Claims (5)
- Maschine zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen eines Vliesstoffes, umfassend ein Spun-bondturm (1 bis 4), die Fäden in einer Bahn auf einem Förderband (6) ablegt, und eine Vorrichtung (7, 8, 11, 12) zum Verfestigen der Bahn durch Wasserstrahlen, gekennzeichnet durch ein Mittel (15, 16) zum Auspressen der Feuchtigkeit, in Bewegungsrichtung der Bahn nachgelagert zur Vorrichtung (7, 8, 11, 12) zum Verfestigen, und durch eine Vorrichtung (17) zum Aufbringen eines Produkts auf die Bahn, nachgelagert zum Mittel (15, 16) zum Auspressen, wobei das Mittel zum Auspressen aus einem zweiten Förderband (15) besteht, auf dem die Bahn vorbeiläuft, und zwischen dessen oberem und unterem Trum eine Unterdruckvorrichtung (16) vorhanden ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterdruckvorrichtung (16) einen Unterdruck zwischen 40 und 700 Millibar erzeugt und die Bahn einer Ansaugwirkung aussetzt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Trocknungsvorrichtung (19) der Bahn, nachgelagert zur Vorrichtung (18) zum Aufbringen eines Produkts.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Produkts eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen mit Schaumstoff oder zum Aufbringen mit Auftragtauchwalze ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen in Längsstreifen ist.
