Claims (6)

  1. Maschine zur Herstellung von Vliesen, umfassend einen Spunbond-Turm (1 bis 4), der Filamente (F) zu einer Lage (N) auf das obere Trum (5) eines ersten Förderers (6) auflegt, gekennzeichnet durch ein erstes Mittel (7) zum Senden der Lage (N1) von dem ersten Förderer (6) entweder zu einer ersten Verfestigung (7, 8) mittels Wasserstrahlen auf einer Bahn, die eine andere Richtung als das obere Trum (5) des ersten Förderers (6) aufweist, oder stromabwärts in Richtung des oberen Trums (5) des ersten Förderers (6) zu einem Kalander (13), und stromabwärts dieses Kalanders (13) ein Mittel (14) zum Umlenken der kalandrierten Lage (N3, N4) wahlweise entweder direkt zu einer Einheit (18 bis 20) zum Aufbringen eines Produktes auf die Lage oder indirekt, unter Zwischenschalten einer zweiten Verfestigung (11, 12), zu der Einheit (17) zum Aufbringen eines Produktes auf die Lage vorgesehen ist, und ein zweites Mittel (10) zum Senden der aus der ersten Verfestigung (7) austretenden Lage (N1) zu der zweiten Verfestigung (11, 12) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Sendemittel eine Trommel umfasst.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umlenkmittel eine Rolle (14) umfasst.
  4. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch ein Mittel (15, 16) zum Ausdrücken vor der Aufbringeinheit.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausdrückmittel einen dritten Förderer (15) und eine einen Unterdruck verleihende Vorrichtung (16) umfasst.
  6. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufbringeinheit eine Station zum Aufbringen eines Produktes, eine Trocknungsstation und eine Aufwickelstation umfasst.
