15, 16, 17) comprennent une partie centrale (16), deux languettes latérales (15), façonnées en « S », et un élément d'accrochage ou saillie (17) au moins tourné vers le demi-espace de développement desdites languettes (15) et façonné pour être introduit dans des logements appropriés sur les bords des éviers ou des lavabos et par le fait que le vissage de la vis (4) fait déplacer l'élément inférieur (2) d'une position dans ledit demi-espace spéculaire au plan de base, de façon à glisser par rapport à la plaque (3), si bien que les pointes (10) de l'élément inférieur (2) sont adjacentes et accrochées à la surface inférieure du plan de base.
  2. Procédé pour fixer un évier, un lavabo ou un plan de cuisson à un plan de base d'un meuble modulaire par le biais d'un crochet (1) comme revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé par les phases suivantes:
    • introduction de la plaque correspondant au bord d'accrochage du lavabo, équipé de trous d'accrochage spéciaux, entre la partie centrale (16) et les épaulements (19) de la plaque (3) et coulissant de façon à atteindre le joint de l'élément d'accrochage ou de saillie (17) dans un trou du bord du lavabo;
    • après avoir accouplé le crochet (1) au lavabo par le biais de la plaque (3), l'élément inférieur (2) coulisse par rapport à la plaque (3) pour atteindre la position extrême dans laquelle elle est inclinée par rapport audit élément inférieur (2) pour positionner la base terminale (9) de l'élément inférieur (2) le plus intérieurement possible par rapport au lavabo et retirer l'extrémité munie de pointes (10) du crochet (1) du plan de base ;
    • positionnement de l'ensemble lavabo - crochet (1) dans le logement approprié du plan de base ;
    • vissage de la vis (4) pour que l'élément inférieur (2) coulisse par rapport à la plaque (3) de sorte que les pointes (10) de l'élément inférieur (2) soient adjacentes et accrochées à la surface inférieure du plan de base.
