Claims (14)

  1. Trommel (4), deren äußere Seitenfläche mit Löchern versehen ist, welche durch massive Teile getrennt sind, gekennzeichnet durch ausgesparte Teile, die an der Außenseite der massiven Teile ausgearbeitet sind, wobei die gesamte Außenseite eine gleiche Fläche ist, mit Ausnahme der ausgesparten Teile, die zurückgesetzt sind, wobei alle ausgesparten Teile an den Löchern ausmünden.
  2. Trommel (4) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher zylindrisch oder konisch sind.
  3. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis aus der Fläche der Löcher und der Gesamtfläche der äußeren Seitenfläche im Bereich zwischen 30 und 90 % liegt.
  4. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die (minimale) Dicke der Seitenwand der Trommel im Bereich zwischen 1 mm und 60 mm und vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 40 mm liegt.
  5. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der ausgesparten Teile im Bereich zwischen 0,25 und 5 mm und vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 mm und 2 mm liegt.
  6. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel aus Metall, vorzugsweise aus Bronze oder aus rostfreiem Stahl besteht.
  7. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Löcher im Bereich zwischen 3 und 20 mm liegt.
  8. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge eines nicht ausgesparten Teils 30 bis 100 % des Durchmessers eines Lochs ausmacht.
  9. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite eines nicht ausgesparten Teils zwischen 0,6 und 4 mm liegt.
  10. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein nicht ausgesparter Teil eines massiven Teils, der an seinen Enden zwei benachbarte Löcher berührt, auf der durch die Mittelpunkte dieser beiden Löcher verlaufenden Linie liegt.
  11. Trommel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur zwei nicht ausgesparte Teile eines massiven Teils jedes Loch berühren.
  12. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Fläche der ausgesparten Teile zur Fläche der massiven Teile im Bereich zwischen 70 und 95 liegt.
  13. Maschine zur Verwirbelung eines Vliesstoffes mittels Wasserstrahlen, umfassend eine Trommel (4), Mittel (5, 6) für den Drehantrieb der Trommel (4), eine mit Öffnungen versehene Manschette (7), welche über die Trommel (4) gestreift ist, sowie ein Einspritzsystem (2, 3), das derart angeordnet ist, dass Wasserstrahlen auf die äußere Seitenfläche der Manschette (7) gespritzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (4) so wie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist.
  14. Verwendung einer Maschine nach Anspruch 13 für die Herstellung eines weder Markierung noch Eindruck aufweisenden Vliesstoffes.
