Claims (2)

  1. Speziell geformter Haken zum Fixieren von Spülen, Waschbecken oder dergleichen an Grundflächen, aufweisend eine Platte (3), welche Klemm- und Fixierungsmittel (15, 16, 17) aufweist, um die Spüle oder das Waschbecken zu klemmen und zu fixieren, wobei das Fixierungsmittel wiederum einen Hauptteil (16) aufweist, welcher mit mindestens zwei Schultern (19) versehen ist, die eine horizontale Ausprägung aufweisen, wobei der speziell geformte Haken (1) auch mindestens ein Befestigungselement oder eine Schraube (4) aufweist, welche die Verbindung zwischen der Platte (3) und einem unteren Element (2), welches im Wesentlichen wie ein "L" geformt ist, ermöglicht, Federn (5) aufweist, die eine Öffnung (12) bilden und eine im Wesentlichen vertikale Ausprägung aufweisen, wobei das untere Element (2) auch eine Basis (9) aufweist, die mit einem Sitz (11) zum Einführen des Schafts der mindestens einen Befestigungsschraube (4) versehen ist und gleitbar mit einer Platte (3) verbunden ist, indem die Federn (5) zwischen dem Hauptteil (16) der Platte (3) und den Schultern (19) eingeführt werden, welche wiederum in die Öffnung (12) des unteren Elements (2) mit einer Möglichkeit eines Gleitens und eines Zusammenwirkens mit den äußeren Oberflächen der Federn (5) eingeführt werden, welche auf zwei geneigten Ebenen angeordnet sind, um so, in einer möglichen Anordnung, die Positionierung des unteren Elements (2) in dem Halbraum spiegelnd zu der Grundfläche bezüglich der Ebene, auf welcher die Platte (3) angeordnet ist, zu erlauben, wobei die Federn (5) auch einen im Wesentlichen vertikalen Hauptteil (7) und einen Endteil (6) aufweisen, welcher bezüglich dem Hauptteil (7) geneigt ist;
    wobei der speziell geformte Haken (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Endteil (6) der Federn (5) mindestens eine Auskragung (8) aufweist, welche in Richtung der Öffnung (12) gewendet ist, dass die Platte (3) einen Teil aufweist, welcher eine vertikale Ausprägung und eine horizontale Basis (13) aufweist, die ein Durchgangsloch (14) für die Befestigungsschraube (4) aufweist, dass die Klemm- und Fixierungsmittel (15, 16, 17) einen Hauptteil (16) aufweisen, zwei laterale Federn (15), die wie ein "S" geformt sind, und mindestens ein Hakenelement oder eine Auskragung (17), welche in Richtung des Halbraumes einer Ausprägung der Federn (15) gewendet sind und geformt sind, um in geeignete Sitze in den Einfassungen von Spülen oder Waschbecken eingeführt zu werden, und dass ein Anziehen der Schraube (4) bewirkt, dass sich das untere Element (2) von einer Position in dem Halbraum spiegelnd zu der Grundfläche bewegt, um so bezüglich der Platte (3) zu gleiten, so dass die Spitzen (10) des unteren Elements (2) benachbart und eingehängt in der unteren Oberfläche der Grundfläche sind.
  2. Verfahren zum Befestigen einer Spüle, eines Waschbeckens oder einer Kochebene an einer Grundfläche eines modularen Einrichtungsstückes mittels eines Hakens (1), wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Phasen:
    • Einfügen der Platte entsprechend zu der Einhängeeinfassung des Waschbeckens, welches mit passenden Einhängelöchern versehen ist, zwischen dem Hauptteil (16) und den Schultern (19) der Platte (3) und Führungen, um so die Verbindung des Einhängeelements oder einer Auskragung (17) in einem Loch der Einfassung des Waschbeckens zu erreichen;
    • sobald der Haken (1) mit dem Waschbecken mittels der Platte (3) verbunden ist, gleitet das untere Element (2) bezüglich der Platte (3), um die äußerste Position zu erreichen, in welcher selbige mit Bezug auf das untere Element (2) geneigt ist, um die Endbasis (9) des unteren Elements (2) so innenliegend wie möglich mit Bezug auf das Waschbecken anzuordnen, und um das Ende, welches mit Spitzen (10) des Hakens (1) versehen ist, von der Grundfläche zu entfernen;
    • Positionieren der Anordnung Waschbecken-Haken (1) in dem passenden Sitz der Grundfläche;
    • Anziehen der Schraube (4), damit das untere Element (2) mit Bezug auf die Platte (3) gleitet, so dass die Spitzen (10) des unteren Elements (2) benachbart und eingehängt in der unteren Oberfläche der Grundfläche sind.
