Abstract

Description
本发明涉及生产非织造布(nonwoven)的机械设备,所述机械设备包括一个或多个纺粘塔(pun-bond tower),和任选的包括一个或多个熔喷头(melt-blown heads),所述纺粘塔和熔喷头将细丝和任选的纤维沉积在传送带上形成纤网。这样沉积的纤网仍然很脆弱,然后将其送入水射流固紧站。
这些机械设备的一个缺点在于从该机械设备中出来的纤网不能被继续送入产品涂敷单元(product application unit)。
本发明克服了以上缺点。
因此本发明的目的是提供了一种用于连续生产非织造布的机械设备,所述机械设备包括将细丝沉积在第一传送带上形成纤网的纺粘塔,和固紧所述纤网的固紧装置,其特征在于,在纤网的移动方向,还包括位于所述固紧装置下游的除湿装置(moisture-expressingmeans),以及在除湿装置下游用于将一种产品涂敷在纤网上的敷料器。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述除湿装置仅仅包括输送纤网的第二传送带,在所述第二传送带的上部和下部传送道之间提供一个真空装置,所述真空装置提供例如压力为40到700毫巴的真空,并将所述纤网置于吸力作用下。
这样就可以织造出由疏水细丝组成的纤网,例如由聚丙烯、聚乙烯或金属茂制成,所制备的纤网能继续进行后续的使用表面活性剂和/或粘合剂和/或润滑剂和/或溶胀剂和/或染色剂的处理,或是继续进入印花工序,对敷料产品进行充分除湿,以使敷料器正确地将产品涂敷到纤网上,即使纤网由疏水细丝组成。
所述第二传送带的上部传送道具有给定的长度,使得根据纤网通过的速度,从所述第二传送带上出来的纤网的水分含量少于70%(重量),较好的是少于50%,更好的是少于20%。这种水分含量通常是介于10%到70%(重量)之间。与烘干器所得到的效果不同,其水分含量是大于10%的。一般地,对于上部传送道的长度例如为2米的传送带而言,纤网在所述第二传送带上的停留时间可以少于2秒。
本发明的机械设备还可以包括,位于产品敷料器下游的用于干燥纤网的装置,由于大部分的水分已经在除湿装置中被去除了,因此该干燥装置所起的可能不是实质性的作用。
产品敷料器优选是泡沫敷料器或是卷-滚(lick-roll)敷料器或是喷洒敷料器,这取决于纤网中残留的水分含量。
优选的,对于卫生用品,特别是尿布,涂敷发生在纵向带上,因此而产生了,例如亲水带和疏水带交错的纵向区域。
在专利申请号EP-0 072 961中,所提供的不是从非织造布中将水分挤压出来,也就是说通过机械手段排除一些水分,而是烘干非织造布,也就是说通过提供热量几乎将所有水分排除掉。

所述机械设备包含纺粘塔,所述纺粘塔具有用于挤压出有机聚合物熔体的挤压机,所述有机聚合物熔体提供给模具1以生产细丝幕F;冷却区2,所述冷却区2至少在表面上固结被挤压出的细丝;腔室形式的抽吸装置3,其中在所述抽吸装置3中细丝幕在高速气流的作用下被吸起;和扩散器4,在抽吸装置的出口处扩散器4使气流偏离和变慢,同时细丝F以随机方式分布成纤网,所述纤网沉积在循环的第一传送带6的上部传送道5上。细丝形成细丝束F,方向与图的平面垂直。
带有内置真空装置的水平滚筒7设置在上部传送道5上,以字母A表示。滚筒7的侧面是多孔的。所述滚筒绕着它的轴旋转。所述滚筒被穿孔的套管环绕。两个喷射器8将加压的水射流喷射到所述滚筒的侧面上,这使得纤网可以在滚筒7和喷射器8之间通过,并由此被固结。射流的直径可以在80微米到170微米之间,每一米内的射流数量可以为1000个到5000个,并且喷射器里的水压可以在10巴到400巴之间,而滚筒7内的真空度可以在负20毫巴到负200毫巴之间,滚筒7可以以每分钟1米到400米的速度运转。然后纤网经过第二传送带10的上部传送道9到达滚筒11,滚筒11与滚筒7具有相同结构和作用。纤网通过滚筒11到达滚筒12,滚筒12上带有喷射器,与滚筒11一样。滚筒12在结构和作用上与滚筒11相似。
一旦离开滚筒12,纤网被直接送入第三传送带15,它带有除湿装置16,也就是内部能产生600毫巴的真空度的盒子,所述盒子设在第三传送带15的上部传送道和下部传送道之间。盒子的上面具有横向延伸的狭缝,所述狭缝朝向通过传送道的整个纤网,并且水分经由所述狭缝被吸出。上部传送道长3米。纤网在其上的运动速度为每分钟200米。
所述第三传送带的下游是敷料器17,所用敷料器是用于涂敷产品以进一步加工,它包括实际涂敷产品装置18,干燥装置19和卷拢装置20。
这样,就可以连续获得即可使用的非织造布。
Claims (5)
1.用于连续生产非织造布的机械设备,包括将细丝沉积在传送带(6)上成为纤网的纺粘塔(1至4),和利用水射流固结所述纤网的固紧装置(7、8、11、12),其特征在于,在纤网的移动方向上还包括位于所述固紧装置(7、8、11、12)下游的除湿装置(15、16),和在除湿装置(15、16)下游用于将一种产品涂敷在纤网上的敷料器(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于非织造布连续生产的机械设备,其特征在于,所述除湿装置包含真空装置(16),所述真空装置提供例如压力为40到700毫巴的真空,并将所述纤网置于吸力作用下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于非织造布连续生产的机械设备,其特征在于,还包括位于产品敷料器(18)下游的用于干燥纤网的干燥装置(19)。
4.根据前述任一权利要求所述的用于非织造布连续生产的机械设备,其特征在于,所述产品敷料器是泡沫敷料器或卷-滚敷料器。
5.根据前述任一权利要求所述的用于非织造布连续生产的机械设备,其特征在于,所述敷料器是用于涂敷纵向带的装置。
